Islam for Muslims / Re: Differences Between Boko Haram And Islam by bingils(m): 1:13pm On May 31, 2013
I strongly commend my Muslim brothers & sisters who have tried to tell the world the truth but such truth always end up in deaf ears of fully bigoted non-Muslim individuals.

We(Muslims) don't have to make them believe what they don't want to believe, cos its a total waste of time to force facts into brains that have been affected by the lies they are fed with by the western media...

Please bigoted Christian adherents, you are entitled to your own beliefs, we can't change you or make you see the bright side, as such I implore you all to continue with the hate, its the best thing to happen at this crucial time of our existence... Its a known fact that we can't all be on the same page, so you can call us anything you so wish ok!

Seun, as a matter of urgency and how sensitive religion is perceived in Nigeria, I wish to advice that such topics shouldn't make front page as such attempts to make the bigoted Christians see Muslims differently have always fall short of its intents...

I usually don't comment on issues like this, but this really got me wondering if all we see is hatred & ignorance that has characterised the majority of the worlds population!

Whether we like it or not Islam is the only religion opposed to western archaic ideologies. Ideologies that goes to the extent of opposing Human existence, like the so called legalisation of gay marriages or same sex marriage being made to look like some natural act to which a man is attracted to his fellow male folk and vice visa in the case of the females.

The west will stop at nothing to tarnish the image of Allah's religion, we Muslims are not surprised because it is clearly stated that we must be oppressed by haters of the religion and people who are making ways or paving ways for the coming of the anti-christ but Allah (swt) has promised that His religion must flourish no matter what they do..

One thing I've found very interesting over the years is how a majority non-muslims fall for lies & conspiracies of the western media in tarnishing the image of Islam. This brings me to the point of asking, why is it that the religion of Islam is the ONLY religion being giving a bad light amongst other world religions? Even thou the answer to this is quite rhetorical to muslims & a few open minded individuals, the answer is that Islam is the ONLY religion that won't giving in cheaply to world corruption, we Muslims are guided by Allah's principles that do not make us preys to the ills of the world... The world is filled with corruption, ladies walk about n.aked all in the name of westernisation, Murder & R.ape are prevalent in the world over, these and many more are the reasons why Muslims are prime targets of the anti-christ. I'm not obliged to make you believe, but the truth has to be told for at least a few logical minds to attest to this.

FFK is not forcing anyone to believe his assertions, as such he holds every right to speak his mind from the angle to which he viewed the issue being deliberated, so instead of calling him all sort of names why don't you lazily make some research about the world you live in, the are many questions without answers, the world is not as easy & enjoying it may seem to you, the devil is at work & constantly winning minds to himself day in day out & he won't stop!

These are the end times, calamities are a sign of its coming, if all you do is to castigate issues like this, I'll implore you to start looking for answers than to be left in the blind thinking all is well in this sick world we live in.

Finally, do not take everything the media tells you hook, line & sinker always look beyond what they are selling to you, have an objectively open mind, the anti-christ is real, hell is real, ask more questions than you can answer, we Muslims are paying the price, the media has made us to be, we are attributed to Terrorism whenever something happens but yet we are strong and dedicated to remain in our religion..

mekaboy:

Here you go again, what makes you say the law is targeted at muslims? Is your religion superior to that of those who abide by the rules of the school and stick to uniforms?

What does uniform mean? Everybody must look identical, no difference. It is a symbol of equality, unity, fairness. The moment u put hijab on it, the uniformity is gone. You are now showing superiority and inequality.

So the law is not targeting anyone, simply design to promote unity in public schools.

You are ranting rubbish my friend, he clearly made his point, and he stressed the fact that we need to tolerate & respect each others belief for peace to reign. Our constitution doesn't abolish wearing the Hijab to school, why then should the commissioner single handedly instigate a problem which necessarily ought not to be.

I'd have expected her to focus on issues more demanding like improving the quality of Education in the state rather pass judgments that will tamper with the peace that's been enjoyed by the people...

Cases like these are very delicate even beyond shores of Africa, we therefore call on the commissioner to please withdraw her policy as it doesn't meet to the immediate needs of the people & for peace to reign!

many arabs do not put hijab on their underage kids, check anywhere.

so why must nigerians make this an issue?

No one made it an issue, the Government made it an issue, that's why we seek to know why the Government decides to take such action, which to me has little or no impact on the reasons why we have a total collapse of standard education in Nigeria!

which school is encouraging girls to wear skimpy clothes to class?

i doubt a school would do that in nigeria- its more of a role model thing, namely what they see on tv and in the media.

even schools which wear skirts, do not make them short. I know a girl who kept getting in trouble because her uniform was too short. She was forced to adjust it to the school length size.

we are talking about school age children here, not adults.

