Looks like a nice school and I heard Cyprus is kool. |
I luv Hungary! Studied there for six years. The place is great. I would recommend it for anyone that has some good money. |
Vicjustice I think u re really making a nuisance of yourself.Your are no more making sense anywhere. Papabrowne You rock!!!!! The Robert Green book is the bomb. Your marketing strategy worked. The post stayed on top all thru. But please make sure you tell your clients every details of the Estonia that they should know. |
Nigeria is far better now than in Nigeria for most Nigerians. There is some good amount of liquidity in the country. Check this:Doctors and Lecturers earned about 15,000 naira in 99.Today, they earn hundreds of thousands every month. Where were the telecom and banking jobs in 99? We all know how many of such jobs have been created. Oh, don't forget that that call center girl at your street junction. Her turnover runs in hundreds of thousands monthly. There is so much economic improvement in society today. The problem now is infrastructural and social. These are major because no matter how much you earn, if you get ill and there's no hospital around, tooo bad. So not only should government sit up, we the people must begin to make our environments better. |
My printer has stopped printing because there is a document on my printing queue that just wouldn't print.I have tried to cancel the printing, but its not cancelling.I have tried all i think i know but my printer wouldn't print. I heard Estonia is the most connected country in the world(i.e per capita usage of internet and Mobile phone)Is this true? |
How come all the comments are from ladies? |
@bACKSLIDER The queues in the banks are a huge problem, especially for busy people (which most of the time constitute the cash cow clients). What is First bank doing in that regard? |
In Port Harcourt that will barely buy you a plot of land in an area where expatraiites would live. I think Abuja would be a cheaper option. But then, 150,000 usd can't build you six flats+ land in .I think properties are very expensive in Nigeria. And they hardly ever worth thier value. |
real bargain. The country looks beautiful too. |
I think Oby Ezekwesili is one of the best performers. Donald Duke, El Rufai, Ribadu, Akunyili, Okonjo Iweala and Soludo are also great performers. They've done great. |

Flipping burgers at Burger Kings, Westminster,MD. 2001. Cant forget that experience, couldn't last on the Job.Moved to a constuction co. working on the roof, Sept 11 cut it short.Men, those menial jobs those days. |
I will probably buy Sao Tome and make it look something like Dubai or Singapore.Haba, at least one African country would join the league of Nations. Or no, I will buy a large plot of land in space .hehe. |

olabosun:Mr pessimist. Let me recorroborate Ebeledi's question. What have you contributed to the development of your neighbourhood or street? Please, before you begin your illogical criticism, ask yourself why Studio Tinapa should have crane cameras on commisioning day when they aren't ready 2 start shooting movies there yet? |
@ Mariory Thanks Mariory for 2 things! 1)The pictures and more importantly, 2)Introducing me to Skyscrapercity.com |
eko4show:Your argument lacks intelligence. @general All the folks calling it a "dummy partnership" have no idea what business is all about. Someone comes up with an idea, he has all the technical expertise and is funding the project extensively, and he wants you to just come on board and offers you percentage of profits and you call that a dummy partnership because he says you would work for 3 months without pay. Hmmm!If only you knew how benevolent and beneficial this offer is, you would jump on it. @Seun Anyways Seun, my advice, instead of making it a partnership, get a couple of volunteers to write and earn commisions based on revenues coming in. I even feel blogs are more interesting when they have a more personal touch, hence the blogger doesn't have to work full-time.Truly, a part -timer would do. |
Nice pictures dblock! There's another cool project happening in Nigeria. The new terminal of the domestic wing Murtala Mohammed airport.I herad it's kool! Any pics? |
GNature:I was just trying to be conservative with figures.Actually, the projection is for 300 billion naira($2.3billion) as Londoncool stated. Any be aware that those projections are from the very reputable KPMG. I think with that kind of money, Cross riverians are made 4 ever!!! |
