If you are a believer/Christian and you believe in God, you believe in Jesus Christ, you believe in the Blessed Holy Spirit and also in the unshakeable and external power in the Word of God;

Go on 3 days of prayer and fasting and the appetite/urge to masturbate will leave you completely without any effort/struggle on your part.

Acquire an LPG 10-ton skid (Cooking Gas) and locate it in a popular filling station with good traffic, thank me later. 50% of that amount should do then scale up later in other locations

Career / Re: Bank Job Or Federal Government Job? by BioGreen: 9:38am On May 17, 2021
Try as much as possible to run the two until you hold the FG Agency appointment letter then go for FG as you are sure of job security till 60yrs/35 years of service.

Note that most quoted salaries for FG jobs as basic as other benefits may apply.

Also, when it comes to FG/Govt job never be too sure/confident no matter how good you think you are until you hold your appointment letter & have resumed and done documentation/induction since "parade" can change at any time.

OfficialGaGa:
Hello guys, so I want to learn at least one professional course and I have a cope of them to choose from but I dont really know which to do first..

these are the courses

1. PMP ( Project Management professional )
2. HRMP ( Human Resources Management Professional
3. HSE (Health safety n environmental management (HSE 1&2) / Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA/HSE Levels)
4. SCLM (Supply chain & logistics management)
5. CRMP (Customer relation management professional)

I had the intention to do the HSE but the money is a little bit much for me right now... so I am just in between...

so guys I need ur input on which one is really needed now in the employment market.

thanks

After spending over 15 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, I can tell you that all these professional certifications you listed above will only enhance (not guarantee) your CV dropping/Job hunting prospect of which any reasonable employer is expected to sponsor you for any of them hence don't waste your money on any listed.

If you must use your money to earn any certification, go for those that will enable you to earn money as a consultant/remote worker, freelancer, or joining a project team on a part-time basis such as:

1) ISO 9001"2015 Quality Management System_QMS_(do PECB of Canada not Bureau Veritas of UK) - As a Lead Management System Auditor, PECB can engage you to join Audit Team anywhere in the world to certify companies that want to attain ISO Certification or maintain it.

2) Chartered Finacial Analysts (CFA) ---you can get a remote job/work part-time/freelance modeling investment/business situations and risk scenarios for Businesses/Corporation anywhere

Family / Re: How Do I Instill Boldness And Confidence In My Daughters? by BioGreen: 6:16pm On Apr 30, 2021
Get her a toy that she will eventually love, a scooter or bicycle.

When she finally enjoys riding it, try withdrawing it from her and observe if she will resist/fight back.

It's too early to conclude she is timid at that age as her characters are still latent/hidden.
Career / Re: Business Or Handiwork What Should I Do? by BioGreen: 1:41pm On Apr 24, 2021
1) Since carpentry sales are occasional make it a side hustle, you already got the skill but sales are seasonal, not regular

2) You have a wife and 2 kids to feed and cater for hence spending another 1-3 years to learn another skill when you don't have sufficient savings to cater for them during that period is not a way to go.

3) Look around you, ask good people around you, open your eyes to see market opportunities, what services do people always need that is not readily available in your locality (haircut, viewing center, city transport/Okada/Taxi, mini agro-processing, etc); what commodity/product is on high/regular demand and not already well supplied (foodstuff/provisions, fruit stand, pure water/ice block, etc).

4) Get all the necessary information by doing your research, go to a location far from your locality, meet anybody doing that business to advise you, make a decision, start small and scale-up

All the best

All you just need is the right information, as there is so much junk and miss leading information out there, the right toolset, and the right mentorship.

After struggling for about a year to learn the art of financial trading, I finally stumbled on the right info, the right tool, and the right mentorship as the result is evident from the equity curve of my April 2021 100USD funded account.

Practise, practise and practise your strategy, believe in your strategy, cut ur losses early, patience and discipline are key. Automate some of the trading processings such as SMS/email alerting you of key market structure/setups where possible

The forex industry in Nigeria is growing hence let's not discourage those genuinely wanting to venture in as its a potential industry that can absorb our teeming jobless youths/graduates as against illegal venture such as yahoo yahoo

Thank you

I then wanted to write a petition to the Philippine consular officer on that lady and copy appropriate gov't authority; more sad is that she's a Nigerian (Akwa-ibom/Calaber).

She literally insults everyone, students and their guardians inclusive

Business / Re: Fake 1000 Naira Note From Zenith Bank, Dutse Alhaji Branch In Abuja by BioGreen: 9:22am On Sep 08, 2017
I had similar experience. I Withdrew 10k from GTBank ATM and went to fuel my car at the filling station. The fuel attendant spotted the fake 1000 note and told me it was fake which really surprised me as i just withdrew the cash from the ATM.

I went back & complain to the branch manager who verified the transaction and summoned the staff in charge of loading the ATM as he said customers have complained before on same issue. He apologies & replace the fake note.

I intuitively deduced that it's the bank staff in charge of loading the ATM that usually sandwich fake notes in between real notes to short change customers making withdrawals.

You should have complain directly to the manager instead of talking to the staff in charge of the ATM.

Msc is at the most two years in Canada...,

infact the distance will validate your love the more.

Go do your master & maintain a distance r/ship with your girl. work while schooling, safe some cash, work some more after graduation and come marry ur girl.

After securing a work visa she may join you & also start an academic program.

This is exactly what my brother whom i sponsored for MBA in a chinese university deed.
He's currently on PHD scholarship being top of his class hence the distance r/ship didn't distract him

With an efficiency of 20%, solar electricity should well rival the conventional fossil fuel & steam driven power plants whose efficiency is between 20-30% even in combine cycle operation aside the noise, operating cost, dirt/waste it generates which constitute environment hazards.

Business / Re: Profit Sharing Ratio Between Business Partners by BioGreen: 4:45pm On Sep 24, 2016
the MOU/MOA should have spelt out the profit sharing formula upfront bearing in mind each partner's contribution in terms of finance, time/effort put in running the business & idea.

Finance:

Partner A = 85%
Partner B = 15%

Time:

Partner A = 10% (meetings, signing/processing cheque, etc)
Partner B = 90%

Idea:

Partner A = 30%
Partner B = 70%

Weighting for each aspect:

Finance - 60%
Time - 30%
Idea - 10%

Let Profit = P

Finance = 0.6P
Time = 0.3P
Idea = 0.1P

Assume Profit = 20 Million
Partner A gets = 0.85 x 0.6P + 0.1 x 0.3P + 0.3 x 0.1P = 11.4 million
Partner B gets = 0.15 x 0.6P + 0.9 x 0.3P + 0.7 x 0.1P = 8.6 million

Hence Partner A gets 57% while Partner B gets 43%

Note that the above partners contribution and weighting is debatable & subject to partners mutual agreement/acceptance.

..Call the above formula/approach/model "Onu-Dexter Profit sharing equation" (all right reserve pls; onudexter@gmail.com)

Hello @kennethagada

My brother also hold an undergraduate offer at Curtin College (1year) then Curtin University (2yrs) hoping to resume feb, 2016 but the concern is the tuition which is higher than average and also high cost of accommodation at perth.

We are stil expecting response from Newcastle International College (NIC) but he might settle for Curtin if no response from NIC.

Another strategy i'm contemplating to lessen the high tuition burden is by prolonging ur studies (taking less courses per semester) as you pay on per course basis

you can reach me on onudexter@gmail.com so you two can synergise and strategise
