The man up there was simply pointing out what has him believing the court case against the corporation won't really affect the goings-on of the recruitment, his statement didn't really imply whether or not he agrees with what is happening.
It really benefits no one to be destructively critical.

I suggest you read this @Black11 and @Ekema's responses carefully and let it sink in. There is a difference between deduction (which is simply what @emperorclarke did) and inference (which is what you are trying to do by assuming he favours the govt. action because it sits well with his pursuit of NNPC APL)

Well, I was wanting to say this a long time ago, I hope am wrong anyway.
For those of us that had their interview on the 4th, if you can still remember, their was this tall HR guy who was directing the candidates in block Ć to ensure the verification process was smooth. A lady managed to leave out her original waec result but came along with photocopies. The guys responsible for verification rejected her but then she met up with the guy I mentioned above. In addressing the problem he asked the lady if she can email the original copy before 12th December. She said yes. So he now directed the verification guys to include the clause on the lady's file.
I have my thoughts, I already drew my conclusions as to resumption and APL alert after that incident.
You are free to do the same.

The fact that the reasonable expectations/thoughts of everyone who received these dual payments was that they were duplicates invalidates your self-gratifying arguments on whether it was a mistake or NNPC's deliberately sending double payments. We have to exercise more patience guys, the recruitment process is ongoing, as I've been informed.

Those that applied for Superintendent roles got interviewed 2 - 3 weeks ago. I know a friend who attended the interview in Abuja.

Three things are currently a clog in the wheels of our progress in this NNPC recruitment:

1. The new management in place...
2. The court case
3. The issue with Pengassan / contract staffers

I may not know how these issues will be resolved or when APL will start dropping, but the certainty is...This Recruitment has NOT been cancelled.

First of all, you need to understand that as professional as DHL may come across to you, people who work there are human beings (Nigerians for that matter) that also have friends and families like you do. They can afford to give out such info just by nodding their heads alone.

Secondly, it does not have to be referred to as APL there. A simple question like "Is there any massive delivery instruction from NNPC recently?" should suffice. Guess what? A simple "Yes" or "No" response gives you all the info you need.
