@Naija*gal,

What can I say? I give up! I have always wanted to be the beast that discovers the beauty anyways. So, maybe it wasnt meant to be. Thanks for being so nice, though. So much for trying to flirt!

Oh, you are such a darling!  Dont worry. That's why it's called flirting. Nothing more. I know how to zap when my attention is no longer needed!  Meanwhile, check your mailbox.

@Naija*girl,

If only I could leave you alone.  You can help me by hitting me up on yahoo messenger and I'll show you my not so bad pictures, and then you provide professional advice. I'm taking a cue from Beyonce by giving you the opportunity to help upgrade me.  See?   wink

@Naija*gal,
Thanks for the compliment.  Unfortunately, there are some things about me I cant change unless I want to be like Wacko Jacko (interestingly we share the same birthday - oops!).  Anyway, I'll try - just for you.  I'll ask one favour though - would you help me select a better pix?  Please?

Meanwhile, if you really are not interested at all, just let me know and I'll respect your feelings.  Just trying to have fun here. cool

Jobs/Vacancies / I.T Vacancies by bioye(m): 4:09pm On Sep 26, 2007
In the last few weeks, I have been approached by employers needing to fill I.T positions to assist in getting the right people to fill these positions.  Here are the vacancies:

1.  A Pensions Services firm requires the services of an OND holder to manage/ maintain its servers.  Skills required include a good understanding of Windows Server Operating Systems, Backup and Restore functions etc.  Linux and SQL skills would also be favourable.  Applicant must be ready to work shifts

2.  A blue-chip Nigerian firm is looking to hire someone versed in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Exchange and SQL to manage its software servers.

3.  An upcoming company in the e-insurance sector is looking to employ staff that is comfortable with any Java web application framework like Tapestry, Wicket and JSF, Hibernate, MySQL, Eclipse to manage and extend its custom enterprise applications.  The applicant should also have good understanding of basic operating system functions and be willing to learn more about Windows and Linux on the job.

4.  A major provider of online investment information services seeks an employee who will be responsible for its online information, documentation and publishing needs.  The applicant should be good in raw HTML, use of tools like Macromedia Dreamweaver, Microsoft FrontPage, PhotoShop etc.  The person should be comfortable with document preparation and formatting using Microsoft Office, Excel and Adobat Acrobat. In particular, the person will be fully responsible for publishing and managing online content on a daily basis.

All interested applicants should send their resumes via email to me at bioyexx@yahoo.com.  Thanks.

I saw this Asa's video Fire on The Mountain Top on MTV Base a few days ago and I think it's one of sickest videos out of Nigeria. See below:

Some weeks back dollypcute was asking about First Inland's performance, well, I'm still stumped, does anyone have an idea of what's driving its price now and if there's any respite soon? Thanks. See this attached graph from karakataonline.com

Thanks for sharing the video! Nice one.

I kept trying to link to the video too until I finally figured it out.

All you have to do is click the flash image([flash][/flash]) while replying and paste
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5z8nrkfveho in between.  You might need to adjust the flash length and width too.

Why dont you add a poll to this thread? I'm still confused on which to choose. Tongolo is old so most people might not choose it.
Poems For Review / Re: Original Love Poems by bioye(m): 6:12pm On Aug 08, 2007
Nice work, guys.  This is home for me.  And I feel peace and calm from the hustle and bustle of daily life.  Here goes:

Darkest night, silent night
None to hold, none to fight
Dearest pillow, i hold you tight
To ever meet you, Odun, is to forever see light
Never out of my mind, never out of my sight
I owe you one thing, and that's to love you right
If you allow me, maybe I might
Maybe I just might
Poems For Review / Re: What Brought Forth Your Poetic Side? by bioye(m): 6:03pm On Aug 08, 2007
I normally write poems when I meet a girl I'm really fond of.  And if she does not send my text poems, I probably lose interest.  So, maybe I'm going to end up with someone with a poetic side, who appreciates my poems - that's if they aint whack.

Ok, I share one of my earliest text poems with you, dear poetic friends

Darkest night, silent night
None to hold, none to fight
Dearest pillow, i hold you tight
To ever meet you, Odun, is to forever see light
Never out of my mind, never out of my sight
I owe you one thing, and that's to love you right
If you allow me, maybe I might
Maybe I just might

What business is Grief Nigeria PLC into?

Greif Nigeria Plc is former Van Leer Containers Nigeria Plc.  They had a change of name sometime around April last year. Their business is Packaging.
They are into Manufacturing of Containers like Steel and Plastic Barrels, Drums and Pails.  It appears they produce Pulp and Paper as well.  I got these info from:

Music/Radio / Re: 2Face Idibia's New Video by bioye(m): 10:52am On Jul 26, 2007
debojyde and Olart have said it all.

It's simply marketing. Nigeria is already a sure market. They want to spread massively to the rest of Africa starting from Ghana. Maybe they over-did it a little but it's no biggy to me. I like the video. At least, its the best video 2Face has ever shot. Shows some improvement. I guess most of Nigerians can be over-sentimental at times. If love is a Crime remains my fav of all time from 2Face.
