Emmalez: A 40-year-old man, Paul Okwudili, died in Plus View Hotel Onitsha, Anambra state over the weekend after allegedly taking suspected sex enhancement drugs.
A statement from the state police command public relations officer, SP Haruna Mohammed, says the manager of the hotel reported at Central Police Station, Onitsha that Okwudili, a resident of Ogboliolosi, off Awka Road, Inland town Onitsha, allegedly took a lady to the hotel and lodged. Minutes later, the lady came out shouting for help and the hotel management went to the room and discovered the man gasping for air. He was rushed to St Charles Boromeo hospital Onitsha for medical attention where he was confirmed dead on arrival by a medical Doctor on duty.
The hotel was visited by Police detectives attached to CPS Onitsha and photographs of the victim was obtained. No marks of violence was seen on the deceased body but some drugs believed to be for sex enhancement, were seen in the room.
Haruna said the corpse of the deceased has been deposited at the hospital motuary for autopsy. He added that the lady has been arrested for questionning.
Stupid men upon all the recent news on social media about the deaths of men dieing from the intake of sex enhancing drugs they have still vehemently refused to learn anything and control their erections.
This ban can't make the fulaniherdsmen to leave their community the herdsmen might just decide to used their deserted farmlands as a permanent grazing field to breed their cows and sell to other neighboring communities. They need to go to ondo state and borrow their gods of thunder and lightening that kills cows those herdsmen will flee from that delta community without a fight.
All these beautiful photos of young people from ur hausa/fulani ethnic group will not make any sense or have any meaning to the non fulani average nigerian if you guys don't understand or know the meaning of justice, value for human lives, equity, tolerance and respect for other people religious beliefs and freedom. Almost every ethnic group in Nigeria can also boasts of very beautiful young powerful people just like all these in ur posts so there's absolutely nothing too special here.
Arrewa: I'm here to Educate Nigerians on common misconceptions and stereotypes about the Northerners...
1: Niger migrants: Nigerien Migrants from Niger republic have Tarnished our image in the southern part of Nigeria. The nigereriens who mostly speak Hausa and are generally Muslims migrate to the south in troops, doing menial jobs over there, selling sugar cane, doing shoe maker, begging, selling suya and cutting nails and other common jobs whit little pay. they don't care because their currency is very poor once they go back to Niger the money become something else. The southerners see all of them as Hausas from northern Nigeria because most of them speak Hausa and are generally Muslims and they find it difficult to differentiate, most southerners don't even know that majority of those Abbokis they see in the South are foreigners, we also have many of them hustling here in northern Nigeria.
An average northner from Nigeria don't Travel to the south...except those in Army, Police, Navy, and few doing lucrative business and those exporting agricultural products to the south. Majority of those Northerners ain't from Nigeria ask them, many of them will tell you the truth
2.Insurgency : the southerners believe that all the Northern states has been ravaged by insurgency, once you mention north, they will shout Bokoharam many of them believe that northern Nigeria is a conquered Bokoharam territory.
But in reality, the only state affected in northern state is borno, zamfara, yobe and Adamawa. Adamawa and yobe is almost free not critical like maiduguri... Kano, Gombe, kebbi, jigawa and bauchi is more peaceful and safer than most of the southern state Northern Nigeria have the most peaceful states in Nigeria because something happened in maiduguri or zamfara doesn't mean that the whole north is unsafe Zamfara and maiduguri just need a serious government that will restore normalcy
Poverty: The southerners believe that Northerners are extremely poor In reality they judge this base on those Niger migrants they see in the south and those old Almajiri pictures they see on social media
An average Hausafulani is not that poor as they want you to believe, our people engage in business, agriculture they are are everywhere in government... We have igbos here in the north hustling along side our people I have been to the 4 out of 5 state in East And I will tell you that the east is in no way better than the north both economical and infrastructural development
Illiteracy: they believe that majority of us are illiterate which is partially true... There's mass illiteracy in the north...but the upcoming Generations of Northern Nigeria will shock the world... Come to kano and see how serious our people are taking education, in the north now Almajiri system is dying naturally death,so the north is gradually becoming stronger than ever before!! Lastly... An average northner don't care about one Nigeria, the only people interested in one Nigeria are politicians who are benefiting from the system... Even if Nigeria divide today! We have oil in Gongola, commercial quantity and we still have untapped oil from lake basin, we have land for agriculture and industrialization
The misconception and stereotype about the north need to stop... We are not asking you to love us but please stop spreading lies and propaganda against north... The only thing some northern state need is a push up in security
The north is developing and doing well...let's hold our leaders accountable and stop consoling yourselves with 2007 Almajiri pictures believing that you are better than the north...
