Very true.

I'm yet to see the white man's U.N use the images of white kids to depict a bad omen or situation, even situations that are not African, it is always black kids.
May God have mercy on the black race.

This song reeks of ignorance and mediocrity:
No good sound, content or rationale behind this song.

EducationRe: Adamu: I Failed As A Minister For Not Solving Challenges In Educational Sector by bergs2: 12:41pm On Nov 03, 2022
In the black man's world, people do not resign; I have observed with keen interest the number of resignations in the UK in the last 3 years and I have concluded that Africans in Africa do not resign;
And this behavior can only be traced to the docility of the majority of black Africans in Africa and the ruling class are only taking undue advantage of this.
CelebritiesRe: Fans, Celebrities Mourn As Davido's Son, Ifeanyi Dies by bergs2: 11:29am On Nov 01, 2022
N3TRAL:
D'banj lost his first child under similar circumstances in June 2018.

A week before the tragic incidence, D'banj posted a video where he walked with the boy past the pool and the boy was staring at the pool with curiosity.

A fan on Instagram told him to cover the pool immediately because the way the boy looked at the pool showed he was willing to jump into it when he had an opportunity. The fan's comment went unnoticed until the uneventful happened.

You can never perfectly watch over toddlers if you're human. I remember swallowing a screw as a 5-year old under the custody of my mother. Luckily, I vomited it on our way to the hospital.

When that baby sees the pool and notices that anytime he wants to go swim you stop him, the baby in his little mind strategizes and plans all day to find the best time to run inside the swimming pool without resistance. The toddler most likely knows he can sneak out to be in the forbidden pool but doesn't know that water has enemies.

There's what is called Childproof designs. Even if you have the best nannies around, the best practice is to build Childproof facilities when raising infants. Just like bulletproof vehicles come to the rescue when human security personnel fail, Childproof infrastructure prevent fatality when human nannies fail.

This should be the straw that breaks the camel's back . Facilities that pose no risk to children should rank higher than luxurious facilities in the scale of preference of parents with little children.

My thoughts and prayers are with the parents of the deceased.
I understand you; but we should not bring this issue up. There are 1 million ways to exit this world: some of which are irrational, while others too may sound funny.
But what we owe a grieving family is comfort and not judgement at this time.
Christianity EtcRe: Signs That God Might Be Calling You Into Full-time Ministry by bergs2: 9:03am On Oct 30, 2022
It's all about frame of mind.
Your full time ministry is not in leaving all to "work" for God, but in "walking" with God anywhere he posted you.
Ministry has gone institutional; all God's people must find space in every part of our institutions and do their "full time" ministry for God there.
Let's forget about this notion of full time ministry simply because we aren't doing well or just to institutionalise laziness.
Your workplace is your ministry.

You must be living in delusion to think you can separate Igbo leaders from the national leaders. Or is the state of Nigeria as a nation not a reflection of the "federating units" which Anambra is part of?
I am only rehearsing the bedrock of our nation and people and not a deluded bigotry that Nairaland is known for.

PoliticsRe: Anambra State Declares State Of Emergency On Illegal Structures And Shanties by bergs2: 3:19pm On Sep 11, 2022
This goes to show how insensitive our leaders are here in Nigeria. Soludo's priority is very misplaced; Anambra state has no motorable roads, even pedestrian lanes are completely cut off and the governor is chasing shadows looking for more IDPs in a state that is engulfed in a lot of issues.
Instead if to declare state of emergency on the environment, he's here chasing people around.

I don't know how much you people get to be campaigning for this good-for-nothing man whose only constituency project is propaganda. I use to wonder; is it not this same anambra south that is infrastructurally starved that you all are fuzzing about for.
I repeat; Africans are their own problems.

Stomach infrastructure.

FERNANDEZISBACK:
Nice advice there..meant for cry baby Dumbos to continuously wail about the Queen's involvement..
And no one is saying nothing logical about Queen Elizabeth 2 involvement..

No one cried when you murdered nigeria's prime minister including some others in a useless coup..you didn't blame your leader who declared a new state without proper plans or were you expecting Britain to kiss you for that action.. Nigeria is their ally for f**ks sake..

No one is attacking France.. Tanzania.. Israel..gambia..and many others for being the secessionist's support during the war.. undecided
You blame the queen exactly for what?I mean what involvement.. slave trade
British abolished that before stepping their feet in Nigeria.. Africans have been conquering and selling themself to Europe merchant before the British intervention..so what's with the tears?

Hiroshima was nuked.. USA was Colonised.. yet they stood up and got over it..now they are doing great if not better than Britain..but Africans especially Nigerians are still wailing like babies..

Do you know that most young Africans especially Nigerians do not know that the modern day British Monarchy is just a figure head, ceremonial leader with almost no political influence?
One even argued with me today that the new king should try and position African leaders to work. And I was just like: are we this lame in reasoning?
Some didnt even know the Europeans were colonised as well.

You just reasoned as a typical African man that you are: so, the new monarch is our new challenge; one whose actions and inactions will determine the fate of over 200million helpless people without leadership.
The queen died few days ago and twitter and very many virtual spaces went agog as we wailed again reminding the whole world how that the queen contributed to our fate as undeveloped lots. And now that she is dead, we must heap our ineptitude on the new monarch; hmmmmm!
Africa! Who do you this thing?

Acidosis:
Of course, the naira will weaken further. The most dollarized election in the world is coming up soon in the world's poverty capital. Quite paradoxical that the most affected and oppressed by the poverty plaque are more likely to plunge the country further into poverty and indebtedness by their crass electoral choices and mal-decisions.
And most Nigerians will blame the late queen Elizabeth and refuse to hold their leaders accountable.

You are not entirely wrong. Yet, we need to do more for ourselves. Do you mean that most recently advancing asian nations were not also colonised?
Ours is a leadership problem, let's rule the west out of our predicament.
