REALITY101: Lmao @ starving someone's daughter, don't you think someone's daughter should fetch her own food?
Not after he assumes responsibility for her. When she's alone, she can fetch her own food, when she's with him, he should be the MAN. Not like I'm encouraging women to be parasitic though.
Business › Re: Profitable Jobs That Nigerians Dont Like Doing. by bigx(m): 11:04am On Oct 01, 2012
oladayo042: All these money you are mentioning, are they that easy to pool together? I'll rather take a job that gives me 60k every month over a job that gives an average of 2k daily.
And wait till you go grey for salary increase while, 2k per day would turn to 200k per day from implementation of simple ideas ba?
You just don't know how it feels to be paid daily yet that's why.

I don't think her getting fat is your only problem, all my life I've never seen where 3 square meals is a point to worry about. Please, don't starve someone's daughter.
Car Talk › Re: Peugeot: Cars With Attitude! by bigx(m):
Peugeot 406 rides are quite cheap in the UK...will it be better to buy and ship the ride to Nigeria or its preferable ♈ōϋ buy in nigeria or let's say Cotonou...which is better and more cost efficient? And secondly how much will it take me to clear a 406 with Customs in Nigeria? Your candid response' will be appreciated

The one in my pix is for 1000 Pounds...and that's like 260,000NGN will it be worth it, buying and shipping to Nigeria?
I'm not an expert but from what I know, getting it to Nigeria, your final landing cost should be getting close to 1million Naira. This includes shipping, customs clearance and conversion to lhd

Business › Re: There Is No Money To Be Made Online (final Fullstop) by bigx(m): 4:43am On Sep 29, 2012
franel79: I am online and I am making it in my own little way. I don't think anyone can tell me what I should not know and secondly, most of those guys who claim to have made money on this thread are not even satisfied with the income they generate from the internet. Some one told me that my question was not as it should have been but tells me that you all are yet to understand where I am driving at. Making money online is not about earning peanuts. It should be about surviving completely online. I wanted to show you all my five steps to earning serious cash online, but since you have got your ends covered, you might as well enjoy your money. Peace out.
Oh I see where you're coming from now, another of those empty, "make money online" posts that makes this section a nightmare to read. Good luck with that mate.

franel79: There is no money to be made online and I have my reasons for saying so. If you think differently, you are very free to speak out.
My main business works 90% online, I bought my car, started a building project this year, eat at expensive restaurants and travel when I want to, and I work with just my phone and laptop. Its either you're making a conclusion on faulty premises you just want to stir up controversy to get answers from people.
You probably have been doing all the wrong things online, or doing all the right things in the wrong ways.

afam4eva: Someone just takes a picture of a particular place in Aba and uploads it as a true representation of Aba. Yes, we know Aba is bad but not this bad and not everywhere. When i went to Aba 3 years ago, i was trying very hard to find the dirty Aba i kept hearing and seeing all over the internet but i couldn't find any. Even Ogbor hill that seems like a middle to lower-class neigbourhood is not that bad.
You where in Aba 3 years ago, I was there last tuesday on my way to Enugu, it's as horrible as can be, leave those with current info to post.

Webmasters › Re: Broke Professional Webmaster: Should I Change Career? by bigx(m): 12:14pm On Sep 19, 2012
You're still broke because you are doing everything yourself so you have a time-limit (24 hours) to sleep, code, design, market, tech support, eat, socialise, etc etc,
Mentor a few people (have them pay you if possible for training) and get them to do the monotonous jobs for you, then focus on presentations and marketing and managing your team, a team of 5 should be able to handle 5 times what you're doing currently and you'd spend more of your time selling (that's what brings the money).
I'm talking from experience, I know a lot of "almost broke" web developers and its all caused by the same thing, trying to be a "one-man squad"

chibabe3: Portharcourt to Choba a distance of 12km for work and I am using a QX4. N7000 fuel per week. Servicing once in 3 months at a cost of N5000, Other repairs in a month N5000. A spend between N30000 to N35000 a month. I am hoping to get a Corolla soon as the cost is getting high.
Sounds like my expenses, though yours is an suv and mine's a normal car,
