I came to then wonder that our public office holders in Nigeria fly capital from Nigeria to these countries only to help fund government institutions at the detriment of their own responsibility.
Nigeria and most African leader denigrate their responsibilities at home only to help develop another man.
Meanwhile, that is the only duty they were elected to do.