Total bull crap there is nothing like any propaganda against the north the insecurity and religious intolerance is very glarring to even the blind and deaf u people should go and fix ur troubled region. If you want us from the south to really believe that the average northerner don't truly care about one nigeria how come majority of u guys are ever ready to go to war to defend and preserve one Nigeria at any cost? We all saw how northern leaders where all wailing just because of the creation of ordinary amotekun in the SW.
Solorrman: Even if the wrath is caused because of our sin that doesn't mean it raises from the Igbo massacre because God is merciful he is not ojukwu or obasenjo because God knows that the northerners that fight with igbos are not the ones suffering now,how can u justify if shekau attack northerners killing even a 2 years child to be punishment of biafran war ? Did the child has hand in the conflict ? Did he initiate it ? Is God punishing a child because the child's father was a killer ? Do u mean God can not separate Gowon and his army to punish them instead he mistakenly punish innocent people that were not born while Biafra plunged in the conflict leaving baban gida and Gowon to enjoy u touched. U must lack the knowledge of how God works,God only deals with the same person that disregard his command,he is never confused to a stage of killing an innocent child that had nothing to do with biafran.
Go and read ur Bible very well God forgives sins no doubt but he still allows karma to punish the sinners even up till their fourth generations there are unwritten laws governing this universe whether you like it or not. The north have sinned collectively go and read the gory details of how they massacred thausands of innocent men, women and children of Igbo extraction before the start of the Biafra civil war in their land. The stomach of pregnant women where brutally opened up while the babies are voilently removed and killed. Almost all northerners supported these unjust killings back then they even still mock the igbo race with nyamiri up till today which is actually the word the igbo population was using to cry for help and for water. Nothing can stop the killings up north until the north do a restitution.

Frankdoz8: Ohanaeze Replies Sultan, Says God Is Using Insurgency To Only Punish Northerners Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide, OYC has differed with the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar III for saying yesterday that God is using the insurgency/Boko Haram to punish Nigerians for their sins. However, OYC reacting to the Sultan’s comment, said that the insurgency ravaging the North East is a reward of the sins committed against the Igbos 50 years ago during the civil war. OYC position was contained in a statement signed and made available to DAILY POST on Friday by its President-General, Okechukwu Isiguzoro and its Secretary-General, Mazi Okwu Nnabuike. “OYC insists that why insurgents are ravaging the North is based on the sins committed against Igbos 50 years ago during the BIAFRA war by mostly Northern Military leaders,” the group said. The group maintained that Northern leaders witnessed the unfortunate killings of over two million Igbos, who are mostly children and women, adding that until the “North repents and support a Nigerian President of Igbo Stock 2023 as a medium to ask God for forgiveness, the insurgency will continue to serve a punishment to them.” OYC further insisted that God has given Igbo the solutions to heal the North and end the suffering in the region, accusing Northern politicians of benefiting hugely from the insecurity challenges in the region. OYC said it condemns in strong terms the bill, entitled ‘National Agency for Education, Rehabilitation, De-radicalisation and integration of repentant insurgents in Nigeria’ sponsored by Senator Ibrahim Gaidam on the floor of the Senate.
The Igbo youths described the bill as a, “cosmetic approach to legalized insurgency and create opportunities to waste resources.”
That's just the bitter truth i have said this before u can't continue to waste innocent souls just because u want to continue to retain power in the core north without future consequences even the colonial masters have since realized this that's why they all stopped slavery and genocide. Every life and soul is very precious to God the creator of everything no human has the authority to take it unjustly.
sarrki: Almajiri is a system of Islamic education practiced in northern Nigeria. Almajiri derives from an Arabic word, rendered "al-Muhajirun" in English literal translation, meaning a person who leaves his home in search of Islamic knowledge.
