PoliticsRe: GEJ Is A Joke & Clueless - Ghanaian Prof. Ayittey by Bisijohn: 2:35am On Jun 26, 2012
I blame OBJ for introducing "DO or Die" election by not allowing Nigerians to decide by themselves. He had evry opportunity to re-position the Nation well in all spheres, but he abused it. GEJ never prepared to occupy that position and as such he's clueless.
Car TalkRe: Petrol @ 97 Naira Per Litre ( Petrol Saving Tips For Your Cars & Suvs ) by Bisijohn: 3:26am On Jan 03, 2012
I will also add to points raised that we can start to drive on LPG-Gas. Well, availability of gas is another issue. This will save alot of money. 60litrs of gas can drive up to 300Km. I live in Sydney,Australia, I drive on both Petrol and Gas, but i've found out that Gas is almost 3 times cheaper than petrol, and it's more environmental friendly. Imagine, a litre of gas will cost me 57cents-90naira, whereas, a litre of petrol will cost me 1dollar.61cents (262naira).
PoliticsRe: Another Explosion Reported In Sapele, Delta State - Sr by Bisijohn: 1:51am On Dec 28, 2011
This is not the best approach. Government should tackle this menace before it degenerate to religion crisis.
PoliticsRe: Would Buhari Have Tackled Boko Haram More Effectively. by Bisijohn: 12:46pm On Dec 27, 2011
I don't know the people that can be President of this country, but of course, I know those who cannot be such as: Buhari,Babangida,Atiku,Gusau etc. Whether they like it or not GEJ will rule till 2015 and hand it over to an Ibo President, a Christian again. The so-called BH will cry for nothing sake. Buhari wouldn't have done better.
Christianity EtcRe: Where Is My God-given Husband? by Bisijohn: 3:13am On Dec 27, 2011
@Poster, You have asked the right question, but unfortunately, in the wrong place. You will be more confused than before if you care to read all the comments so far.

I'm a Christian right from my teenage age, and now in my early 30, I married in my 20’s. I should be able to advise you a bit. I didn’t want to make mistake in the area of marriage. And I thank God, that I didn't make mistake. At least over 5 yrs experience in marriage. To God be the glory!

Since you are a Christian, I will advise you in the way of the LORD. Every son or daughter of God has the Spirit of God that leads and speaks in him/her. Unbelievers will not understand this, if at all they claim to be Christians. Hence, God communicates to us through the spirit in us. He does this in diverse ways, such as: His word, inner witnessing of the spirit, Prophecy, dreams, vision, circumstances, and through godly counselors. As a Christian, you must have known the way God speaks to you overtime, just like we know the way our earthly fathers communicate to us. God will speak to you in the same way in the area of your marriage.

Secondly, you need to communicate to God about your desire, through prayers. You ask in faith. He knows the best for you. God made Eve for Adam and not Adam that created Eve by himself. God said is not good for a man to be alone. Don't give God conditions such as; my husband must be a doctor, very tall, light in complexion etc. Pray with an open mind, that you need His best.

Thirdly, be patient as well. Don't be in a hurry. After you have done the will of God, you need patient to receive the promise. Even when you are convinced that God is leading you, YOU STILL NEED CONFIRMATION. And the best confirmation is Peace of mind. Marriage is binding for life until death do you part, and as such you can’t rush into it and rush out. That’s not God’s way. And that’s what most people practice today, but as Christians, we can’t do that. God frowns at such practice.
Fourthly, don’t reject the person God is leading you to. He may be Mr. Nobody today and later become Mr. somebody tomorrow. Don’t say this man is not handsome; he is not working in an Oil company etc. He read Zoology, who says Zoologist cannot become President of a Nation. That’s why you need to rely on God for His perfect leading and guidance.
Never go into pre-marital sex.
You can also go for godly marriage counseling as well. There is safety in the multitude of counsels.
Anyway, that’s my little contribution for now. Mind you, all I said, I practiced and they worked for me. I pray you will come back to say it also work for. My prayer is that you will not resolve to self-help.
PoliticsRe: Sultan Decries Lack Of Unity Among Muslims: Fooolish Sultan by Bisijohn: 2:18am On Dec 27, 2011
I expect the like of Sultan, Saudi King,Adegbite,Buhari,Atiku, the proponent of violence change,Ciroma,Gusau to condemn this dastardly act in strong term. They have not except Buhari. Nemesis will definitely catch with whoever is financing this act of violence and killing. I do not know what they are trying to achieve.
They should prove to us that Islam is not religion of violence as they claim. Most violence in the world today are caused by this fanatics waging war that they can not win.

My problem with GEJ is that he doesn't see himself as the president of this country. Trust me, if it was Obasanjo, he would have dealt with this people severely. I strongly believe they are not faceless. Enough is enough! Goodluck should act fast.
HealthRe: Hiv Positive Test A Requirement For Marriage? by Bisijohn: 12:33pm On Dec 26, 2011
There is no church that we join you together knowing fully well of your predicarment. Anyway, I hope you have really opened up to your partner as you claim? If that is the case, just make sure the parent of the lady knows about it. Once that is done, well, you might need to go to registry, but as of the church, i don't think so.

