I am loving this idea. With all the "gurus" we have on NL, pulling this out should not be a problem. Yay, I started running. After spending my month's saving on running gear. Needless to say, it has been fun. Ok, I have only gone once. Ran, walked, jogged for about 45 mins the first day. Going to run again today. It is such a beautiful day. Nice weather. I might run for another 45 mins. I decided to take it really slow. Increase running time slowly.

Mocha, thanks for the tips. Got me a good running shoe. Now, I need to figure out, how to put music into my phone. That's another project for another time.
