I do not know what the institutions of the state is being turned into: how can the police be used to make such arrests when insecurity is almost sweeping our states.

The premium our society places on materials acquisition and especially money has made it very encumbrant for the young to think out of their boxes: why would a promising young girl of this age take her own life?
It is indeed hard to judge the dead but I think covetousness+sniper killed her but not depression.
