Family / Re: My Girlfriend 4 Over 5yrs Has Just Given Me 3 Months To Be A Man Or Loose Her by Bhola(f): 3:40am On Nov 02, 2006
It's quite simple. She does not want you. She wants security, money and status. Those you don't have now, but you will some day.

My advice, let her go. Concentrate on finding something to do. On getting a job or stating your own business. Put your energy into achieving something for yourself. Someone that genuinely loves you, will not leave you now. She'll have your back and stand by you. If you are not man enough for her now, then there is no point in the r'ship.

Sure it will hurt, but guess what, channel all that anger and bitterness energy into getting something for yourself ("bettering" yourself).

Life too short to be worried about a girl. You are 29, that is young. Not to worry, when "pepper" rest for you, you'll have your pick.

All the best!

I was wondering too, how come those clothes were expensive in Nigeria? Stupid desingers charging 30k for a gown. Won fa gbo ni? And trust the stupid girls in Nigeria, that's what they'll go for, to feel like big girls. Awon ode oshi. Why won't they be looking for aristos? When they keep living outside there budget. If, I pay 300 dollars for a dress, that dress sef, must be hmmm, make I no talk. Not to talk of buying an ankara gown for that much. It's not like we don't know how much opa ankara cost for market.

Business / Re: A Millionaire's Club (NMC) Idea by Bhola(f): 5:07pm On Oct 27, 2006
I am loving this idea. With all the "gurus" we have on NL, pulling this out should not be a problem. I guess once we have a handful of people interested, we can start to work on the legal stuff and other things. I am sure there are lawyers here and there are people that know lawyers and stuff. We can start to delegate and divide things up and work out plans.

I am so interested. At least, this is a way to reduce unemployment. My email address is beesee12@yahoo.com.
Health / Re: Runners In The House? by Bhola(f): 10:05pm On Oct 25, 2006
Yay, I started running. After spending my month's saving on running gear. Needless to say, it has been fun. Ok, I have only gone once. Ran, walked, jogged for about 45 mins the first day. Going to run again today. It is such a beautiful day. Nice weather. I might run for another 45 mins. I decided to take it really slow. Increase running time slowly.

Mocha, thanks for the tips. Got me a good running shoe. Now, I need to figure out, how to put music into my phone. That's another project for another time.

Dating And Meet-up Zone / Re: I Need A Girlfriend. Any Takers? by Bhola(f): 1:19am On Oct 24, 2006
Honey-pot, kai, I find it hard to talk seriously with a nickname like that. Ok, let me get serious a little. If you really want me to answer that question seriously, then be prepared for it.

Your chances on this site, zero. We(Nigerians) might think we are all modern and stuff, but Nigerian girls aint ready for this. They go about feeling all modern and 21st century women, but na, they aint.

Never say never tho. I have dated guys I met online and they have all turned out to be great people.

So good luck.
