As long as u have refused to back it up with verifiable facts that can't be disputed, they remain lies, I won't be silly to read such and still give my support to him. It goes beyond u saying it. Till then, enjoy using your mouth to say whatever. Do you want me to bring videos of the slaps or what? Aregbesola's liberal dishing out of slaps is common knowledge to all. ^ Thanks! I mistakenly posted the Q2 result. I've got the correct Q3 result below. Welcome to the Lewis crowd even though its just for one race. 1 S Vettel 1:11.918 (Record 15th pole in a season) 2 M Webber 1:12.099 3 J Button 1:12.283 4 L Hamilton 1:12.480 5 F Alonso 1:12.591 6 N Rosberg 1:13.050 7 F Massa 1:13.068 8 A Sutil 1:13.298 9 B Senna 1:13.761 10 M Schumacher No time I'm so sad that the season is over, especially when its ending at a relatively poor circuit. Lets hope it really rains tomorrow to spice things up. Damn! Its that time of year when there is little to chew on and you've got to ferret out any t!tbits until winter testing (which proves nothing in itself either). I really wonder what next season will bring, especially with Red Bull and McLaren refusing to sign for a total ban of all blown exhaust loopholes; with that development it should be a straight fight McLaren vs Adrian Newy fight, I don't see Ferrari catching up in the blown diffuser trick compartment. I wonder if the new tail McLaren brought to Brazil and Red Bull's new floor for the race are all tests for 2012. Whatever is in that new Red Bull floor has given them close to a second over most other cars, similar to the start of the season. |

Demdem: First and foremost, the tribune is a useless mouth piece of that leaking umbrella. Ojo Williams is also a useless man. Don't trust his words so will have to corraborate it elsewhere. However, concerning the workers salary, from this same useless report it seems the govt is just owning just October. One freaking month, so why the alarm? Abegii, this is not a issue at all. Come back with salary story when he owes them 3months and above. We all live and knows what is applicable in this retardeen led country of ours. Owning one month salary is no big deal. Yeah, "owning" their salaries. I guess the salaries are his! Lolz! I would love to see a list of states where salaries are being owed and how that can be justified when the governors get free money from Abuja. I would love a list of states where the governors "own" the workers salaries month in, month out. Aregbesola uses Osun states federal allocations to finance politics in Lagos thats why Osun's workers are perpetually owed salaries in Aregbesola's time. Shame really. |

ogajim: . . . You were unable to provide any information to rebut my post and instead trying your Ajegunle attack style to see if it works, Don't be like those who leave Nigeria, keep one foot where they are and keep the other foot in Nigeria, even the Bible said you are either hot or cold, no lukewarm state kid. . . . This excerpt from your last post is a great summary of the rambling nonsense you typed up. So you have left Nigeria to become a counterfeit oyibo and that to you is a mighty achievement? If you ask me, its a ridiculous display of low-self-esteem. How many whites leave their countries for Nigeria without leaving even more than one foot in the places where they derive their roots and identities? You are not inferior to them, so why do you have to lose your identity for a blatantly fake one? How many whites have you met that tell you, "I'm from Europe" in a similar way to when you shamelessly tell people that you are "from Africa?" They all say they are from France, the UK, Hungary etc and they say so out of pride in their identity. The only reason a person would obscure their origins when conditions are nonthreatening is a feeling of inferiority. How many expatriates in Nigeria have you met speaking in foolish accents they invented to sound more Yoruba or more Igbo or more Urhobo? None? So why is your case different? Why are you fake and proud to be fake? A fake person is untrustworthy, people like you give Nigeria a bad name. Do the successful Nigerian's like Dare Obasanjo (who used to be XML boss at Microsoft, now Windows live programme Manager, Microsoft), Chimamanda Adichie, Wole Soyinka, Chinua Achebe etc tell you they are from "Africa?" Its a pity the way toilet washers think that just getting abroad is an achievement and a thing of status. "Aburo" indeed! Dude, you reek of low-self-esteem. |

