I've done nipple stimulation,sex extremely long walk and house hold chores that lasted almost 4hrs, eaten pineapple and drinking of zobo with ginger in it. I've even taken a drive on a bumpy road still I'm still not feeling any form of contraction except pain in my upper belly. Any other safe ideas would be appreciated o. Just talking a stroll down my street this morning, I couldn't move properly cos I felt like something was coming down from my vagina. It's not funny again.

Castor oil.. I’ve not tried it o! But I heard it helps induce labor. One mama tried it 2014 and it worked for her, can’t remember her name now.

I know it’s not easy but remember baby will come when ready. Don’t stress yourself too much cos all you’ll get is tummy and body ache. It will end it praise.

Pele. Taking it at night before bedtime helps. That’s what I do and don’t feel nauseous.

I went for antenatal today, 38+6 wks and I’m 2-3cm dilated but baby is not engaged yet. Aside from regular BH contractions, I feel nothing. Dr suggested a membrane sweep but I changed my mind last min, i’ll Just wait jore.

Me I use to take Milo and milk sometimes....hope it won't make my baby to be big....because people use to say it not good to drink tea during pregnancy

Honestly I don’t think these things work o! I took milo in my last pregnancy baby weighed 3.1kg at birth. First pregnancy I did more of Lipton cos I craved it, baby weighed 3.2 kg at birth. Just eat healthy and in moderation. A big baby will be big.

Make una help me shuk mouth for my matter, let me see if I can pack my bag today that laziness is far from me.

You can also add
*Lip balm/ makeup
*Snacks and drinks for after labour ( the hunger that strikes after baby is out is something else)
*Charger
*Big panties
*Peri bottle or any other plastic bottle with holes at the top. After VD, you spray warm water as you pee ( peeing after VD + tear can be painful ) this helps relieve the pain plus speeds up healing.
*soap, deodorant etc
*comfy clothes to go home.
* sanitary pad
* wet wipes for your bum ( water is best, but just in case)
Just think of anything that will make your hospital stay comfortable.

Yes, some women ovulate late in a cycle. So it’s not abnormal.
You should get a positive result as soon as you miss your period or a few days after.
Personally I ovulated late (I did the deed when I was so sure I was safe and bam! Team July 2018)

Good evening mamas, Abeg I have a question, why do they say pregnancy is 9months when Edd is 40weeks? which is 10month, some even pass their Edd before giving birth. Mbok Ayam not understanding.

It’s actually 9 months. 40wks = 280 days
Assuming each month is 30 days, 280 divide by 30 = 9.3.
Plus women Ovulate at different times during each cycle so a woman with regular cycle who ovulates late might not be “4wks pregnant” when she misses her period.

Good morning mamas, please Sabi mamas I'm almost in m 39th week and I'm having this smelly discharge. It is not itching me but I don't know what could have caused this kind of smell.
I'm very careful with my vjay, I wash up everytime I use the bathroom with water only and I take care of it very well. I've been home for a while so I've not used a public toilet either. Please what can I do, the smell sef is not allowing hubby touch me. Help me please.

I think you should see your Dr dear. It might be a yeast infection and might not itch. ( I’m not sure). Please see your Dr.
