Mavrick2012: see him mouth like "small constructn coy",na sand him go take start d "construct coy" abi na water?look at how evrybody is buzi encoragin d guy to b self employd witout any body sugestin hw to raise d take-off capital.except if u advice him to start by selin tomatos or mango(ie even @ a very smal scal).guy, just as som said, start frm a smal organisatn(even primary sch),frm there u can raise capital to start ur own or mov 2 a biga firm, shikena.allah ya temeke ka mitimina
10k is more than enough for him to register an enterprise (4500), print business cards and proposals and start sourcing for contracts. When you get a contract you are mobilised meaning u use OPM. I don't know what you people's obsession with start up capital is. A good brain at times is more than enough start up capital.

uzoexcel: hey guys, i am newly arrived in the uk for my master studies...i opened a gtb pounds dorm account and left some money there in the hope that once i get here and open my uk bank account i will be able to transfer back via internet banking but i cant seem to see the tab for that online.....am i going about this the wrong way or is there a better way for me to do this...regards
Do you have a token? If yes, then you probably havent added that option, if no, get a token, they would send it to you in the uk.
When you have your token,
1. Login to internet banking
2. Click on Self service > add service
3. From the list presented, tick FX Transfer to other Banks
4. Validate with your token and submit.
5. You can now do your transfers freely.

Politics › Re: Nigerian Tribune Newspaper Sacks 160 Workers by bigx(m):
pastormustwac: This is gross wickedness.
At the risk of being attacked by everyone, it is not wickedness, it is a business and businesses survive by trimming costs, staff, are a huge cost so they are always the the first target.
Yes I know, someone would tell me what about their families, etc etc, but I'v been involved in it, when I was very young my dad was sacked over the radio on a monday morning while getting dressed for work,
What I suffered the next few years, I never want to think/speak about it again, but the lesson I learnt is, never put all your hopes on any so called high paying job, they do not care about you, they only care about how much they can make from you, the moment they see they are not making more than your salary from you, you would be gotten rid of.
Simple and short

Politics › Jonathan Accused Of Annexing Rivers Oil Wells To Bayelsa by bigx(op):
The people of the oil producing communities of Kalabari Kingdom in Rivers State yesterday in Abuja accused President Goodluck Jonathan and
the National Boundary Commission of planning to annex a portion of their land with oil fields in Rivers State to Bayelsa State.

A chieftain of the group, Chief Anabs Sara- Igbe, said with over 300,000 barrels of oil being produced from the communities, they would resist the
plan.

In a petition signed by the Amanyanabo of Kalabari, Prof. J. T. J. Princewill and read by the chairman of Akulga Traditional Council in Akuku-Toru
Local Government Area of Rivers State, Chief Emmanuel Awoyesuau-Jack, the community listed the oil fields to include those in Robert Kiri, Ekulama
and San-Barth.

According to him, at the centre of the dispute are accruals from the oil and gas revenue emanating from communities, especially those from the Soku,
Robert Kiri, Ekulama and Santa Barbara Oil Fields, which he said by constitution and historically are domiciled in Kalabari Territory in Rivers
State.

Former Minister of Aviation and leader of Kalabari, Alabo Tonye Graham-Douglas said the group was fighting a just cause.

vislabraye: You sound like you're joking. How lovely to make use of what you don't like and having two for that matter.
I explained why I'm using them. I'm a business person, my business is majorly IT so I depend on emails and browsing a lot, if blackberry wasn't delivering exceptionally in these 2 fields which are pivotal to me, nothing would make me near the brand.
When I was younger and had time for games and apps I was a symbian freak, right now I have only the factory installed games on my phones and I haven't even opened them, I don't take pictures and apart from mp3's of church services, I don't have the time to keep up with music,

So right now, the useless phone serves me perfectly.

Blackberry is a useless phone, I always said that before I got mine and I'm still saying it now I use 2, if not that I use the brand mainly for emails (the best email system on any mobile I've used before) and web browsing (no need for all those apn and rubbish setting you go through with nokia before you can browse) nothing would make me touch a blackberry, even with a 10 foot long pole.