ogajim: I don't know how this "beaf" dude could have passed the WAEC English test with the low level English comprehension skills he has displayed here so far displayed on this thread. The fact that he has "white" friends is encouraging too, you want a cookie for that as well?
In the interest of full disclosure, I would like to know where you currently live so I can take you to school for real. Just like I tell the folks that I come in contact with about the STUPIDITY of lumping everyone together because of previous experience I would like to inform you that just because you have seen some Nigerians do things a certain way don't mean we all do it that same way, do you even know Nigeria enough to know the country has various ethnic groups with various traditions and ways of doing things?
Your posts reek of the "fresh off the boat" syndrome and I would advice you to get some real education aburo so you don't end up like some of the folks you rile against in this thread, Nigerians are all over the place and I am sure they act based on what is around them, their experiences, etc.
I have gone to Nigeria with a coworker and he still talks about how much fun he had years later, in your own little mind I hid the fact I was Nigerian enough to have attracted someone who wanted to go with me after he saw me put my leave in, A mind is a terrible things to waste kid! Having white friends is "encouraging?" You make me ashamed. Dude, all you are doing here is displaying a very debilitating low-self-esteem affliction. "fresh off the boat?" "I hid the fact I was Nigerian"What next? Tales of how you snitch on your kindred? Lol! Dude, living abroad, being ashamed of your roots and acting fake are not an achievements, rather, they are a stack embarrassment and a thundering disgrace. Being yourself, proud of your blood and identity; hitting the sky like Obama from within your identity are what count as attainment. Counterfeit oyibo. |

France said the loan would be made to the Nigerian federal government but then passed to Lagos State. It will help fund the city’s new $330 million urban transport plan, which is cofinanced by the World Bank. I see the usual spreaders of falsehood are here blaming GEJ as usual. It is really dumb. All anybody has to do is read the article to see that the FG is only helping Lagos who couldn't get the loan directly themselves. The FG will deduct the loan from Lagos states monthly allowance. |

Jos: One killed as CDS, STF commander run into protesting students Featured Written by Jude Owuamanam, Jos 4
One student was killed as the Chief of Defence Staff, Air Marshal Oluseyi Petinrin, and the Commander of the Special Task Force on security in Jos, Maj.-Gen. Oluwaseun Osinowo, ran into protesting students of the Plateau State Polytechnic, Barkin Ladi.
The STF commander was said to be escorting his boss to the Yakubu Gowon Airport, en route Abuja after the CDS had inspected the extent of damage during the attack in Barkin Ladi. Security agents have also taken over the school to protect motorists on the busy highway.
This came as 23 victims of the attack were given a mass burial on Friday.
Two more bodies were also said to have been discovered, bringing the casualty figure to 25.
Also, the STF on Friday paraded 163 suspects arrested in the wake of the recent attack in Takwok and Rakwok villages in Barkin Ladi Local Government Area. Fifteen others are said to be receiving treatment at the Jos University Teaching Hospital. The students were said to be protesting the constant killings of their colleagues on the Heipang Airport/Barkin Ladi Road. About five of them were said to have been felled in the last one week. The students had defied the 24-hour curfew imposed in the area as a result of the attack, which entered its fifth day on Friday. Some journalists, who had gone to Barkin Ladi to inspect the extent of damage, were caught in the cross-fire as Petinrin and Osinowo allegedly shot their way through the barrier created by the students. It was a rain of bullets as the security men in the convoy had to shoot sporadically into the air to disperse the protesting students. But one of the students, who was already down on the ground, immediately sprang up and confronted a soldier, who was shooting into the air. The student was shouting, "Wetin, wetin, what is happening," as he took some steps toward the soldier, who wasted no time in shooting him in the chest.
The shooting created more problems in the already heated local government as students mobilised for a showdown, but more security men were on hand to maintain peace.
A councillor in the local government, Mr. Pam Choji, whose four children were burnt, confirmed to SATURDAY PUNCH that he supervised the burial at Takwok village, where most of the victims were killed.
He said the casualty figure could be more as more bodies were being discovered in the bush.
Choji said, "As we went along the bush path, we discovered more bodies and as I am talking to you, we have discovered two bodies killed and thrown into a mining pond." About 200 people were also said to have been displaced and were taking refuge at the Barkin Ladi police station. Some of the displaced persons told newsmen that the attacks were carried out by some Fulani in uniform.
Their spokesman, who identified himself simply as Pam, said that they had lost confidence in the soldiers and asked that only riot policemen be posted to the area.
He said even as the victims were being given a mass burial, some Fulani were still shooting from the bush.
STF Media Officer, Capt. Charles Ekeocha, said that six suspects indicted in the killing of a police officer and his wife had been handed over to the police for further investigation.
He said that various types of arms and ammunition were also recovered from the suspects. http://www.punchng.com/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&id=5761:jos-one-killed-as-cds-stf-commander-run-into-protesting-students&Itemid=542Why would anybody defy a curfew in Jos of all places? |

