The Igbo communities in Abia and Imo state who had earlier discoveries of oil were cut in Half by the Nigerian government and added to Rivers state.

What the Nigerian Government didn't know at that time was that years later, the other communities that they didn't manipulate with useless boundaries will also discover their own oil in large quantities.

Unfortunately some igbo communities have some of their villages in both the SE and SS because of this evil.

Do these decoders mentioned above have any website for us to download upgrade software?

Not sure about others but I know gtmedia have an official website for support and all

So freeview is going to do something similar to what mytv is doing and this time for over 80 channels,I hope there channels are really better than mytv...but selling their decoders for just one month and then encrypting I think is way to soon, not enough time to roll out their boxes.

Wahala for mytv is freeview has better channels .

Bro on the issue of uploading pictures... Though my case might be different from yours, however let me share my experience . When mine refuse loading as if I was having a network issue. I took a better look and notice that one is only limited to send images less than 4 megabyte. So I always crop my images a little there by turning an image file that is in megabytes to kilobytes. Doing that has made uploading images ever since to be a walk in the park.

Thanks for your support one love.

The picture I tried uploading was less than 100kb...I noticed it's always difficult for me to upload pictures here,if I succeed in uploading,I can't do more than one at a time,it's really frustrating

Thank you for everytime.... I am a silent follower.

I tracked DStv with my dsat decoder yesterday night with 11900 H 27500 and I was able to get 96% quality but when I put the cable back in the DStv decoder, I could not get all the stations, some did not show due to signal strength as indicated on the feedback.

What is the best frequency to get it all for DStv?

Also, on the same dish(90cm) I tracked this DStv, I intend adding 16e, 7e and maybe 51.5 e, would love your ample guide on how to go about that without adjustment on the dish.

Thank you once again.

For the D**v,use 12245H27500 and all other TPs should pop up,also make sure you've not tampered with your "home network" settings,if you did,do a factory reset and scan, you'll be good.

As for your fat, check the picture.

Your D**v can be attached below the primary lnb and 16E further below it...I hope your dish is bigger than 60cm,it should make it easier and better signal.

Disclaimer: The picture isn't mine

Anytime I'm in PH I pity Rivers state as a whole, to think that she is the only livable place in the entire state.
I think the main problem with Rivers state is their over ethnic consciousness. For example, an average ikwerre man cares less even if other parts of Ikwerre land is not developed so far a fellow ikwerre man is in power. Oyigbo man doesn't just give a Bleep as an Ogoni and okirika doesn't smell the government seat even if it means no attention in their land with the ikwerre led government.
The easiest way to know that you are in Rivers state or portharcourt is the constant affirmation of your ethnicity by locals.
You speak, they will affirm your tribe. You sit, same. You eat, same.
They are too ethnic conscious

No disrespect but with all these you said, you don't know much about Rivers state....baba say it's only PH that's livable place

Dear friend, I believe that's..."old school"
There are now AV wifi adapters that can do the job well...

Bro...it's not about being old school, it just doesn't make sense to pay for something you're posed to gave for free. Example are the new iphones not coming with a charging brick...is it also old school for not having an adapter? Why would I pay over 7k for a modulator which in some cases is almost 50% of the entire cost of the receiver? maybe TV coys should also discontinue the Ant. port since it's old school.

Companies be foolishly copying DSTV,even pained me more when our beloved strong did it too.

We all love that small form factor and sleekness but I wouldn't trade it for the RF ports.

If I were to be in your shoes, I will go back to my dish and make sure 11090 V 30000 signal is active ( pop up). If not then I have to address that as the problem. But if the signal on the dish is active/green on my tracker. Then I will know the problem is from my decoder.

So please, use 11090 V 30000 for doing your tracking first . Confirmed you've tracked it, (that exact frequency is showing green on your tracker)

Before going inside the house to scan it on your decoder. Then if your decoder does not see the signal after that. We can then speculate on the decoder being the issue.

