If u are a doc, physiotherapists or you have experience in this, pls I need your help. About a year ago I was involved in an accident which broke my femur. I had cast on for 4weeks b4 my surgery. And since then, I've been unable to flex the knee. After months of exercise, I can only achieve about 15 degree flexion. I'm so depressed right now. Anybody who can give me advice on this?