PoliticsRe: Bomb Blast: A Burden We Must Live With – Jonathan by Bisijohn: 2:36am On Dec 26, 2011
I thought i was the only one that heard that statement. In fact, may be until one of his relatives is affected before he takes decisive action. GEJ, I don't have iota of regrett for not voting for him. I knew it that he never prepared to be President in the first instance. Obasanjo punished Nigerians for giving us directionles leaders.
PoliticsRe: 80 Million Nigerians Are Christians. This Is 50.8% Of Population by Bisijohn: 11:58pm On Dec 25, 2011
If those no are truly Christians indeed and followers of Jesus Christ, Nigeria would have been heaven on earth. In my view, a large churn of them are religious people but not Christians as claimed.
PoliticsRe: Boko Haram Claims 5 Bombings by Bisijohn: 10:16pm On Dec 25, 2011
Bala Mohammed, the FCT Minister said the attack was a test from God. Can you imagine that kind of statement? If his families members were among the people wasted by so-called,BH, he wouldn't say the attack was a test from God and act of God. The God that i know doesn't do evil.

The President should order shoot at sight, it is only then we will know that he is serious, and he wants to tackle this menace. The useless BH and their financiers, have been brainwashed that virgins await them in hell, if they die. They should quickly send them down. If these people are tried in the law court the maximum term they will get is 3yrs.

PoliticsRe: Third Christmas Church Blast In Yobe! by Bisijohn: 2:21pm On Dec 25, 2011
This is a well planned attack on the Christians. It is obvious that they did this in order to retaliate the killing of some sect members by Igbo-led chief of Army. It is high time we all march out demanding separation in Nigeria. The most annoying thing is these good for nothing Northern foolish elders would not come out and condemn this attack. They are happy with what is going on. How how wish the president can declare full onslaught against this people and their sponsors.
PoliticsRe: Retain Subsidy And Perish- Sanusi by Bisijohn: 1:05am On Dec 24, 2011
We need to go back to true federalism, where the states will be independent of the center. This will promote healthy competition among the states. We need to cut government spending, cut legislators and other government officials emolument. The emolument of legislators should just be a bit higher than that of civil servants. If this is done, we will then know those are patriotic and willing to serve.

PoliticsRe: Army Kills 59 Boko Haram Members In Damaturu Attack! by Bisijohn: 12:23am On Dec 24, 2011
I hope this will not degenerate to civil war in this country. The urgent need now is for the government to quickly call for SNC. We should discuss the basis of co-existence. I hope the military will not capitalise on this, and take-over the government. Time is really running out. Other nations of the world are progressing and we despite our enormous resources we are retrogressing.
PoliticsRe: Removal Of Petroleum Subsidy: In Whose Interest? Live by Bisijohn: 2:16pm On Dec 22, 2011
Cabals are being aided by the government officials. Until corruption is uprooted, we just be moving without motion.
PoliticsRe: Removal Of Petroleum Subsidy: In Whose Interest? Live by Bisijohn: 1:11pm On Dec 22, 2011
My take on this again is that, the cabals that have benefited in the time past and even now from this so-called fuel subsidy should be made to refund the money, so that the money can be used for the benefit of all.
PoliticsRe: Removal Of Petroleum Subsidy: In Whose Interest? Live by Bisijohn: 1:05pm On Dec 22, 2011
The problem in Nigeria is simply corruption in all areas. Until this is dealt with severely, the laudable policies of the government will be mismanaged.
Christianity EtcRe: Video : Bishop David Oyedepo Responds To Slap-gate ! by Bisijohn: 9:58am On Dec 20, 2011
Free world, you are entitled to your opinion. It doesn't move the man of God whatever comment you post. They once accused Jesus that He was using evil spirit. It is not new, if you say anything against men of God. Except ye repent ,ye shall likewise perish. The message of the cross is foolishness to those who perish.
PoliticsRe: Deputy IG Of Police Slumps In Ikorodu Hotel by Bisijohn: 12:56pm On Dec 17, 2011
Everyday is for the thief, but one day is for the farm owner. Both the woman and the man have brought shame to their respective families. I guess the woman is (un)happily married too.
Foreign AffairsRe: Us Senate Okays Soldiers To Be Intimate With Horses! by Bisijohn: 1:13pm On Dec 09, 2011
"In God we trust country" has suddenly turned to "in God we will not trust. If this is true, they should know that God doesn't condone such from any nation. They should read the story of Sodom and Gomorrah in the bible.  It is just unfortunate that this is happening during Obama administration, and his totally in support of such. America, go back to God that you once trusted!
PoliticsRe: Jubril Aminu Calls For Ban Of Christian Association Of Nigeria by Bisijohn: 12:23pm On Dec 07, 2011

Car TalkRe: My Personal Solution To Lagos Traffic by Bisijohn: 10:30pm On Dec 06, 2011
My own suggestion is hard but if follow the traffic congestion will be reduced. This can't be introduced almost immediately now anyway. Govt should provide effective rail system, more BRT Buses on different routes, Introduce heavy fee for parking anywhere on Island and some strategic places, and enforce traffic rules. If these are well implemented the traffic stuff will be a thing of the past in Lagos. Lifestyle in Lagos is hazardous to healthy living and of course it is even reducing productivity.

PoliticsRe: Bianca Ojukwu's Name Sent To Senate As Ambassador Nominee by Bisijohn: 6:47am On Dec 02, 2011
The appointment is too early. The woman just lost her hubby, and besides the burial hasn't been done. It doesn't speak well. Is she the most qualified person in the state? I hope the woman will toe path of dignity and reject the appointment.
