Guys common u seriously think d debate would have been smooth with the 3 aspirants in?

See how PDD/BON summarily disqualified okotie and momodu

Why did BON make a slot for GEJ yesterday

And notice that it was after AC AnPP withdrew that we were told the debate was going to be for two days in batches. How convenient for GEJ

And u think BON wouldn't have found a Flimsy reason to disqualify shekarau for being to 'eloquent' or ribadu for being to 'youthful' or they they might just say the debates are 3's so GEJ will have to hold he's alone on the third day or with some mickey mouse candidates pulled out of the PDP chess of tricks.

Common guys lets get serious these guys are playing us and we let them. Do you sincerely think PDP will do anything differently in the next 4 yrs other than claim GEJ is entitled to 8 yrs- never mind he said he will stay only one term.

All I can conclude from this Guys debate is thus:

1 this guy doesn't have the pdp gragra character
2 he is letting some bad people influence him
3 he just missed the opportunity pf becoming a global statesman by conducting the freest election in the most populous black nation

All these because he doesn't have a mind of his own, which is quite evident in his well rehearsed 'debate' today

Pls someone explain to me,
1 was it initially stated that there were two dates or it was recently changed to Cavour GEJ
2 if the press. Candidates of the 3 parties debated today why did their deputies not ystday or a day before
3 it just doesn't add up, so the deputies will not debate or they will after goodluck tomorrow
4 and as I mentioned earlier there was a deliberate attempt to avoid mentioning pdp in the debate today. It's funny especially if they are providing solution to 12 years of pdp

But in funny way I just saw GEJ starring at Buhari at the counsel of state meeting,

I have a feeling they r deliberately avoiding bashing pdp for 12 years of misrule.

Don't get me wrong the debate shouldn't be about bashing pdp but if a spade be called a spade u can't  profere solutions (great nation good people) without examining problem (pdp)

I don't care were u belong CPC ACN ANPP etc but let logic prevail if we (I mean the citizens) share our votes between the opposition parties we end up divided and give the PDP another term to trample our futures. So my fellow citizens let's sincerely look at which party stands a better chance of winning and let's all vote them in and vote out PDP, by so doing we have started the change revolution and we would be sending a message to our leaders that if u don't perform we the pple will vote u out.

But if we stand divided we all lose and PDP wins, so guys think, think , the time to act is almost upon us.

Some weeks ago I raised a thread to get excuses on how to skip work for some days to attend a fully paid for interview abroad, and some clowns then instead of giving me best excuses were asking if I was for real, who gave me visa, am I a confirmed staff,

Well for their info I successfully pulled it off, travelled out of the country, and i don't have to explain to anyone,

All I can say is wish the girl luck, and if she gets sympathy for that she should be employed for showing such creativity

Oh boy see humility, I like that pic of balewa, you should listen to his maiden speech at the United Nations, his queens english, eloquence, fluidity oh my god where, and yet see how he innocently seats with his kids,

Is it true we really deserve the leaders we get this days?
And is there really nothing we can do to change our pathetic state as a nation?

I have noticed BB has lots of online supports but the election is not online, so guys let translate all this to action. There a lot of us who just follow this on line BB hysteria and enjoying it.

1. Two weeks to go let's get serious
2.  Set up a thread specialising on how to spread  the news, by bulk SMS, election monitoring by multimedia, and others let's share
3. Let's just do some thing tangible apart from online jingoism

Guys kindly clarify this statement for me; to resign you need to give the bank one month notice or one month salary in lieu.

Does this mean One can go immediately by just paying them one month salary?
What If u were paid like yesterday can u just say keep that one and then leave ?

I have been invited for an interview outside the country by one of the worlds development banks (dont ask the name) they will foot the whole bill. But i currently work in one 9jas leading banks. my dilema r as follows;

1. how can i pull this off, u know how 9ja bank work is, and my job there is not yet guaranteed its just an interview

2. Guys please provide me with the best excuse to skip work for at least 3 days

3. its a pity MNC's in 9ja always make jobseekers in 9ja foot their bills in the name aptitude test and interviews which are not flexible and cunducted in just one centre in the whole country.

I have a sony laptop with a windows vista business 32 bits OS. i installed i-tunes 10 on it but after instalation it doesnt come up. any ideas on why or how to solve it.

Last time I posted that FCMB pays its contract staffs peanuts (25k) and yet they expect them to bring 5 million monthly, bear in mind that the bank does not provide transportation allowance or car, or even call cards to make calls.

That aside, after working for  full month and spending more than 25k a month on transport (we mostly use drops in abuja[b]), fcmb paid its contract staff 13,709[/b]!!!! claiming the offer letter was handed out 2 weeks after we started!!! (then why the hell did they ask us to start working the first day of the month).

Now we put that behind us, this month we were informed that any one who doesn't open up to 5 accounts will not be payed even the basic of 25k. note that this 25k is what we hope will recoup the money spent on transportation and phone calls which the bank doesn't provide. If the bank doesn't pay commission if you don't meet your target, that is justifiable. But sending people out to fend for themselves and not to even provide 4 transportation amounts to moral bankruptcy.

When working for a recharge card vendor in the past we were paid 15k basic, a 500 naira daily transportation allowance and a 10k recharge card monthly. Now what justification has a bank got not to treat its staffs better.

For my part I have an offer coming up soon somewhere.  But I feel its not right we keep quiet while these so called banks exploit our graduates. and even though I can do nothing I will speak out and hope those who can act hear our oppressed voice, and do something about it

And lest any quack banker come up here and tell us nonsense, we are all graduates not diploma holders and I even have a masters and am a CFA candidate.

God help us.

3. For those who ask of my qualification here its; BSc Economics (2:1 in Nigeria), MA Finance & Investment (Merit, UK), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA level one: pased, Shanghai)

4. am just less than 28 yrs old


Bottom line I can sit at home and my allowance I get is more than enough to sustain me but I want to work and so far this is what i have and I pray I get a better offer. But it is just pathetic that this is what is happening and even more horendous is that some posters/people are ok with it. Godhelp us all.  [tr][/tr]

First city monument bank is unbelievably carlous. they employ contract staffs pay them 25k and ask them to go sell their products with unreasonable targets such as 5million. yet they dont give u their car for marketing, neither do they pay fone bills 4 calls u made, they expect the 25k to be ur salary, transportation and fone call bills

25k for 5million that pathetic, exploitation. its only in Nigeria that employers can use the rampant unemployment to exploit graduates like this.