Underaged children are mostly the victims they begged and cater for themselves at an early age Some at age 5
Almajiranci is our pride and our honor. Yes! we agreed that the program should be reformed but it should not be condemned. No sane society will destroy its culture but seek to reform. All advanced countries value their heritage, why not us?
tsephanyah: Verified news. DSS arrested okalie because he tried to defraud people. He is lucky Hanan didn't filed lawsuit against him in the first place.
Okolie was said to have employed the services of female accomplices, who could speak Hausa to pretend to be the president’s daughter.
After spending 10 weeks in jail for allegedly using an MTN SIM card previously owned by President Muhammadu Buhari’s daughter, Hanan, a security source has explained why Anthony Okolie was arrested by officers of the Department of State Security.
According to TheNation, the source said Okolie was arrested and jailed because he was using the number to defraud unsuspecting persons.
The source said Okolie decided to use it to make money for himself after realizing that the number was previously owned by Hanan due to the calls he was receiving.
In order to extort money from unsuspecting victims, Okolie was said to have employed the services of female accomplices, who could speak Hausa to pretend to be the president’s daughter.
Hanan Buhari's MTN number was sold to Anthony Okoli after she stopped using the line. (Channels) Hanan Buhari's MTN number was sold to Anthony Okoli after she stopped using the line. (Channels) The source said, “It was when someone who knew Hanan very well called and suspected something was fishy that he decided to report the matter to the DSS, who investigated and arrested the suspect.
“Okolie was held on criminal intent not because of the line he owned. It is standard practice that when line has been dormant for a long time, service providers reassign lines.
“The person who inherited it discovered who the former owner was and realized a fraudulent intent. He got some female accomplices who spoke Hausa and to collect money from unsuspecting persons who thought they were relating with the president’s daughter.
“One of his potential victims suspected something fishy when he called the line and the person he spoke with who claimed to be Hanan begged for money.
“The man immediately got doubtful as Hanan was supposed to be out of the country at that time and even if she was not, would not have requested for such money.
johnmartus: Lagos is the only state that not useless in Nigeria. It's the only state that not useless like the rest of 35 states including seat of power. Lagos is only state where you can dream big. Lagos is only state that the Son Of Nobody Can Become Somebody .
We have 36 states in Nigeria only one state we can boast of the rest of 35 Including FTC are useless. Tell me what your governor doing different to develop your state. Most them not even live in their respective state. Before they finish their tenure they have already build mansion in Lagos and Abuja that's their retire home.
But when they die they would burial them in their village.
Lagos was developed with oil proceeds from the SS and SE without those states lagos would have been like any other state in the SW so op give those states their due respect.
Why is it that it's only fulani myetti allah that is wailing about the establishment of amotekun are they the only non indigen doing business in the SW?
Mandem12: I had to open a new account for this, pardon me for Punctuation errors. I have to go straight to the point so as not to bore you... My story goes thus
I'm a young man of 25. I met this very beautiful girl, aged 23 now, we've dated 4 years now. She's so humble, the love grew out of nowhere. She does everything a woman would do for a man and I do everything a man will do for a woman.
I found myself not doing anything without her and she cannot do anything without involving me, we actually love each other very much.
She started pestering me to have a blood oath with her because she was scared I would leave her. I laughed it off cos I knew I wouldn't cheat on her, she is everything I wanted in a woman.
Trouble started when I brought her home to meet my parents, I was actually happy that I had found my wife...
When she left, my father asked me where she was from, and I told him and my father told me I can't marry her because she was from the same village with me and thereby related by blood thereby marrying her is an abomination that she was my sister so to say and said our kinsmen would not be Involved if I insist on marrying her... I felt my world crumbling down like a pack of cards...
I told my girl and she was like, it's an old tradition and nobody will dictate to her who she would marry and she loves me and there was no going back...
As a man, I thought about it and wanted to let her go because I wouldn't want the stigma to be on us and my unborn kids... I showed her some attitude to make her hate me but she didn't, rather she would rather beg me not to leave her even when I'm at fault. I feel bad anytime I do anything to hurt her feelings...
Now, I actually want to get her pregnant and damn the consequences, do a court wedding if the need arises and relocate with her out from our state and start a new life elsewhere...
Another mind is telling me to let her go so we can move on with our lives, or even be a fugitive for her... I however know she will hurt herself if I leave her... I'm very confused about everything, I seriously need help... Why is Igbo tradition this way? I found love with this girl, now everything is about to be stripped away from me, just like that... I seriously need an advice please...
