When the prosecution was set for full trial to commence, who suddenly applied for bail which forced the trial judge to stay further action on continuing the case pending the determination of the substance or otherwise of the bail application? Now that the application has been thrown out, it's the same Kanu's legal team that jumped in to inform the court about an appeal to be determined in October which forced the trial judge to adjourn toll November. So, who's actually running around like headless chicken looking for frivolities to keep delaying the court process? All these antics by Kanu & his legal team is to SE how they can drag this til PMB leaves office next year. Then, they will explore the option of political solution through peace bargaining with the expected incoming government.
