Biafra's fight is meaningful at last. It's better than Fulanis' Takeover.
I now wish that the Yorubas could take the lead for the Emancipation of the sw, se, ss and the cs.
lol....keep wishing. Only igbos can do that...and if the rest of the south dont support them, then they will fail again. And the cycle continues

In 1942, the Mayor of Enugu was a Fulani Muslim named Alhaji Umar Altine. As far back as then, Muslims have been ruling your fathers.

Today, see the picture below.

When you point a finger at others in derision, the remaining 4 fingers point back to you.
in ur haste u showed ur stupidity. Yes in 1960 we had a fulani mayor in enugu because we neither hated islam nor fulanis like u guys tell them here. And why u can have that poster there is because we still do not hate islam and fulanis. We simply hate buhari and northerners like him

This is obviously a pro APC paper. What u should use to judge political chances of pdp and apc are the recent elections all over the country. And as we saw, it has always been a close race for the two. From osun guber to yesterday's bye elections.

If apc will win nxt year, it wont be with more than 5% margin

That is how the low lives campaign for buhari.

Hahaha.... So in your dreams now Enugu is more developed than Lagos?
development doesnt mean a few tall buildings in ikoyi. Lagos smells...from festac to lekki...there is a terrible odour engulfing lagos. There is no light. I stayed 4 days in lekki...i didnt see light at all. I stayed 2 weeks in satlite town i saw light only from 2am to 5am everyday.

Hold up in lagos is heart breaking. Pot holes everywhere.

Truth is...Enugu is cleaner and more liveable than lagos. Problem is lagos has more companies than enugu...so naturally people would always choose lagos to live in ahead of enugu.

yorubas are too afraid to betray the north. A people that betray everything in their path even their own brothers, ask abiola, bola ige, kudirat, diya and most recently ambode. They would have betrayed the north a long time ago if not that they are to scared to do so and also they know that they will not get any support from se/ss.
truthfully speaking, u have a point. The east would have fought another war if abiola was one of us...the west didnt. Might be out of fear for the north and knowing that they dont have allies in the east either...but i think one day an independent oduduwa republic will come to be a major issue in this country...that day the north can be sure that they wont have allies in the east either

Each of our 36 States will have SPSC, ie State Policy Service Commission, constituted of:-
1, two most senior Traditional Rulers from each of the State's Local Government and
2, two very senior Lawyers, SANs, from the State, to act as Secretaries only to the Commission.

SPSC will be responsible wholly and authoritatively for:-

SPC, State Police Commission for Homeland Security.

SRC, State Resources Commission for exploring and exploitng State Resources and expending them by their Rules.

SEC, State Election Commission, to elect L.G Counsellors, State Assembly members, Governors, Rep members, Senators and President. Now, 36 Presidential Aspirants will be treated by INEC for rigorous campain all over the 36 States and eventual election of one of them as Mr. President of The Federation.

And authorising and contributing 10% of each State's Revenue to run Federal Government's Foreign Affairs and Military Resposibilties on States behalf.
the 36 states are too artificial to work...i suggest going back to regions using the 6 geopolitical zones.
Once fg loses its massive powers to the regions it wont matter again who is president.

The present yoruba race are not thinkers they only follow baba isale. That's why they don't see reason we needed restructuring but I don't still want northern state to left with less funding when restructuring take place. We need to take care of poverty rate in North not them deciding who shud lead
the poverty rate in the north will not be solved by sharing oil revenue. We have been sharing oil since 1967 yet the poverty rate kept increasing and is now the highest in the world.

It is caused by mass illiteracy. They dont need oil money in order to leave the mosque and streets and enter the classroom

I also think the present yorubas think they are being smart. Lol. When oil finishes...lagos should be ready to house 50% of nigeria...unless nigeria allows another city in the south to develope like lagos, the future will be bleek for all of us

Many Igbos are so unintelligent.
This hopeless bigoted Ipob opening thread up n down as forgotten Yoruba was the smartest fastest developing region during regional government until Azikwe orchestrated the destruction of that government with some hopeless bunch of Igbos with Aguiyi Ironsi as is leader.

A complete bastard of Igbo origin that truncated region govt n introduced UNITARY system of government. I am not sure it will ever be well with the entire Igbo tribe for this singular in justice they brought in Nigeria just because they want steal siphone n loot the groundnut revenue from North, the rubber, cocoa n palm oil revenue from the West.

This Igbo vagabonds never knew that oil will be discovered in the NigerDelta then
1st of all u seem to be thevery unintelligent guy here with ur wack English.

2ndly the eastern region was billed by michigan university as the fastest developing region in Africa in 1965.

3rdly oil was discovered in comercial quantity in 1958 and by 1964 the eastern govt has built a gas pipeline from ph to enugu.

4thly kaduna nzeogwu who truncated the regional govt wasnt from eastern region but from mid western region which was formally part of western region. He wanted to kill even zik and handover to awolowo.

5thly stop insulting people u dont know online

6thly it was because the igbos were shouting restructuring during gej term that made him to call the national confab your APC has discarded

Yoruba is afraid of restructuring, they have nothing to offer in Nigeria.
they actually have. They have lagos and are largely educated too...i think they have started playing 'over sabi' politics. They want to milk other regions of nigeria, they want to share presidency btw just north and west, they want to keep lagos...and then wen nigeria is on its knees, they will start shouting ''oduduwa republic''

The north doesnt realise how over alliance with the west will come to hurt them deeply. Cos wen the west (who they are now giving all the advantages) betrays them, they wont have the east or south south to fall back on.

And i can bet my life that one day the west will betray the north and start shouting oduduwa republic.

It fits them both

The meeting can only hold in the presence of all governors, minister of finance and state commissioners of finance,... Buhari and adeosun tried manipulated the formula during a FAAC meeting of June and July and it led to major fight with states blantantly rejecting the move
cos they wanted fg to keep more share...states will always reject that. But if u are talking about increasing derivation from 13% many states will support it...besides their support or not of it is not required except for reelection considerations

The true fighters for restructuring are the Yorubas. What you guys are fighting for is simply a resource control just because your states are sitting on crude oil. Don't get yourself confused kid.
So in the thread where Atiku said he doesnt mind giving the Niger Delta 100% derivation but that he will heavily tax them to maintain the federal govt; as usual, most yorubas were against it. Its not their idea of restructuring. This guy i quoted here called it ''resource control''. And said they dont want it.

Ofcourse there are just about 8 federal countries in the world. Nigeria claims to be one of them. In other federal countries, the states manage their resources and pay around 50% to fg....thats not the type of federation the yorubas want because according to this poster here the east ''are sitting on crude oil''. But once u want lagos IGR to be equally shared or once u talk about lagos little, these guys will come for ur head.

These guys want to keep their lagos and wants ''the Igbos to leave''. But they dont want the ND to keep their oil.

I brought this up so that people will see the nature of our countrymen who habit the western region. Their attitude reminds all of a certain shape-shifter who lost to Arc angel Michael.

Ownership of the oil itself is on exclusive list, and its exploration or production licensing. Which means even if an Oil bloc isn't under foreign joint partnership with an oil conglomerate a state can't still get a 100% percent of a federal asset like oil, sharing formulae is just a drafted agreement on general revenue, firs tax and custom tax inclusive. Which lacks legislative backing unlike execute/concurrent and residual list

show me where sharing oil is in the constitution. Wat u have in executive list are responsibilities not how to get revenue.

The 13% derivation is not in the constitution and therefore can be changed at will by a sitting president without nass
