Ebola is a west and west central Africa affair where bushmeat consumption is a common practice and where wildlife ceased to be plentiful.Look at east and southern Africa where they have a conservative eating habits of mainly grain staples and you'll see wildlifeeeee is not diminished and the threat of ebola never occurs here.

Time to ban ALL flights from Nigeria.Their high population and the way they move all over the world just makes Nigeria a far more potent ebola threat than the 3 original ebola nations

One overlooked and amazing fact about Africa: that its shaped like a question mark because even God wonders about our messy affairs and under development.

Germany just got lucky shot coz Argentina clearly had the better chances and dictated much of the game-fluke win for sure.If Germans are so good how come they couldn't do what they did to Portugal or Brazil and even struggled against Ghana and USA?

That's all part of the regional plan.

The Addis - Nairobi line will start to be built as part of Lapsset (Lamu Port, South Sudan, Ethiopia) project:

Wow,kenya will soon have the most extensive railway network in east africa. Also those rds are looking great plus westlands district is comin up nicely.I wish my people in Bungoma were industrious, entrepreneurial and had business acumen so we could turn Bungoma town into a 1st class place like westie.

pendo89: I am impressed.I am fascinated by nature and the best view I have had of kilimanjaro is when approaching Arusha.
There's is another mountain whose name I can hardly remember but some jungus were taking photos from the air assuming that it was kilimanjaro.-well me too. grin embarassed
Until the majestic mountain's peak became visible and the sight was magnificent! Tumezoea Mt Kenya but Kilimanjaro looked like a platform on the clouds. smiley

@ gallivant what's that mountain that's soo close to Arusha town? -the northern side not far from the hotel?
You must be talking about Mt Meru.

pendo89: We are used to seeing Africa from the slums and most people esp foreigners do not believe how developed some regions are until they visit.
What I am saying is,tumezoea picha za kawaida. It's time to show the good side of Africa.
akiweka za kawa guys will just derail.
In addition to pendo89's apt point there'll be nothing to inspire us regular vinyangarikas to aim high.If i want to be an achiever i think i'll measure myself and aspire to be like the Muthaiga and Karen types and not kangemi or Sinai(pipeline) types.Wale wako kwa slums are there fo a reason one of which is they're indisciplined and less demanding of themselves.Ukiona vile wanakaa na takataka you see folks who are not very stringent on themselves or place high standards on everything they do.Those types of folks will not inspire us to aim high so avoiding picha zao is not just about foreign eyes, its first and foremost about inspiring us wakenya wa kawaida.I would never glorify mediocrity.

Anyway,i'm brand new here and this is my 1st post so bear with me.