Thanks for reminding me & to let you know, I'm very much aware of the fact the subject matter has to do with underaged school girls, but it is a known fact that morals are best imbibed into humans when they are young and as such the grow with it, that's is the more reason I had to buttress my points on a general note...

Hating you people as understatement, I detest you virgin hunters

What you have up there is exactly the reason why your women are made to look so cheap, exposing every single part of their body for men to see, I will never have respect or feeling for women who don't cover their bo.ssoms, instead walk about na.ked all in the name of some use.less civilisation.

Modesty is pure, keep your body sacred & holy, wearing revealing dresses undermines the woman in you, instead you are regarded as a cheap s.lut with no hope for the future...

A girl on Hijab has fear for her Creator, not to excite a man's lustful desire, whether you like it or not every part of a woman's body is tempting to men, some men might consider just her legs as sexy, not to talk of seeing the her bo.ssom or other tempting parts of her body!

Typical case is when you have a lady fully dressed and covered in Hijab & some lady who is half dressed & exposing tempting parts of her body, both coming to walk by pass a group of hoodlums, which of them to you is more vulnerable to be attacked by the hoodlums? The answer is not far fetched the na.ked lady of course...

Hijab is a woman's right, and every right thinking Muslim woman is expected to wear it as ordained by Allah anytime she leaves the four walls of her home!

obviously, the media has done a very remarkable job of twisting our heads and minds, flashing our memories with constant messages of hatred for islam and muslims. can u even believe some youths attacked a Sikh tem ple belonging to indians in the USA killing many thinking they were muslims? Did u know a south american women pushed an hindu on to a running train thinking he was a Muslim? but thats not what worries me as a christian that questions reason and looks for the BIG PICTURE behind every occurence i find interesting in our crazy brainwashed world. the question is why ISLAM? why does the world power wanna obliterate ISLAM? ARE THEY TRYING TO DESTROY SOME KINDA EVIDENCE OR WHAT. please be open minded and reflect objectively. i read a lot about the jews and muslims and all i found was OUR PROBLEM STARTED OUT OF PRIDE right from when Abraham got his first son from the slave. WE MUST GO BACK TO THE ROOT OF THIS CHAOS TO SOLVE THE MESS. RELIGION CONNECTS A MAN TO HIS CREATOR who loves u more than you parents do.

During my course of wandering in search for why PHARAOH wants MOSES dead at all cost, i stumbbled upon this on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=hZEvA8BCoBw
( even americans are sick of been lied too and they demand the truth also). imagine a team of more than 1500 american experts seeking truth in support of the families of the victims, yet the so called media we so much love to watch does not show that to us.

Seek the truth with open mindedness and know that even if u deny it, it does mean that the truth doesn't exist.

I've never been this impressed from a Christian brother who has decided to look beyond what he is been told by the western media about ISLAM, my dear xtian brethren have you ever asked yourselves why Muslims are hated in the world over? Well if you have not asked yourselves such a question then listen, Islam is the only religion, I repeat the only religion that opposes most western ideologies that govern our day to day interactions with one another, Islam creates an aura that depicts modesty, love and peace for mankind, take instances of Alcohol & its consumption, we are all living witnesses of how its consumption has degraded mankind to be akin an animal without morals, shame & sudden deaths via accidents and diseases , another case is the female folk, when you take an objective mind to watch what the western media give to us, you will notice they are trying to make you feel you are free and can do whatever you wish, women go bare naked in the streets of Europe and America in the name of westernization, beaches which we frown at because of bikinis are now even made totally nude and goes by the name nude beaches! God forbid.... These are not morals, these people are paving ways for the antichrist and Islam is standing firm to oppose this ideologies.... That's why Islam is made an object of ridicule in the world over....Islam is the resistant army! Believe me or not but that is the truth...Assalamu Alaikum!

I'm surprised how U̶̲̥̅̊ ol think, just because he is a northerner n muslim doesn't make him a member this inhumane God forsaking sect, the General is a peace loving fellow, very tough n articulate, sees corruption as act to destabilize the economy as such he does not take it for granted, he n idiagbon of blessed memory orchestard the "war against indiscipline" which brought sanity n the way thinks should be done adequately without fear or prejudice, with the singular increment in cost PMS by N2 by the then Abacha's regime, my peace loving General made huge mark that touched the life of every Nigerian irrespective of religion, tribe or ethnic differences, he cordoned our border by invading chadians who were coming to attack our beloved country then the General was only a GOC in the army, n a whole lot of patriotic things he did, then U̶̲̥̅̊ tell me dis poor fellow will now turn around to destroy wot he helped built, this fellow U̶̲̥̅̊ r referring to leaves quietly in a remote town in Katsina with his family n wot amazes me most is his respect 4 the rule of law, now I pose this question to U̶̲̥̅̊ his haters, wot have U̶̲̥̅̊ eva done as an act of sacrifice 4 ur country?