Or the cable being bad

Funny enough, a friend back then, told me how someone was stupid enough to call D...tv customer care number. Asking them Why his azsky was not working. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah...... Omor, the days of Qsat, Azsky, Tcam, many Intallers hear am to be honest.
Well, in the South and South East, what was invogue was Sunwin Decoders that was used to decrypt the signals of local cable operators pirating ART prime Sports, Show Sports, Star World and Co from the middle East.
It was just a terrestrial decoder with antenna receiving more than. 30 premium channels from the middle East, no hassles, no dish, no network wahala. all that changed with the shift from analogue to digital though.
It lasted for more than 7years, watching premium channels for absolutely nothing. (illegally)
i was shocked to later hear that people in Lagos and the west didn't even experience this.
Well time flies.

Around August,I saw some guys selling something similar at rumuokoro I just dey laugh

Your matter simple.

First thing to check, is if TV outlet has already been wired.

Second is how many channels they need to be showing in the TV in the rooms.

Once you've got that info. Then you can proceed with the needed materials to do the job.

If it is just one channels they want showing in all the rooms, and the TV outlet has already been wired before by the electrician. Then all you have to do is buy an RF modulator ( this apply to new Dstv decoder that does not have an Rf output). Then you connect the av output to the Rf modulator... From the Rf modulator/ converter, you connect the TV wire that links to all the TVs in the room.

But if it is a multi channel setup.. Then you have to calculate one decoder to one channel. So for example it is four to eight channels they want showing in each TV.. Then it has to be four to eight decoders as well.

Then you have two options in such a setup depending on the financial strength of your client. The option of using a multiswitch to reduce the amount of dishes installed outside. Or using a four pin Lnb for a four decoder setup or two four pin lnb on two dishes on an, eight decoder setup. Then you need a channel combiner or you can still use an eight way Splitter in reverse. To combine all the wire coming from each 4/5/6/7/8 Rf modulator or Rf out of each decoder. Then you connect the single wire that links and loop to each rooms. Then you configure each decoder to a specific channel. Starting from channel 21 to 99. That way each time a TV connected to the TV outlet is scanned, all 4/5/6/7/8 channels will appear in that order.

Remember to add signal booster/ amplifier inbetween. For a more clearer picture.

This is just the basic.. Though it can still get more advanced than that.. Depending
You've said it all bro just wanted to correct that RF output ranges from 21-69,believe it was a typo all the same well said

QSat G23 has a better video output. But Csat Pro 8 + output is not bad per se.

Even after several years of being obsolete (in the world of FTA things get obsolete too quickly),QSat boxes still have one if the best hardware out there. I think they just need to work on their software outside that;it's a very solid receiver. This is the same reason why 4669x wouldn't go away soon, most installers without satfinders still use it for tracking and street-to-house cable tv,very clear RF signal.

I still use 4669x when tracking C-band,most satfinders out there have poor C-band reception

Good evening gurus in the house. Please I need your urgent advice and direction.

First day I attempt to add MBC @7west in my dish that already have 3W as primary and 5e & 7e as secondary, using 11559v27500, but I did not succeed.

Second day I tried again to get the MBC @7west and didn't get it again. But I got Hi-Impact and other Tunisian & Arabic channels totalling 13 channels with these transponders 11030v05000 & 11658v27500. Also, I used brand new strong lnb. See the attached picture.

My question is: What else can I do to get this elusive MBC @7°West?

Thanks in advance for your response.

Don't know the brand of receiver your using but if its strong then your signal on 11658V27500 shouldn't be below 70% else 11559V27500 wouldn't pop up

For foreign movie content = MBC 2 & MBC max will take care of that.  Then MBC ACTION shows foreign series/ WWE as well. NTA, TVC NEWS are still there as well... Point your dish to 42.5 degree east nigcomsat position ( Tracking frequency 12519 H 29500)

Then for African movie you will have to point your dish or another dish to ( 33 degree east) to receive a channel called Ghallywood tv. For 24 hours African movie. ( Tracking frequency 11015 V 30000)

Then for music.  There is a channel called boomTV  located at 16 degree east
( Tracking frequency 10804 H 30000)

You can still get a full collection of foreign movie, Nollywood movie and others In a single dish on ABS3 @3.0 degree west

( tracking frequency 10972 V 30000) ( blind scan for etv Africa)

Eg:
Movies Africana
Kidszone cartoons
Fox sports news

Mbc 2
Cine film
Zeemundo
Romedy now
Beatplus music
TVC
Rave TV
