I have come across several case like this in kano many mosque were sued for performing over night prayers and the Court called the mosque to order by stopping them from using Loudspeaker execept during 5daily Prayers.

nagoma: Noise pollution is dangerous to health no matter where it comes from. In Kenya now you cannot blare your car horn without real reason and street trading is done in low sensible tones. loud parties can lead to arrest and prosecution. Churches and mosques are not exempted. Many people have been arrested and convicted. This happens in many countries with progressive minds as leaders.

CohenJane: Mosque don't make that much of noise. Except you want to be mischievous. After the call to prayer, there is nothing more the mosque does. As a matter of fact, their supposedly noise only last for five minutes. Besides, any mosque that makes noise is not doing the right thing. It is when the Alphas want to make money that make that much of noise that will disturb anybody.
