This is the same arrogance that cost the soviet Union when they attacked Afghanistan...Russia doesn't not have the resources to sustain this war in the long term ..it will have significant impact in their economy on the long run ..Ukraine either is not willing to let go and have nothing to loose ...
Ukraine has nothing to lose? Lol. I still maintain that Zelenskiy is a fool for allowing the US using his country as a battleground for a few billion $. The only way this war ends is on a dialogue. Zelenskiy was willing to dialogue until the former UK PM was sent to sabotage it. Have you guys asked why the US isn't running out of cash and weapons to give to Ukraine? That's because top military US officials have stakes in Lockheed Martin and Boeing. They need to make money. For the time being Ukraine thinks the US is their friend until the war is over. For those saying Putin started this war then they've very little knowledge on international politics. The US planned a coup in Turkey and Venezuela but failed. Russia was looking out for themselves. A few casualties here and there and the US but nukes to a gun fight in 1945. Should be go back to Cuba, Ecuador or Vietnam? Iraq??

The Russia-Ukraine conflict dates back before 2014. The US have always wanted the lion share of the loot since WW1 even though they did very little in the war.

You claim there is a lot of ignorance in my post yet you agree with majorly all my positions.

Files are just a small, tiny part of the whole equation.

Bush rat get thigh, Antelope get thigh, e no mean say both thighs na same meat full am.

While you can seamlessly share files on any cloud based system, Apple has launchd at the core of its services and all their operating systems have event listeners built into them from ground up.

Except you design your OSes and hardware yourself, with the ecosystem as an explicit design language, you cannot have that level of integration.

Samsung does not run its OS. It is either running Android or Windows (or linux in some instances).

Windows and Android are like those big shirts that are sold during christmas that can size everyone in the family but fits no one.

Apple hardware and softwares are custom-designed.

This is also why some Androids need 8gb RAM to even breathe while IOS would work perfectly with 2gb.
The reason for an ecosystem is for seamless integration between devices and I'm saying Samsung and Windows have done this so well though not at the level of iOS devices but very much usable. Use Samsung Dex and you'll attest to this.

I don't know any device that needs 8gb ram to "breath". Around 2013/14 high-end phones maxed out at 3/4gb ram. OEMs increased ram as marketing strategies, that's why a Samsung S7 or S8 with 8gb ram will still be very usable today regardless of software updates.

Apple sells an ecosystem.

You own an iphone, a MacBook pro, an apple watch, airpods pro and maybe an ipad.

When you own these devices and all connected to the same icloud account, you would understand the beauty of the ecosystem.

Android and Windows PC users will never understand how an ecosystem works until they experience it.

People who say apple devices don’t have value possibly dont know what value means or have no idea about how productivity can be increased if all your devices belong to an ecosystem.

You take a picture on your phone and it is available on your pc. Or you are working on a document on your ipad and it is there on your phone.

Or you are listening to music on your laptop via your airpods, you pick stand up to go outside to buy eggs and the music continues via your Apple Watch to stream into your airpods.

Your messages come to all devices. Then you have full device tracking prevention plus the best privacy any system can offer for free.

Many years ago, before I understood the apple ecosystem, i always yabbed apple too. Until i got my first iphone and I noticed that it was not obtrusive, then i got a MacBook pro and i saw the light. It was a rude awakening.

There is a reason why most prodictive-minded people currently use Apple.

For over 10 years, intel stagnated on processor design, just repolishing same specs, albeit increasing efficiency. Apple left old intel at the car park and went to develop their own silicon and revolutionized the industry with the M1 chip.

Apple is in its own corner. Hate all you want. Nemo dat quod non habet.
There's so much ignorance in your post. I agree the apple ecosystem is good but Samsung and Microsoft also have seamless connection while working with files. I can be working on a file on my Samsung phone and continue with it on any windows laptop and vice versa. Galaxy gears work seamlessly too this same way apple watch work with airpords and all. My point is you shouldn't make it seem like only apple products are capable of these but I must admit the apple ecosystem is very good.

They have been telling us this since the war started. But guess what, Russia earned 98b dollars from oil sales since the last 100 days of the war. And note down something today, Russia has been through its worst period already. It's only going to get better for Russia. Russia is winning the war as territory after territory keeps falling to them. And the rubble is better than it ever was
They're buying the western propaganda. Russia is losing the war but only on TV. We all saw how armchair economists predicted the downfall of the Russian currency and economy bug alas it's actually the opposite that's happening. I'm sure Putin would be more willing to sustain the onslaught since Russia is benefiting massively from it. The plan was well thought out before he went ahead with the war. The world was already getting tired of American hegemony so they needed someone to stand up to them and Russia is doing that, its not a coincidence that China and others are solidly behind them.

