I have said it in a previous post, yorubas are wickedly tribalistic. Just see how much likes and solidarity you guys give to posts that insult and malign igbos. One would think that igbos are not Nigerians. One guy even called out faseun for assoc wit this guy who he called "the enemy". There are moderators who see these tins but keep quiet because they even hold d same opinion dat igbos are enemies. This is a big shame. They two most enlightened tribs in Nigeria made to fight over crumbs because we hate ourselves too much to ever wrk 2gether. Guess what? The president is a northerner, the senate president is a northerner (and could have been ahmed lawal if nt for pdp) the speaker is a northerner, the chief justice is a northerner. Where are we smart and intelligent southerners? O I forgot! We are insulting ourselves on nairaland! Shame!

We know that parties tend to manipulate voter registers in their strongholds. Pdp did it and Apc have shown that they are not very different so I won't be surprised by this news.
I want to however use dis medium (since I noticed seun is following dis thread to beg nairaland to stop being a battle ground for igbos and yorubas.
I noticed yorubas like seeing Igbos ridiculed even more than Igbos like yorubas being ridiculed. If u doubt me check posts dat insult igbos and see d many likes they get, then check posts dat insult yorubas and see dat they only generate few likes. Especially when we knw dat there are as many Igbos as there are yorubas in dis forum.
Seun pls start banning any tribalistic post before we divide dis country on NL. Don't mind dat the post were put up by ur yoruba brodas. Do d right tin and jst ban it. Tanx

The only people i pity in this whole scenario are the igbos beating their empty chest in support of GEJ and Jimi Agbaje. They have been cornered and rendered useless in the Nigerian polity so they are doing all they can to remain relevant. GEJ is an Ijaw man while Agbaje is Yoruba and it's obvious they don't give a damn about the igbo tribe who keep ranting in support of them. The truth is dat if elections went ahead on d 14th of Feb, GEJ would have lost. So as part of damage control exercise, he postponed d election so as to get more PVC distributed in his strong holds of SS and SE. But dis in itself may still not gaurantee victory 4 Him. So d nxt logical step may be to rig d polls, which would be harder wit card readers and oda security measures put by INEC.
Truth is dat I understand GEJ. He helped Fayose win Ekiti, helped Allison-madueke win OPEC and knows losing is not an option 4 him even in d face of rising unpopularity. He would defenitely find a way to get his way. If Jega plays hardball, he may use resident electoral commissioners to perfect his plan.
