Police is your friend. But you see those traders that increase the prices of commodities three times in a day quoting dollar, may their goods perish. I prefer to buy things from an Hausa person or a Northerner than someone from down East who don't farm and are not honest. |
Massiveglory:Must you insult. It should be a shame for Jonathan for not being able to implement a report of 2011. He had four years to do it before a new government. But you lots who are hell bent on seeing Nigeria fail are still attacking the current government who has given a clear directive to implement it and work has already started. it is you who should be ashamed of disgracing your entire household and village community by thinking you're smart by less than a quarter inch. |
rollywise:What the previous government did was to issue a whitepaper only. the directive now is to implement the report. if it was carried out in 2011 during president Jonathan why didn't he implement it. some of you read without understanding or researching. This is now a clear directive to implement the report and not issuing a white paper again. |
Nteogwuija:that's a delicacy in the South West. I am from Benue and ours is Akpukpa (negative bread made with beans or bambara nut) and béér (millet pap) |
Loyalty1:counter my statement with facts. |
Egoveen:where is the lie in what i said. Counter it with fact. |
To those who take Alcohol. Alcohol should be eliminated Hero Beer and other beers should be boycotted. |
I love this. Ikere-Ekiti to Akure is very very close. That road needs to be worked on too if work hasn't started yet. Ekiti is a place i will love to visit again and again. Just that those guys can insult for goodness sake. As long as you don't hear Yoruba, be sure that you're being insulted very often. Aside that it is a good place. Ikere will always be home to me. |
Sunday igboho needs to coach this guy. Truly IPOB na cash cow. Now na Ekpa the cash out. IPOB is a joke and a dream in the pipe that will NEVER materialise. Something that Ojukwu ran and left his people to die, is what delusional individuals want to revive. Then it was the government against the criminals but now it is the criminals against their own people. Killing their fellow men like chicken. The same zoo that Peter Obi wants to rule. The zoo has fallen on him. |
Tinubu knows the best hands and knows how to select. Tinubu knows quality and knows how to make the best work efficiently for him. Even though i always feel Wike is a betrayal, he will want to clear the doubt of many that he is the best and that PDP has good people in it. We're inviting the likes of Peter Obi to join the government in making the country great by stopping those his falsehood and instigating the social media with his lies and lack of constructive criticism. He should just keep quiet and continue his death and burial tour. |
Name of the boy please. I wan check something. |
Hardship in the land especially high cost of food and other items in the market is caused by supporters of Perer Obi who feel they will frustrate the work of the President. I wonder how because you didn't get the position you will make sure you cause the people pain just to make them see that you were the best. The Easterners are not protesting simply because they're benefiting from the mess they're creating for the people. And those protesting in other parts of the Country are the same people increasing prices of good and commodities indiscriminately. Wicked Obidients and PDP. |
jmoore:You people never celebrate good things. High cost of food is as a result of the illegal increase of prices of food by those who supported Peter Obi. Now that the government has decided to provide food at cheap price, the same obidient supporters were all over the place stampeding others. |
lexy2014:Stampede from Obidients rushing to get the benefits of Tinubu's government. |
You died for a just cause. You were not killed because you stole like an Obidient. |
Dyfynezz12:you that have mandate go and be President. Nigerians including your parents happily voted the best and not the one who said he got advice from a mad man. |
See who they were comparing to Nnamdi Kanu. Igboho may be called the Hero while Kanu may be called a Beer = HERO BEER. Can Nnamdi Kanu go to his home town now for any function? Igboho is out Kanu is still in. E be like Kanu needs to ask Igboho for the lecture note of how to be free from Nigeria's Security hold. |
So sad. |
morgstreme:You did justice here. You're one of the brilliant minds i have seen on this platform of recent. I am sure you're not a Gen Z that's why your approach here is different. Some of these guys are just young teenage wannabes, if you even check their background they're as poor as you can imagine but come online to write rubbish because they have data while some are a perfect example you gave in your writeup. Our problem is that we rely on government for everything even our feeding. When we can cultivate small portions of land or have home gardens for feeding or even rear chickens or other animals for consumption. |
Isokiscool:are you a governor? |
BeardedMeat:the treatment the people could give him was making sure he failed in any political post he contested for and anyone he anointed failed. He is gone. If the people loved him, he would have been in the senate by now, his anointed candidates of Governors, house of assembly and house of representatives would have won all their elections but starting from him to the last person all failed. Nobody likes Ortom in Benue. Forget all those online nonsense he was sponsoring and always shouting out about Fulani herdsmen. That is just the truth of the matter. He created those killings for the only reasons best known to him. Maybe to increase the security vote of the state and steal the money and also use force to send his fellow village people packing while he went and collected their land for farming. Went to the villages, packed all the grazing cattles that belonged to the herdsmen to his farm. When the herdsmen came to retrieve their cattles thinking it was the villagers who took their cattles and found nothing, next was to attack those villagers. While he transported all the cattles to his farm at industrial layout in Makurdi the state capital. Initially people in Benue supported Ortom against Fulanis including myself but when the truth starter coming out publicly, that became the downfall of Ortom till tomorrow. There is more to those killings and many stories surrounding it. Benue had co-existed with the Fulani and every other tribe for many decades. Why was it during Ortom's tenure that fulani crisis started and only in his local government? |
BeardedMeat:hahah.. There's more to the stories you read online concerning Benue State. Althrough the 8years of Governor Ortom the only place we kept witnessing or hearing of Fulani herdsmen was in Guma local government which happened to be Ortom's local government. Why was it only his local government? Those outside the state believed him but those of us inside the state never believed any of his lies because the people knew the truth. If Ortom was indeed truthful with his fight against the invasions, he would have won his election to senate and also he would have successfully brought his own person to continue as the governor but Ortom lost all round not even an assembly member that he supported won an election. There's more to security issues in Benue than what is sold out to the public through the media. For any insecurity in the state, the locals have a hand in it. It is deeper than we see on social media. |
optionalY09:na them say make una no farm for South? |
BeardedMeat:Not at all. I have never hidden the fact that i have nothing against Igbos except the evil of a select few - that i am completely against. |
BeardedMeat:i have nothing against any Igbo person. My say has always been against killings by Unknown Gun Men - ESN disguising as IPOB members or IPOB members causing mayhem in the South East. I have nothing against any Igbo person. I talk only about the wickedness of individuals. So if an Igbo man does bad, i will talk. |
LadyRosa2:one more insult and your account will be banned. It should be shameful of the governor to maks such a statement and that's how they keep deceiving you people online. The Chief Security officer of the state said 'some people' are bringing in Fulani herdsmen from Niger to destabilize his government. So wacked of him. Can't he go after those 'some people'? Very unlearned SA on Print Media. |
I will tell you guys the truth about this one too very soon. No excuses for non-performance. It is too early your Excellency. Don't go the Ortom way. Is it not shameful of the chief security officer of the state to make such statement? |
LadyRosa2:are you okay? Is everything okay at home? |
That's why they are increasing prices in the market at will. |
malali:so bold of you to assume. |
maasoap:i don't think you understand gyado villa better than i do. An innocent person will always pay the price in things like this. The guy must have involved in it but those who must have spare headed that are the students in that area. He was just a scape goat. |
Gyado villa is made up of 80% students of Benue State University. It is a student area so the students must have carried out this terrible act. I condemn jungle justice in totality. Even IPOB whom the government proscribed as terrorists, if they are caught by the people they should be handed over to the security agency for the law to take its course. Those involved should in yhe killing of the staff must be arrrested and made to face the full wrath of the law. |