Decreased demand and static supply will drive Russia prices down and reduce their revenue earned from gas.
China and India that's buying from Russia is actually doing it in solidarity while Russia in return is selling to them at a discount. No other supplier can go cheaper than Russia so I don't see them going out of business anytime soon. What's the point of enforcing sanctions on another country while you suffer by paying more for gas in your country than you used to before? Japan was sensible enough to back out by putting it's people first instead of towing the part of emotion like the EU. It doesn't make any sense to abide by sanctions while benefiting nothing from it.

Ukraine want EU to cut off Russia oil and gas yet same Ukraine can’t cut off Russia oil and gas passing through its territory because of money.
No be juju be that grin

1) India buys 18% of all total Russian crude exports since the war, up from just 1% pre-war

2) Russia becomes India’s 2nd biggest oil supplier, displacing Saudi Arabia

3) Russia earned €93b from energy exports during the war.
The revenue exceeds what Russia spends on the war
Demand for Russia oil and gas to Asia have skyrocket to extend that Japan still refused to cancel Russia-Japan oil and gas project as it is important for Japan economy
No.3 is the reason why wars seem not to end especially when it involves "democracy" spreaders . If the wrong set of people get hold of such huge sums it only promotes it and insurgency just like our brothers in the middle East. Russia has the best performing currency all year, isn't that an irony after economists touted Russia would be down on it's knees? Even the almighty US want to share from the spoils by supplying weapons to Ukraine. For you to achieve anything in life, you have to be realistic and not bank on emotions, that's exactly what Russia is doing. All Putin needs to do is pay a few more rumbles to the Russian soldiers fighting in Ukraine and they'll be motivated again; he has the money to do it and talking points to back up his reason for the sustained onslaught on Ukraine. I'm only sorry for poor Ukrainians who's dumb President fell for the antics of the US and downplayed Putin's warnings and I'm 100% sure he regrets it already. It's either Ukraine concedes defeat or go to the negotiation table because before this stream comes online, I wonder what would be left of Ukraine as so many of the sanction enforcers aren't even buying into it. This should be a hard lesson for others to who are romanticising with the democracy spreaders, Russia is world power and will be fine with or without the war. It almost feels like Russia is trolling each time I go through flashscore.mobi site as Russia seems to have even started several armatuer leagues which didn't exist before the war while everything concerning sports in Ukraine is cancelled.

PropertiesRe: The Issues Of Building-Collapse In Nigeria: Recommended Solutions by ben1daEbiri(m): 3:42pm On Nov 02, 2021
Subsea101:
This is incorrect for this situation. Once the load bearing capacity has been determined, a foundation is recommended to SUIT the proposed type/weight of the intending structure.
If for instance Qty 20 @25m depth piles is deemed fit to carry such a structure, it should be adheard to, if for any reason extra floors/loads will be added, a redesign of the foundation elements is a MUST. Because adding extra weight will take up the factor of safety (FS) already accounted for in the initial design.

You CAN'T use a foundation designed for 15 suspended floors for 21 floors, except the engineers conceptualized further addition in future, and made appropriate provisions for that.
Exactly the point I was trying to make with a reply to a comment earlier
PropertiesRe: The Issues Of Building-Collapse In Nigeria: Recommended Solutions by ben1daEbiri(m): 3:40pm On Nov 02, 2021
Miroslavklose:
That is not how building foundation works.

Load bearing capacity of the soil is determined and a foundation is recommended. If you build on recommended foundation, it can handle 30 floors

The issue of adding extra floors or modifying actual building is only to avoid paying more in approval fees, not because of the foundation.

LASPPPA calculates fees based on floors and size of building. Many developers actual do something outside what is approval and this is very common in Lagos State. Very very common in 90% of buildings in Lagos State
I agree with you but the problem with this system is that it toys with the safety factor. If doesn't necessarily mean the structure would collapse immediately but will obviously not meet the required lifespan design of the structure. If your plan says 15 floors and gets approved while the intent is 21 floors and soil test says it can withstand 25 floors it greatly impacts on the safety factor, this may not be much but shouldn't be shoved aside. Logic says the higher the safety factor the better. Before approval is given isn't the soil test result provided alongside it? My point is little tweaks in design after approval might affect a structure's strength even though it may not be much. I think whatever design you submitted for approval should strictly be adhered to.

This is only my suggestion. I'm not a civil engineer but a final year Petroleum Engineering student so I'm open to learn from anyone.

American only joined the war because the saw the Red Army was able to withhold Hitler's offensive long enough. One tactic the Russians always used was prolonging warfare especially if you attack at their own turf. They'll stuffle your progress until winter, cut off your supplies and let frostbite do the rest, Napoleon Bonaparté can attest to this. The Russians held the battle at Stalingrad to a stalemate giving thw Americans the advantage.
