Please someone should explain what this mail means. I've sent my bank details to my school and was waiting for CAS only to receive this mail. The money has been held for more than a month and it's also well above the 9120 stated here.

What do they mean by closing balance and why would they want me to add funds to an account that's already well past the maintenance fee?

There are so many alarm bells in this story to cause deafness.

2. The test, which shouldn't happen at all or shouldn't exceed 24 hrs, now lasts for two weeks!!! TWO WEEKS!!!!

3. The test wouldve lasted longer than two weeks if the OP hadn't called to reassure her. How long it wouldve lasted?? Let me ask Ifa

4. This Test wasn't terminated during the reassurance call from the OP, but a day or days later...wtf?
