I brought this couples from airport MM2 to lekki phase 1, I went to pick them at arrival with umbrella and the husband was shocked that I wasn’t wet, so I showed them the escalator and bypass to car park without going into the rain.
He offered to give me 500 naira for parking, I declined that it’s part of the bill.
MM2 to lekki phase 1. On 1.9surge , they paid and still tipped me untop.
They came from abroad to tour&vacation.
So they want to go visit badagry and asking how much I will take for to n fro.

With this multitude of counsel I will stylishly about mission, I like my low mileage Camry before I earn 30k and spend 25k on repairs plus fake parts everywhere.

If you are billed a SC above 250k for a studio apartment, it is in your own interest you ask what it covers.

SC typically covers security bills, waste disposal, water treatment, evacuation of soak away if need be, cleaning of the compound...etc. If you have two levels of security checkpoints leading to your house, that is security bills 2x.

If SC is as high as 900k, then I would expect them to at least give me power all through the night, 7 days a week. How they do it, be it solar, generator or from Kainji Dam is not my business.

I like houses that take SC and deliver. No need for individual noisy generators. They handle everything while you face wetin carry you come Lagos.

To be honest, the day I saw cheerfulgiver dashboard, I was like this guy must be crazy…

This job has been stressful at times to say the least. I’m already tired, but then I see some dashboards and I’m like how?

In lekki here, I’ve had to cancel some trips where the pick up was flooded badly, yet I’d see some small Corolla risking it all and going through the flood. I wonder to myself, is that a resident that knows the roads and water depth, or is that a do a die e-hailer.

Today I saw one market road and I just weak, see mountains and valleys, the riders then told me, it’s okay, I can pass another route. I was almost about to start crying as I had already committed to the trip.

First week I lost a tyre, a radiator hose that was actually already failing, and an intermittent Check Engine light. Well the good thing is that I made enough money to get a new hose and a tyre, but the check engine light is still pending, as I’d rather buy a scanner than pay someone 5k.

I need to use one weekend to tour some parts of Lagos so I can increase my acceptance rate and income, especially the mainland because right now, I reject all mainland trips.

You guys on this thread are awesome sha, God bless and protect you all.

My guy you are doing well. We all had our bad experiences when we started. You will learn the remaining on the job, just stay strong and positive.
When I tell people not to resign to join d hustle they say na pessimist.
This is reality not dashboard. You make money , you save some and use some for repairs and maintenance.

So, yesterday my day began with a quick covergenius inspection, cos the current one is expiring in 2 days, now 1. After the inspection, I quickly drove away from the location so as not to get requests to ijegun, ikotun, alagbado, etc

At ICM, I got a request, met the lady at the entrance 2 kiosk. Quickly paid my parking ticket. "Ok ma'am let me open the booth" no you have to turn here and park like this, "ma'am don't worry I will help you carry your things (just 2 steps away)" she insisted I have to do it her way that she's not handicapped, (red flag)"ok ma", I replied.

So, I entered my car and waited for 1min countdown to complete. I'm sure in her mind, she was happy to cow this 2012 high mileage Camry driver to submission. I just did as if I want to park and drove to another location close by and parked. As I was about cancelling, she cancelled. Meanwhile, I just put on my Uber app and grin grin! A request came in, a Chinese name, I was like . Alas, this Chinese lady located me without calling. Meanwhile, madam was using side eye to look me. I just zoomed off thank God Uber includes ICM tolls in the fare

Incident 2. In the evening, ICM, Uber this time, "where are you?" Good evening ma'am. I'm parked at the entrance to the ShopRite, "no, come to park 4, I'll wait at the atm point close to exit gate. Quickly came down and paid toll. "So, we at the entrance" I've moved to where you said I should come. Long story short, she was yelling at me on phone, one of her friends saw me with my hazards on, she was laughing and like "oh we are sorry oga", alas, Jezebel herself and her 2 left legged friend entered my car and continued yelling. I just said get out of my car. The other one was telling her friends to stop yelling that I'm not at fault. World 3 started among them. "Why would you be supporting the driver? Don't you know you just embarrassed us..." I put on my bolt immediately, at that time ubers were far away, while bolt was on fire. grin grin! na so I comot! The hustle is real guys.
