This theory about govt not being able to run a business is from idiots close to seat of power who want to buy the country with what they have taken from it. That's why you see them using fronts to buy all privatized sectors and still can't run them. They cry about subsidy. For those who are busy and multitasking on a job, VN is actually a very important means to send a message across without having to edit, delete and do all that, when you can just open a voice record and say what you need to say and send.

And then if I need to communicate my feeling to the receiver at the other end, VN is the best tool.
Not to mention those who might have lost a limb, how do you expect them to type a lengthy message?.
