l left my last job for two reasons

First, the staffs have this eye service, all trying to impress the CEO with what you did and what you didn't do so he would like them more and treat them better. Plus they won't mind their job role, they always want to know what you are doing and how you are doing it

Secondly, my colleague in my department resigned and I was asked to over work before another colleague will be employed, I covered both shifts for two months with the manager saying he hasn't found a good replacement that I should endure meanwhile I was expecting a little increment for this periods and when it never came I opt to resign and when I did, manager said he won't pay my last salary.

Trust me, I gave them a run for their money
