I'm quite sure I recall the likes of Buhari at NN24, not grasping what the education system is! Now he realises (like the rest of us) that he has nothing to offer except cluelessness. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Some people are being hypocritical. |
I'm quite sure I recall the likes of Buhari, when asked at NN24 how he would solve the power problem, replying that he would order probes! Now he realises (like the rest of us) that he has nothing to offer except cluelessness. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Some people are being hypocritical. |
I'm quite sure I recall the likes of Ribadu, vigorously challenging GEJ to a debate, only to develop cold feet after watching his dismal and incoherent NN24 display and realising (like the rest of us) that he has nothing to offer and nothing but EFCC upstairs. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Some people are being hypocritical. |
I'm quite sure I recall that the NN24 "debate" was a sham, with all the empty candidates pathetic "manifesto's" reading "I am not PDP." Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Some people are being hypocritical. |
I'm quite sure I recall Adeola reading his entire reply to a question about what his job as VP would entail from a prepared script at NN24, yet questions weren't sent to candidates before the debates. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Some people are being hypocritical. |
I'm quite sure I recall Buhari not turning up for an earlier debate than NN24. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Some people are being hypocritical. |
Some bigotted people and their "zoning" sha. Dem no de taya? ![]() I wonder what Buhari would say if he is chosen as the "consensus Northern candidate" by the new set of bigots called Northern Stakehoders? It is obvious that neither Shekarau (with his one state) nor Ribadu (totally unkown) would be chosen. LOL! |
ideylaff:Everything you have written has no grounding in reality. From the general thrust of some of the less than forthright posters here, it is their aim by some voodoo logic to link two mortal enemies, GEJ and Ibori. It only displays a degree of desperation that is hard to fathom. It is a desperation so deep, that someone even mentioned "progressive parties." The politics section seems to be packed tight with loud dreamers (some innocent, some not) who project their naivety on the Nigerian political terrain. ANPP is a single state, sharia driven party, CPC is 90% disgruntled pro-zoning ex-PDP people, ACN is financed by a drug baron and well known thief. So outside of naivety and mischief. which are the "progressive parties?" It is men like GEJ that make the difference. What if Ibori had died in the shootouts before he fled, would you be saying his death was a smokescreen? Some arguments are laughable. Dude, if you are touting proof in non-existent letters, I dare you to substantiate it. Atiku tried rumours and lies, worse than that and failed. So will your ugly politics. |
^ Simple question; do you subscribe to NN24 and did you watch their "debate?" The answer will floor every single word you painstakingly wrote.lol |
lionness:I'm sure your stvpidity will brighten up Yaba Left. www.nairaland.com/attachments/180447_ROTFLMAO_gif3d0c775232c7f27cf80592785b9635b6 |
^ LOL! You people keep deceiving yourselves, because you represent thieves. A lot of you and your masters (like Ibori) have been deftly shuffled off your parasitic straws for free oil. You are now desperate, cold, hungry and putting up tired weapons in a battle to the finish that you will lose (ask Ibori). Don't worry, after April 9, jail doors will open wide to consume the criminals you represent (knowingly or otherwise). yinka85:Why do you keep calling me Beaffy? Dude, politics is a sophisticated thing. It is very simple minded to talk about PDP vs the rest, they are all the same; CPC is 90% disgruntled pro-zoning PDP people, ACN is financed by a drug baron etc. In fact, my estimation of any person drops immediately they table their shallow "this party is better than others" arguments. GEJ is da man. ![]() |
Jesu! The ACN man actually had election results a full two and a half weeks before the elections! A lot of questions need asking. How did the man obtain those materials in the first place and why is ACN planning to rig elections far away in Anambra? |

I'm laughing so hard, I wanna die! After all their noise, they only ended up Atikuing! |
babasoty:LOL! How many people even know NN24 aside from a few members of the elite? 99% here on NL didn't even have access. Now that the pretenders been invited to a debate that is open to the ENTIRE Nigerian populace, they've run off as fast as their little legs can carry them! ![]() |
Now that it is time for them to show what they have to BON which covers ALL Nigerian radio and TV stations, they've chickened out! See cowardice from noisemakers! --Beaf whistling-- . . .Its the story of Atiku repeating! |