I love this girl so much and she make me happy
Please move this to front page so I can hear from others please...
At 25yrs is marriage supposed to be ur ultimate ambition in life have u finished ur education or are u successfull in ur business to take good care of ur own family? All these are supposed to be ur major worries besides I will advise you to listen to ur parents am also an Igbo man i come from a village with similar culture it's highly forbiden for us to marry ourselves. A couple based in the US who are both from our village once disobeyed this age long tradition despite all the warnings from his immediate family and elders from our village went on to conduct a church wedding in the US thinking that nothing will happen to them because they are living outside the country but at the end of the day the lady ended up giving birth to a cripple. Don't joke with some African cultures if u are not spiritually strong enough to withstand the backlash they can be very powerful.
TroubleMaker47: The truth is, Amnesty either for ND militants or Boko haram should never have been! There is absolutely no justification for forgiving criminals and paying them or catering for there welfare regardless of the cause they claim to be fighting for! Late Umaru Yar Ardua set a bad precedent by granting amnesty to terrorists with the name MEND. Today BH are asking for the same. Afterall they are both intricately intertwined They both fought for a cause! They both threatened the goverment! They both employed violence They both caused the goverment loss of lives and properties! So yes WHAT IS GOOD FOR THE GEESE IS GOOD FOR THE GANDER! AMNESTY SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN, BUT HERE WE ARE!!!
N/B; Honestly I'm tired of explaining my stand to every ignorant person that quotes me so i might as well do it here. No matter how honourable a cause may seem to be by the propagators, THE MOMENT VIOLENCE AGAINST THE STATE IS INVOLVED IN THE FIGHT FOR THE CAUSE, IT IS NO LONGER AN AGITATION BUT AN ACT OF TERRORISM! THAT IS just how every government works! MEND employed violence against the Nigerian state for their "honourable cause" hence in the eyes of every reasonable goverment, THEY ARE TERRORISTS! REMEMBER HENRY OKAH? Just like the #BlackLivesMatter movement in USA, their cause is very honourable but what do you think would have happened if they took up arms and started attacking the US Govt? THEY WOULD BE FLUSHED and tried under the terrorism act. The law wouldn't look at the cause anymore but the medium employed in fighting the cause! As unpleasant as it may seem even to me, MEND was a terrorist organisation and the Nigerian govt set a bad precedent by granting them amnesty!
Niger delta militants are no terrorists they are real freedom fighters u can't compare them to bloodthirsty bokoharam heartless mass murderers and rapists whose main agenda is to establish a sharia state in Nigeria. The Nigerian state have been stealing the natural resources of the niger delta militants and also destroying their environment for decades without any compensations before they decided to fight for their rights.

Okoyeaniche: The Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar lll, has come out to speak against the continuous insurgency ravaging the country advising that it can only come to an end when Nigerians start listening to God's message through the Holy Bible and Holy Quran.
The monarch said this when he spoke at the 5th International Conference on “Love and Tolerance: Countering Violent Extremism for Peaceful Coexistence” in Abuja.
The Sultan, who was represented by the Emir of Jiwa, Dr. Idris Musa, said Nigerians are being punished by God for their sins and refusing to abide by the teachings of the Quran and the Bible.
Abubakar said: “The security challenge is our problem. The Holy Qur'an is a message to mankind. The Holy Bible is a message to mankind. If we cannot listen to what the Bible and...SEE MORE
It's actually caused by the continuous wastage of millions of innocent souls by wicked fulani northern leaders over the years just to retain power in the north. These souls that were unjustly killed before their time are now daily crying out to God for justice. If the sultan and his northern brothers are really sincere and truly want divine peace in the north they need to do restitution and also allow the restructuring of Nigeria so that no region is maginalized again no matter their religion or tribe. A constitutional reveiw should also be done to include referudum so as to know if Nigerians really want to live together in one country.

masterchi: Only IPOB members will believe this. This is because they are brain dead.
The guy might be saying the truth we are in Nigeria where there is no security at all, nmk might have attended the burial wearing a face mask and even going through the airport without any nigerian security personnel recognizing him.
agwom: The Katsina state House of Assembly chamber was turned into a weeping arena on Tuesday over recent killings of over 30 villagers in Batsari Local Government Area of the state. Alhaji Jabiru Yau-yau, the member representing Batsari constituency raised the issue at plenary under matters of urgent public interest.
