I placed an order from Jumia on 26th of June 2014, after receiving the item I noticed the G.I. Joe Retaliation Blu Ray disc did not work, so I reported the issue on 7th of July 2014 and was promised the item would be
recalled.

I waited endlessly without receiving any call from the courier but I was calling intermittently because I needed the same item since there was limited stock. The call credit expended calling customer care, only to give me empty promises had exceeded the cost of the item

On July 24th I called again but was told that the courier
company tried calling me severally but couldn't reach me and was promised a new recall again. I did not get that call until 15th of August after sending a mail to customer care on 9th August and the item was finally retrieved by DHL on 19th.

This is really disheartening because I lost money buying a faulty item, still lost more money calling Jumia service center and finally won't get any response from Jumia.

I therefore placed an order on 24th Oct 2013 at about 5pm, there was a notice at the final stage of the order, instructing customers to confirm via phone the product's availability which I did, after receiving confirmation from a customer care staff, I proceeded to make payment.

The first challenge I had was sending full details of my order via mail as I could not see any mail address on the site, so I decided to use the "contact us" option, for which I have not received any feedback yet.

I called the following day at about 1:41pm to confirm if they have received my payment, the customer care staff was so unprofessional, she answered the call without proper introduction with some babble under her breath that made me ask if I was unto Slot System. She took my order details and promised to get back to me. 3:35pm same day and I haven't heard from them and called back again got the same unprofessional treatment like a market woman selling garri, this time there was a lot of noise from other conversations in the background. The lady took my order, promised to confirm my payment and get back to me.

As at yesterday , I had still not gotten any response from them and tried calling by 8:53am, all lines were off, contrary to the notice on the site, stating all lines would be available from 8am - 6pm. I called back at about 1:13pm got a more cheerful response informing me that the product I ordered for is not available now and that's the reason my payment has not been confirmed.

The Samsung Galaxy S5rumors, possible specs and expected price has surfaced. Samsung Galaxy Flaships have been critised by many for their use of “Plastic” which to them, gives it a “cheap feeling” Hence, Samsung as optedfor Aluminium design much like the HTC One. Rumors also has it that thesamsung galaxy s5is to come with a technology that enables users to fold it due to its large 5.0inches screen.

I seriously do not understand why Amaechi gets a lot of hype, Rivers State earns the highest allocation in the country and all he has done with the huge revenue is build schools, with no infrastructural development. I heard the town gets flooded every year and nothing has been done to improve the plight of the masses, no major road network or visible presence of the Government.

Try visiting Gombe State and see the massive projects executed in just one year both schools, roads and the entire city is currently been piped for water, you would then realize that he is as corrupt as Odili.

Uyo, Akwa Ibom is generally more celebrated than Port Harcourt. A city like Port Harcourt ought to be more beautiful than it is now and some slowpoke dears to compare him to Fashola (am not a lagosian).

WOW! that's why I love Sammy, the major thing that makes the Galaxy series the number 1 android phone are the enhancements.


The S4 is coming with a smart scroll which detects when your eyes is at the bottom of the screen scrolling automatically and smart pause which automatically pauses a movie when you look away.


Other user friendly enhancements before the aforementioned are smart stay on S3 which keeps the screen on so long as you are looking at it. Then the multi window that came with Note 2 and cascaded down to the S3-so you can have 2 independent active windows on the screen.


Am waiting eagerly for March 14.

Not many people here "praise" their network.

Speak for yourself. I do not work for airtel but they are the only network with 3.75G in all 36 capital cities and FCT, I even hear they have 4G in PH Abuja and Lagos. No other network comes close to dis much data coverage.

For all the Sammy fans, it is a highly anticipated date to eventually get the true specs but for me it's the practical enhancements that I look forward to.

Let me assume you are comparing the specs with what you saw on GSMARENA because with specs iI posted there is a huge difference, let me break it down.

Firstly, the screen resolution for both devices are world's apart while the S3 has a little over 300PPI, the S4 is has 441PPI which is way above Iphone 5 retina display of about 336PPI

Secondly, if the 3100mAh is true that is the best battery pack for any mobile device its size

Then there is a more powerful processor and camera.

Plus we expect some more user friendly enhancements like smart stay

Not that we’re thinking this is the final specs sheet for the Galaxy S4, but it’s worth noting that it doesn’t mention the inclusion of Samsung’s recently announced Exynos 5 Octa chip, which is said to power Samsung’s flagship devices this year. But seriously BB10 or whatever it's going to be called is not a device that can be overlooked, am a Phandroid but the Specs and the benchmark scores that decision device is churning out makes me jealous.

To be more precise there is no Android device with BB10 screen size and thickness that carries both a 2gb of Ram and 2800mAh of battery, thats a lot of battery power for a device its size not even Xperia packs in that amount of power.


Prior to BB10 the Iphone 5 held the title for best browser benchmark scores but it has been overtaken by BB10 and the OS brings with a wonderful multitasking experience of 8 active tiles