Otuoke is not the same as Otueke. GEJ is from Otuoke, so your google engineering has failed you once again. |
LOL! They are afraid of being disgraced! ![]() Big juju come out, small pikin take off!!!!! |
The police in Akwa Ibom State yesterday confirmed four persons were killed in the political crisis that engulfed the state on Tuesday, with 127 Peugeot 307 saloon cars and 157 KEKE NAPEP tricycles belonging to the Akwa Ibom State Government, parked at the Idongesit Nkanga secretariat, either burnt or damaged. A total of 51 suspects have also been arrested in connection with the mayhem during which 20 other different brands of vehicles belonging to well-meaning Nigerians were burnt. The presidential campaign office of Goodluck/Sambo along Abak road was also torched.Sounds like a hired bunch of militants. Even schools and computers were not spared. The shoot at sight order is correct. |
Firstly, no destroyed road anywhere can be rebuilt in three days. The problem with the Lagos-Benin road is the usual Nigerian problem, the initial contract was executed on substandard road foundations and with substandard materials. The only way to permanently fix that road will be to start again from scratch, re-surveying and digging up every last bit of tarmac. Another thing to do would be to develop the water ways along the route, so that logging and other heavy duty trucks can have their cargoes hauled by barges on water instead; this is not only cheaper, but will go a long way to save the road from unnecessary and destructive loads. The railways are being reborn, but there does not seem to be any policy to use them to lift pressure off main arteries like the Lagos-Benin road. |
Eziachi:lol Aloof people like Buhari can only rule, but Nigeria needs a leader, not a ruler. |
jason123:This is the same sort of daft politics that Tinubu is practising and sidelining whole swathes of the country with. The SS has been reaching out to the SW as well, but only God knows what games Tinubu is playing at this crucial point in our nations history when we can finally break the back of the hegemonist cabal and walk free. Dude, this is not the time for narrow, bigotted views. |
Eziachi:Suddenly, me and my people have become agents of darkness who are wicked? LOL! From day one on NL, I have preached that the SE and SS must unite and play on the national stage, because our politics and issue's are 100% the same. Why didn't you call me and my people evil then? Today, things are vastly different, it even shows on NL. Where has the daily dose of threads yearning for Biafra gone? Dude, like it or not, your people are now playing at the highest political levels, thanks to small folk like me, as well as my evil people. Cowardly words that fear success and long for majinarlisation will continue to be brushed aside, while your people and my evil people forge ever stronger bonds. The SS is looking to the SE today, tomorrow, the SE will look to the SS. We need even stronger bonds and cultural exchanges, the other day, I had an argument with Cyz and Eziagu about which ethnic group holds the copyright to the word, ikebe; but it doesn't end with that single word, there are many more like okoro, biko etc. . . Enough to form the first lines for culture bonding. LOL! |

Mr hunter, did you catch any grasscutters today? ![]() I know its not easy living in the bush without having your bath, believe me, it shows each time you post on NL. |
blacksta:When you people gang up, say stvpid things and open anti-Beaf threads, you don't think I will call you out? Mob action is for cowards and thats what you guy's are. If you people had some brains to bring to arguments it would be different, its always the same foul-mouthed foolishness. |
Jonathan is God-sent – Niger gov NewsMar 23, 2011 BY WOLE MOSADOMI Minna – Niger State Governor, Dr. Mu’azu Babangida Aliyu, has given reasons why President Goodluck Jonathan should be the next president, saying “President Goodluck Jonathan is God-sent” and should therefore be given the chance to accomplish the task. The governor, who was addressing the people of Pandogari town in Rafi Local Government Area of the state, as part of his gubernatorial campaigns, described the rising profile of President Jonathan as a grand design by God which nobody should query. He recounted to the crowd how Dr. Jonathan became president, pointing out that it was a mandate of late President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua which he could not complete as a result of death, thereby transferring the leadership to Jonathan who was his vice then. Governor Aliyu asked the people some questions relating to the death of President Yar’Adua, Hausa. He asked: “Is it President Jonathan that killed Yar’Adua?” The people chorused “No”. “If the president or governor dies or is removed, who becomes the next president or governor?” The people also chorused, “the Vice President and the Deputy Governor.” The governor implored the people Dr. Jonathan to see as the “anointed president” for the country and vote for him next month. He told the crowd that “the era of politics based on religion or ethnicity were gone and that they should be interested in whoever is capable to run the affairs of the country and take the people to the promised land.” Aliyu promised the people of the state of more dividends of democracy if re-elected, adding that the new master plan for the transformation of Pandogari and Allawa towns would be implemented for the socio-economic development of the state. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2011/03/jonathan-is-god-sent-niger-gov/ |

