We are doing great team mate. Presently 36wks5days. On weekly antenatal schedule now. Anything i can do to reduce baby's weight? Scan at 33wks says baby weight is 2.5kg. Doc wants me to do another scan on monday cos he says baby is too big.

I have been battling with serious lower back pain down to my Bumbum that I can't walk well again. When am walking it's very painful and heavy as if they tied one bag of cement to my bum. The Braxton Hicks contractions come too often though not on regular intervals. They said I should rest very well which am doing but yet no relief. I walk like smone who is in labor. Just 33wks. Pls help a sister

I'm not laughing o, I'm just glad I'm not alone. Braxton Hicks will not let me be great. I do rest as much as I can yet... I just want to get to 38 weeks or there about.

January mums how we dey?
Am I the only one who's experiencing heartburn, bumbum pain, muscle pull, leg hooking, fatigue + the heat is not helping?

Biko I have a question. How possible is it that all through my pregnancy I have only gained 3kg and yet at 36 weeks scan says baby is weighing 3.1kg?

I have been starving since last night cos I don't want this baby to be too big. My sister has already suggested I start taking lipton.

Hmm...Na wah o. And there I was thinking baby won't be big since I keep losing weight and adding not more than 3kg maximum.
Please, is there anyone here that was told that her baby weighed up to 3kg at 36 weeks and still went on to have 3.5kg baby? I don't want to exceed 3.5kg. What do I do please?

Help me o before I starve myself to distraction

Babies weight is largely due to genetics, there's pretty much nothing you can do about it. If you starve yourself, baby will draw nutrients from your body's reservoir. Please eat but in moderation and balanced too
