you can get one at web4africa.net , i don't encourage one to start a blog for long with sub domain because by the time you want the name, it might be taken. So think of a name and buy it

if you want to use mtn, then you need root. As for changing imei, it works for glo subscription, not mtn

you have lots of work to do on the site. First remove the background image you used because its consuming data. Also, activate mobile view for the site so mobile users won't have problem viewing the site. Better still change your template before any further asseessment
