This man's taste for house is very poor. angry

Very very poor taste angry

Horrible design angry
After all the bigness, all that the house has is 16 bedrooms. angry

I won't even buy it for $1m if it's in the market. angry

The design is very bad. angry
I'm sure the man in question has no idea about Architecture. It's not his fault. The Architect that designed the building/estate just did a rush rush job to have a slice of the man's wealth.

RomanceRe: Guys Take Note: Money Doesn't Make You Attractive To Women by Bekermann(m): 12:42pm On Sep 21, 2018
gentlegenius:
I have noticed strange ideas and beliefs here on Nairaland, but more strange to me is the misconception some guys seems to develop about women recently... If you check some threads here that has something to do with how men can attract women or what women find attractive in men, you'll see lots of comments that goes this way: 'Make money... Make more and more money, then women will follow you'. The funny thing is that such comments are only coming from guys, not the women themselves. Many guys seems to believe that the aroma of money is the only thing women perceive, so the more you get money, the more women will perch on you like flies on shit.
But this is a completely wrong believe. Attraction has little or nothing to do with money and material things. Women like money, no doubt about that, but what women find attractive in men is far from money. Apart from looks, which really doesn't mean much to most ladies, there are some key character traits that draws women to men. If you focus only on making money and showing it off, without developing these key character traits, women will only follow your money and not you. They'll only be attracted to your money and not to you. Take note of this. Though they can give you sex, pretend to love you, and some will even get so desperate to marry you, but all these is not because they find your attractive; It's simply because they find your money attractive. The moment you run out of money, or maybe you just stop spending it on them, they will drop you like a piece of hot iron.
I have seen a few guys who doesn't have money, yet beautiful ladies still get naturally attracted to them. This is because they are the REAL men that women don't joke with because they are not easy to come by.
Though money is good to have, but If all you do is make money and enjoy the attention women give you, then be rest assured that any woman that comes to you because of your money must have had a real guy somewhere that she naturally finds attractive, and most of the money she'll collect from you will end up in that guy's pocket. She doesn't care about you, except in pretence to get what she wants, but she passionately care about the other guy (who may not even have money). So at the end of each relationship you had with them, you'll discover that you were the greatest fool. It's high time you stop fooling yourself around, believing that money is the only thing that will make you attractive to women. If money is the only thing you have to offer, even when you get married, the marriage will only last as long as your money last.

Money is just like beauty... If all a woman has to offer is her beauty, then she'll only attract men who comes to her due to LUST and not LOVE... All they want from her is her body, not her company. She might think guys are rushing her but the truth is that they are actually rushing those features on her body that provoke their LUST. They only find those features attractive and not her, so they are there to enjoy those things while they last.

Conclusion: Money & Beauty are good to have, but they are two things that has little or nothing to do with love and attraction.
So find out and develop those important qualities that can make you naturally attractive and irresistible to the opposite sex.
Very true, if man use money marry woman, na money dem go use collect the woman from him hand

Madam Saff... Here's a question for you:
If you have a guy in your neighborhood who might have approached you for a relationship and you turn him down, or maybe hasn't approached you, but you know you can't date him because you don't like him... But all of a sudden this guy becomes super rich, will that make you change your mind and wish to date him? I mean will his money make you find him attractive?

If your answer is YES, then don't you think the suitable word for you is GOAL DIGGER?

You guys should answer the above question.
True talk bro.
That's the mentality most most guys have. Your name has said it all, you are a genius...
TravelRe: What Can A Young Lawyer Do In Canada, The USA, Newzealand Or Australia? by Bekermann(m): 5:52pm On Sep 20, 2018
Betterchoice:
This section has been very helpful.

I am a young lawyer and on the verge of rounding off my NYSC.

I have been thinking of how to secure a good future hence have been considering migrating to Canada or the USA.

Law is not a STEM course and switching career may not be easy at all.

I am wondering if there are opportunities for Lawyers in Canada or the USA (or even New Zealand, Australia.)

I am looking at migrating via Masters degree --- that''s if I can gain a full or partial scholarship with 3.9 CGPA on a 5 point scale or migrating through Canadian FSW.

Or do I just stay back in Nigeria?

I can raise 2 million naira.

Suggestions needed please. I am tired. Seriously tired because the future looks bleak.
You studied a professional course at the University. it wouldn't be a bad idea to venture into professional practice.

PoliticsRe: 'I Will Continue To Be Fair, Equitable In Federal Appointments' - Buhari by Bekermann(m): 4:47pm On Sep 18, 2018
Correctgist:
President Buhari has vowed to ensure that all appointments in his administration is distributed equitably among the 36 states of the federation.

President Buhari who has been accused repeatedly of lopsided appointment since the beginning of his administration, made the promise when he spoke with a delegation of Akwa Ibom state elders in the state house Abuja yesterday September 17th.

“I have taken note of your appreciation of appointments into the Federal Service from your state. I assure you that I shall continue to be fair and equitable in federal appointments to all states of the country,” Buhari told the delegation
Last week, Nigerians on social media accused President Buhari of nepotism and tribalism after the removal of the acting DG of DSS Matthew Seiyefa and the appointment of the new DG of DSS Yusf Magaji Bichi.

He has also been accused of napotism after the recent appointment of Zainab Ahmed, as the acting Minister of Finance, following Kemi Adeosun's resignation.

More below:

The one thing very familiar to this present administration is deceit. But I hope Nigerians would not repeat the mistake we made in 2015.