Task force discovers bomb factory in troubled Jos By Ugar Ukandi Odey March 23, 2011 07:20AM The Special Task Force in Jos discovered extensive bomb making equipment in a house located at the Millionaires Quarters, around the city centre, yesterday. Military officers on a routine check stopped two men, Damtala Babawo and Peter Gotung, who claimed to be commercial motorcyclists, and found bomb making items in their polythene bags. Parading the suspects before journalists at the task force headquarters, spokesperson of the force, Charles Ekeocha said the hideout was discovered following the arrest of the two men. “Our men arrested two men at the Lamingo junction (Jos North area) with some items in a black polythene bag. When they examined the content, they discovered they were bomb manufacturing instruments,” Mr Ekeocha said. “The two men were arrested, and when we interrogated them, they made statements that led us to this house at Millionaires Quarters where we discovered these items you are seeing.” Mr Ekeocha said the military had to go to court to get a search warrant before it launched the search. “It was a cordon and search exercise and we discovered various equipment of bomb making value there. The real suspect, one Frank Anyor, had escaped before we got there. But we are holding one Terdo Anyor, his junior brother, whom we found in the house,” he said. Shocking discovery The equipment recovered, according to Mr Ekeocha include: A detonating cord, 33 electric detonators, a PH temperature monitoring metre, one briefcase containing PH metre, a handy lab, one conical flask, and two titronic machines. There were also an electrode, ERSA test tube, a briefcase of tubes for bomb making, an instructional manual on bomb making, a pamphlet on bomb making and a Hameg counter for timing. Mr. Ekeocha also mentioned the discovery of four axis oster telescopes, extension wires, battery chargers, Imasol cleaning oil for telescope, measuring wheel for lamp cord, a carton of dynamite, theodolite, one safety fuse, and 27 detonators. He said the suspects will be handed over to the police for further investigations and announced that the task force have received more reinforcement, especially security patrol vehicles, from the defence headquarters yesterday morning. Meanwhile, an attack on Baten village in Wereng district of Riyom Local Government Area Monday night left two women and two children dead. The assailants escaped as the villagers mustered an immediate counter attack. A lingering crisis The build-up to the Jos crises which have lingered on for years took a morbid twist in March 2010 when unidentified herdsmen attacked a village; Dogo Nahawa in the early hours of the day and killed hundreds of children and women. Ever since, there have been series of similar killings across Plateau State, with few suspects jailed. The crisis seems to have both ethnic and religious dimensions with ethnic issues paramount as ethnic groups: the Berom, Anaguta, Afizere and the Hausa-Fulani, all claiming pre-eminence and the question of who was “indigene” or “settler” causing serious problems. Religion was infused into the crisis during the last Christmas eve when three bombs were detonated across different locations in the state as Christians were busy shopping for the event. The explosion claimed about 40 lives with a number of others injured. However, religious leaders, such as the Sultan of Sokoto; Sa’ad Abubakar and president of the Christian Association of Nigerian; Ayo Oritsejafor, immediately called a press conference and insisted that the conflicts in the Plateau State capital were not religious, but political. The state governor, Jonah Jang in a state wide broadcast alleged that, “the aim of the masterminds is to put Christians against Muslims and spark up another round of violence.” He claimed that it was part of the calculated attempts to scuttle the peace achieved from the efforts of the state and federal government. Both the state government and federal government have set up a number of panels to look into the root causes of the crises and a number of reports have been issued by the committees whose recommendations were not implemented. http://234next.com/csp/cms/sites/Next/News/Metro/Politics/5684961-147/task_force_discovers_bomb_factory_in.csp
