Politics › Re: Kenyatta Steps Down Temporarily To Attend ICC Hearing by Bifwoli: 1:24am On Oct 08, 2014
mikeansy:
ICC need to stop disgracing themselves

They are dragging uhuru Kenyatta from pillar to post meanwhile George Bush left office years ago and has never had to even defend his record in Iraq!
Lets see them also haul former Brishit PM Mr Tony B'liar to The Hague for Iraq atrocities. This court is a joke.
Culture › What Tribe/ethnic Group Outside Nigeria Attracts You. by Bifwoli(op): 8:07pm On Oct 04, 2014
I saw this thread about the positives of whats attractive about other Nigerian tribes other than one's own tribe and that got me thinking of the same but Africa-wide.So what attributes/positives attract you about other tribes/ethnic groups outside Nigeria be it culture, language ,cuisine, sportsmanship or economic/political clout?

For me I like the following:

1 The Xhosa for their natural beauty and a never die attitude.
2 The Shona of Zimbabwe for their interesting language.
3 The Ashanti of Ghana for their cultural pride and entrepreneurial acumen.

Mmhhh, interesting to note that list is heavily leaning towards east and southern Africa. Only two west African nations are "good enough" to even consider.

muafrika: Am posting this Nairobi down town photo in protest of neglect of low income residental areas.
And who has neglected those areas the most if not its owners? Look at how they've flouted building codes, nothing is well maintained, uchafu is accepted and they probably don't pay their proper share of property rates or have arrears.Matatizo yetu mingi ni ile ya kujiletea.

onila: When I went to Accra back in 2005

I thought I was abroad

so many white people

but one thing I noticed more
girls were allowed to wear whatever they wanted

I saw girls walking ard freely wearing miniskirts, low waist, halter necks and evry skippy cloth you cld think off in broad day light

I know in Nigeria. motorcycle men stone girls with pure water if they dont dress properly

can u think of any other nice city in Africa, that is not primitive like most Nigerian cities
You ain't seen nothing yet just try Harare,Windhoek,Jo'burg or Nairobi if you wanna see variety and more decadence

Funny that in Mexico they call their politicians "air conditioners" bcoz those junks make a lot of noise but don't work. Then come to Naija and there's working AC's and useless politicians.