News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the member representing Jibia constituency, Alhaji Mustapha Yusuf, opened the flood gate of tears while contributing to the motion and other members joined in, shedding tears over the killings. “This situation is frightening because we don’t know what can still happen in that place. “Many people were locked up and burnt to ashes. The villagers fled to various destinations because of fear of the unknown.
“Haba, what kind of terrible thing is this; this is very unfortunate, how human lives were killed like animals,” Yusuf said amidst tears. NAN reports that even members of the public who were at the assembly to observe the sitting, including some journalists covering the event also became emotional and joined in weeping over the situation. Yau-yau, who moved the emotion, had appealed to the state and Federal Governments to improve on security and provide relief materials to the people of Dankar and Tsanwa villages.
He lamented that the people had fled their homes and those who returned had no food and no place to sleep because their houses were destroyed by the bandits. “While we appreciate the efforts of Gov. Aminu Masari, we want the Federal Government to also come to our aid,” he said. In his contribution, the member representing Danmusa, Aminu Garba urged communities to support security agencies in identifying criminals around them for appropriate action.
“The perpetrators of the act are not pseudo humans, people should help in fishing them out,” Garba said, urging security operatives to intensify efforts to bring them to book. “We want Katsina stakeholders under Gov. Masari to meet with President Muhammadu Buhari because this is the most terrible crime that has ever occurred in the state. “The stakeholders and Mr President should look for a way to nip the situation in the bud,” he said.
The Speaker, Alhaji Tasiu Musa and other members of the house unanimously resolved to send relief materials to the affected areas. Musa said that the house would set up a committee to meet with the governor and stakeholders to find solution to the insecurity problems in the state. (NAN)
The north is under the curse of karma for killing millions of biafrans and also thausands of other innocent Nigerians. They need to do restitution if they really want all these insurgency and banditry currently ravaging the core north to come to an end. The millions of innocent souls they wasted to retain power in the north are daily crying out to God for justice.
marviessss: The National Coordinator of the Concerned Advocates for Good Governance, CAGG, Barrister Olusegun Bamgbose, has alleged that the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, sacrificed the Bayelsa State governor-elect, David Lyon to pacify the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for the loss of Imo State He, however, said that the National Chairman of the APC, Adams Oshiomole, was kept in the dark as to the APC plan to surrender Bayelsa State to PDP as a form of ‘compensation’. The DAILY POST reported on Thursday that a five man panel of the Supreme Court held that Lyon’s deputy, Degi-Eremieoyo presented a forged certificate to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). For this reason, the governor-elect and his deputy were sacked by the apex court a day to their swearing-in as the fifth governor of Bayelsa State. Supreme Court sacks Bayelsa Gov-elect, Lyon, declares PDP winner
For Barrister Bamgbose, the ruling was arranged by the ruling party to calm the nerves of the opposition in Imo State. Speaking with DAILY POST on Monday morning, the Lagos-based senior lawyer, said, “The Supreme Court judgment in favour of PDP candidate Duoye Diri, Bayelsa State, was a calculated and a strategic attempt to pacify PDP for the loss of Imo State. “The judgment was a big shock to PDP because they possibly thought they have lost out in Bayelsa. “However critical appraisal of the judgment has shown clearly that it was meant to calm down nerves and pacify PDP for the loss of Imo State to APC recently at the Supreme Court “Ihedioha can as well fort forget about returning to Government House as Governor of Imo State. The review sought by him, no matter the weight, won’t see the light of the day. “Let him bid goodbye to his ambition for now. One seriously doubts the feasibility of reviewing the matter in his favour. The APC was highly instrumental in perfecting this plan. “The International Community have been showing interest in the case but as it stands now, the game is over. “PDP has been ‘politically settled’ and certainly they won’t be protesting even if it loses at the Supreme Court in respect of the review case. “Oshiomole was actually kept in the dark as to the APC plan to surrender Bayelsa State to PDP as a form of ‘compensation’. “However it should be stated here that this is not good for our political growth. “The Judiciary should be independent. There should be no interference whatsoever in the discharge of its functions and responsibilities. There must be clear separation of powers.” Source :https://pharelnews..com/2020/02/david-lyon-was-sacrificed-to-compensate.html
Rubbish so the forged documents from the deputy governor was real?
