Same way the a woman opens a thread to complain about a cheating husband and some people assumes that she must have done something to make the man cheat on her and some advices her to divorce and some tell her to stay and pray.
Or same way a man opens a thread about his wife having his ex's number on her phone and people tell him to change his wife's number and some saying it is the beginning of cheating and some saying no big deal, while a woman also complains about her husband still in contacts with his exes and some people say she is suffering from insecurity, some say hubby is about to start/has started cheating but nobody told her to change hubby's number

There are so many people here and one person's opinion does not qualify for Everybody's opinion. And we agree to disagree.

nice job u got there @ops..pls can u be more detailed to some specific points since u got rookies and students following ur thread such as ur cement fine and coarse aggregate mix ratio, the depth and width of ur foundation,the total nunbr of ur columns,are u making use of a concrete mixer or manually done,structural detail of the building at the substructure level atleast,did u do a soil test to determine ur reinforcement to the foundation and then what will be ur plan for the hollow blocks at substructure level,ur dpm and oversite concrete details..etc.pls be more detailed..thank you

2000 per sqmtr? thats crazy..can u imagine.. i'll have to even render my wall plumbed evenly and screeded before applying the cement paint mix.this was what dulux did when they first came in wt their range of paint products..yet wall dampness still occur in pple homes creating dark spots at the painted walls.
this is how their trick works;
4litre paint =12000naira
coverage area of 1litre=/approx 15 sqrmetr
4litres:4*15=60sqmtr.
therefore a paint of 12000 naira will cover a estimated wall area of 60sqmtr.on a well screeded smoothened wall
if u hire them to paint for u @2000 per sqmtr,u would be coughing out about 120,000 for an area of about 60sqmtr of what u would have achieved with a budget of a little below 20k...gbam. this is my calculation.u too can do urs..i'll rather buy their paint and apply myself/get a good painter and save cost.

I dont agree with the TAC director to copy the presidency for finacial stipend needed to augment the pay package of the technical corp lecturers.BTW it is a bilateral agreement bw two countries and they should respect the terms of engagement and source for the funding from international donor agency.must every thing be appropriated from the national budget..i rather see them as economic wastages and leakages.. the last exercise to recruit qualified Nigerians by the technical aids depertment of the ministry of foreign affairs was as usual a sham.they considered their families and cronies in the recruitment process.even as a staff within the ministry u have to bribe and lobby your way for months before being considered for posting to any foreign mission..its high time Nigeria learn hw to channel resources to solving her internal problems rather than playing this so called big brother role
