Our January is finally here! We are so grateful that this journey that began in April/may is finally running to an end and it shall end in praises for all of us.

Please I need help. I have been having serious reflux acid since I took in, low appetite and waist pain when I bend down. Please what drugs can I take because I haven't started ante natal yet. The discomfort is too much for me.

At this stage, the waist pain and low appetite is pretty normal but the acid reflux thing can be very discomforting and I think you should see a doctor to get safe relief drugs.

Present oooo Cappo! You ppl did not warn us about this bum bum pressure of a thing oh! I thought it was serious before not knowing it was child's play.

Had a pelvic examination at my antenatal visit yesterday and the doctor was like "any day now" haven't lost bloody mucus plug but losing mucus gradually. As much as I want to see my darling Baby now I'm begging him/her to wait a bit for mummy to finish preparing. Also had a scan to check fluid levels, lie and the rest. I'm grateful all is well.

Congratulations to the new mummies and their newborns, may they grow in health and wellness. For us on the queue, may we all have safe deliveries and for the GTC mommies, we shall celebrate you here this year I. Jesus name. Amen.

Side note: Teamies, somebody should give me a birthday mate please! The day isn't far spent. We are waiting.

Please stop making me laugh. Bumbum pain is real. What I feel now is like something is about to drop from my jajaina and then it goes away. I'm 39+ and so ready for baby. Anything for your birthday mate? Happy birthday

Cervix you soften and dilate fast, easily without problems. Vagina you stretch easily, you be elastic and stretch perfectly without tearing.
