I have a project management cert as well. In the UK, I worked in a web development firm. I move to Naija to work with Nnpc. I was in info tech department. Obtained my CCNA and moved to the US early 2023. The kind of programming involved in information tech, sys admin is mainly automation. Compared to what we were doing with ASP dot Net. What I have to learn to do system admin has no connection with programming. But they are all under the umbrella of computer science. A little bit of everything and it's up to you to pick your struggle.

I am currently studying Cybersecurity. Beginners level anyway, but what I read was quite chilling and is part of why I am currently studying it. I intend to merge it with law, so GRC (non-technical) and Information security (technical) are areas in Cybersecurity that I intend to specialize on in the coming years they are similar to Intellectual property Law which is an area of Law that I am interested in, it was an elective that I took in school and I have some certifications on it. What he did is part of data violation and privacy. That's scary and we need more regulatory laws in place. I hope in the future I am able to make a difference in that area.