MOPOL beaten by 3 cops On November 26, 2011 · In News By Godfrey Bivbere It was a show of shame yesterday as three regular policemen in uniform gave a mobile policeman, also in uniform, the beating of his life in front of the Lagos State University (LASU). A crowd of about 30 people watched in surprise. The mobile policeman, Anni Emmanuel with tag number 441195 was alleged to be illegally escorting a van when he was accosted by men of the Ojo police station and was to be forced into a police pick-up vehicle. The mobile policeman repeatedly explained that he was only given a lift by the van driver from mile2 as he was on his way to Ajangbadi where he lives but his fellow policemen would have none of it. The team which was led by an officer said to be the provost at the station (name withheld) ordered his men to get the mobile policemen into the waiting patrol vehicle. In their effort to get him into the patrol vehicle, he was not only man-handled but was thrown into the gutter but luckily for him, there was no water in the gutter and his uniform was torn. Efforts by some mobile police officers posted to guard the gate of LASU to intervene proved abortive. As the show of shame continued, the number of regular policemen, mobile policemen and on lookers grew. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2011/11/mopol-beaten-by-3-cops/ |

Osun Threatens To Sack Striking Workers Sat, 19/11/2011 - 5:05pm | AGENCY REPORT The Osun State Government on Friday threatened to sack striking workers of the state tertiary institutions if they refuse to resume on Nov. 21 in spite of government’s gesture. Mr Sunday Akere, the Commissioner for Information and Strategy, issued the threat while announcing approval of 80 per cent increment of the workers’ demands in Osogbo. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) recalls that the affected workers have been on strike for more than four months to demand for improved conditions of service. “Anybody who fails to report for duty before closing hour on Monday will be considered to have voluntarily disengaged from service. “The benefit of such disengaged persons should be calculated on 100 per cent of the approved 200 per cent salary table,” he directed. It will be recalled that Mr Olubisi Ige, the Public Relations Officer of Council of Academic Staff Unions, Osun State Owned Tertiary Institutions (CASUOSTI), had listed their demands. According to him, the demands include seven per cent peculiar academic allowance and the new salary package of CONTISS 2007. Other demands were the retirement age of 65 approved by the Federal Government and National Board for Technical Education and staff welfare. Akere said that the arrears of the new salary scale would be paid with effect from July 1, while some other allowances had also been approved. The Commissioner said that the retirement benefit of workers in the tertiary institutions was calculated on the basis of 100 per cent of the 2009 salary table. He said that other contentious issues should be referred to the appropriate ministries for necessary actions as well as the need for approval from the state legislature. http://leadership.ng/nga/articles/8557/2011/11/19/osun_threatens_sack_striking_workers.html |

Osun PDP threatens to sue Aregbesola over workers’ salaries Sunday, 20 November 2011
Osun state chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has threatened to drag the state government to court over the non-payment of workers’ salaries and pensions of retired workers. The party also accused the government of wasting local government funds on foreign seminars and trips that have no bearing on people’s welfare. The party chairman, Chief Sunday Ojo Williams, in a statement said it was regrettable that workers got their September salaries only two weeks ago while October salaries were yet to be paid. It said it might take the battle to court if only to let the government know that Osun people were not a conquered people that could be treated with disgust. The party added that it had information that all local government chairmen in Osun state had travelled abroad to attend a seminar in Russia. He added that while it was gathered that the chairmen were to return to Nigeria on 25 November, most of them had been out of the country for about two weeks and visited Dubai, China and several countries in Europe. Meanwhile, a group within Osun PDP called the Integrity Group has also deplored the refusal of the government to pay pensioners in the state their October emoluments in spite of the enormous amount received from Abuja. The group in a statement by its Chairman, Alhaji Kamorudeen Olagoke said it was callous of the state government to have asked workers to produce their primary six school leaving certificates before being paid. While restating its support for all actions being taken by the state chapter of the party to take the state from the Action Congress of Nigeria, the PDP group stressed that the state government should stop taking the people for granted in its policies. http://www.tribune.com.ng/sun/news/5627-osun-pdp-threatens-to-sue-aregbesola-over-workers-salaries |

$tunna and ogajim I will ask again, do you think you are the first to have gone abroad? I don't know how to stop laughing at your posts that only display the very inferiority complex we have been talking about in ample doses. The only reason a person will atempt to obscure their roots is because they are ashamed of who they are and ashamed of their roots. Such people would also speak their languages in a useless accent sprinkled with fake "German" words. We know the type. The hilarious part of that strange personality type is their accents that are so fake that even oyibo people have clean their ears well to understand! I remember when a couple of my white friends asked me about it (as well as certain Nigerian style "English" names). Obama became US President without claiming to come from "Africa" and dumping on his roots. In fact, the whole of America knows Obama's village, the fact that his grangmother still does "agricultural work" and keeps goats. Obama didn't change his name either, even though initially many press people couldn't pronounce it. If Obama had been a fake like you, he would probably have ended up a low end manager somewhere making wild claims to have "made it" abroad. Believe guys, you are fooling only yourselves and doing it in very dramatic fashion too. "NID's" my foot! It sounds like a dreadful disease like AIDS. |
