6 years ago, i rejected a marriage proposal frm my very close friend,whom i wznt dating because @ dat time he was yet get a university education while i just graduated frm uni. Tnx for ur contibutions. I wz thinking dat there could b public awareness in any way to reassure the teenagers. I am prolife but i know that the number of aborted babies are more than life births. I think abortion shd discouraged esp those that re nt life threatening. Wonderful life is lost through abortion.

I called my female cousin this morning and was informed she just put 2 bed her fourth child. She is now happily married 2 her childhood sweetheart who put her in the family way about fifteen years ago. When it happened, hell was let loose and infact she was disowned by family members. Only a distant childless aunt nurse her and a baby until she was sent 2 husband's mum. My cousin suffered hardship. The gist is that life has turned better for her and she is doing so well wit her husband,whereas some of us who made mockery of her condition are yet 2 settle down! Am happy she did not abort her now beautiful daugther. How do we make life easy 4 pregnant teenagers, especially in our culture n family?

Even as i celebrate my bday today, i miss my mum who died 17yrs ago...her rice,chicken and stew is unforgetable. D chicken bones where much tastier than wat we have now. On days like this, she makes fresh fish pepper for everyone.

i was trying to relate the biblical age and geological age and syenite has done that.you know,i got to see a special graph sheet called the semilog graph in my uni days.It is used for special computations. your kind of calculations maynot be what God uses and you dont know the measurement used to calculate TIME.if man says earth is 4.2 billion yrs old,in Gods time the earth maybe abt eight days old,going by any unit GOD chooses, now supposing the common units was not use because in the bible, they make reference to tens,hundreds of thousands being a single unit. sometimes when people cannot express a phenomena, they use bogus units,especially in past eras.am making these assumptions because i said i read alot of non christian articles relating to the creation story.the only problem man/science has is its inability to adequately explain evolution.Man did not appear on the first of creation, and my bible also said the same thing. The earth was prepared for man. similarly,man appeared on earth when life was suitable for him.I believe the word of God but for science,i say we still hv a long to go. science should not compete with the master or creator. creation is not an accident. we were created for a suppose and until u know God, you will always be confused.and who told you there is only one sun? we have many suns and many planets. man has not been able to see the universe in its totality, so what we know basically is our present environment, earth.

i am a female geologist and i bet u it took awhile before i could reconcile religion and wat i studied. you need to be open minded and objective in your reasoning and allow God to help u.I hv read widely, was born an anglican, became a pentecostal etc... read all manner of books,ventured into another religion ,but GOD opened my eyes and brought me back.if the true b said, there is a close link between the bible and what i learnt in geology.it was just our idea of what TIME really is. geologically, the earth is about 4.2 billion years old, but from the bible it can be calculated to b abt 6000 years. but remember that a thousand years to we humans is but a day to God. so do ur arithmetic.God speaks to different persons/people in different ways.For those who say he does not exist, i feel your loss.

My fellow Nigerians, what can we do in our educational system? I see a future generation that cannot prove that they ever saw that four corners of a school, talk more of been taught by teachers! A visit 2 exam centres across the nation will cause u to weep. Everyone seem to be involved with malpractice. Parents are not even helping matters! What is the solution, because we are going to pay for this acts in time to come!
