Even Whois is displaying some US guy as the owner. I think I need my refund, they can have the domain Please what do I do? Their chat is not working. Tried one of their numbers it is not connecting. Be patient bro, most times it might takes up to a week to move domain name bought at aftermarket place to the buyer, just be patient you'll get your name, it you already have plans for the name, maybe start working on it so that once name transfer is completed you'll already have setup your plans.

Don't mention bro, we're here to help ourselves.. Back to question for verification they ask you to provide upload of your govt issued card and billing receipt. It's simple just upload any valid id card you have, most preferable national id card or voters card or even driving license if you have. Any one of the 3 above is good. Should they request for a billing statement, send a Utility bill bearing same Address u used while registering with them. Then within 24hours your account will be verified and you're good to roll with them.

I currently have 10 domains with them, I'll rate their services 7/10 considering they are up there with reputable Registrar's like Godaddy/Namesilo/Dynadot/Name.com when it comes to user friendly site interface and navigation. My experience with them have been smooth so far. I think they currently offer dot com registration at around $7.69 for old members i don't know for new members maybe same price or less. And between before you register your first domain with them, they'll likely request a verification. Once they certify you ok. Every other thing works smooth with them.

After the initial help I created on 13-1-2017 when MMM reopened was deleted on the 17-01-2017 and my confirmed mavros reversed. I have be trying to get help (GH) again on a smaller amount since yesterday.
After following the GH instructions carefully, the order box on the right hand side of the page keeps coming out with ‘’’ order_create_error’’’’ and status ‘’ deleted’’
What could be responsible for this and what do I do?
