Pls, what document is needed from a sponsor who is in the USA?
Is it advisable for someone who got a job this month to indicate that she's employed? If yes, how will she go about answering the question of how much she earns per year putting in mind that she has not even collected her first salary or she should forget about the employment since she has someone that is fully sponsoring the trip. Pls, advise

Lagos doesn't give visa based on going there for NCLEX,dont bother wasting your time and money going to lagos but Abuja is now giving nurses visa going there for the NCLEX.
Visa application processing time is 2months plus.
P.S- now is not a good time to apply for S.A visa application because the pandemic is getting more serious there and they are canceling already booked flight

U can use your phone to upload either pdf or scan copy, choice is yours- just make sure there is an upload
If u can successfully upload all documents and when u are done, click submit only at this time. Proceed to print off the confirmation that u have uploaded ur documents urself... if these criteria is met then there will be no need to go with hardcopies except intl passport, checklist, confirmation of biometrics booking and printed confirmation

Pls get a letter or introduction or no objection letter from your employer stating who u are, what u do for the company, how long u have been there, how much u earn annually, stating ur travel plans, dates exactly, when u are expected back from the trip and confirming tht they have no objection to u embarking on the trip. This gives u more grounds.

Can phone be used to upload documents for self service? Can the document to be uploaded be in PDF or it must be scanned copy or an hard copy?
After documents are uploaded, is there still need for submission of hardcopy when you go for biometrics?
Can employment letter alone be used without letter from employer?

After the 10 days in quarantine, are you still required to do a covid test? If yes, how much is the test.

So since you are coming from Nigeria, you can quarantine in any hotel for 10days but you can shorten it to 5days if you do the Test to Release for International travelers. Which allows you to leave Quarantine after 5days if you test negative.

Your chances are very low.
You have no access to money or a job so no ties to your country hence you will most likely be rejected as you will be categorised as a flight risk.Your sponsor though your sister does not live in Nigeria so you’ve shown -1 family ties.
Solutions;
-Most international exams now have online centres because of covid so liase with the school if you can write it in Nigeria.
-The money she wants to sponsor you with use it to open a business name with cac(20k) then start a business while applying for jobs.
-Open a bank account preferrably current to show your incoming and outgoing.It’s not really the balance that matters.

Don't bother appealing, I was there recently and was told the process might take 7-8 months

You have been told repeatedly to reapply, do not appeal. The least reply time for an appeal is 6 months. If you're willing to handover your passport for at least 6 months, then appeal. Please visit any VFS office, they will assist you with appealing.

I am going there for an exam. The examination body already sent a confirmation to them

He or she wasn’t reachable .. this is the fault of your invitee .. you should reapply and this time the person inviting you should be readily available to confirm the invite ... appealing might take longer time .. it’s best you re apply with same details

Good morning everyone, if someone's visa application was denied because of non verifiable invitation letter, do that person have to wait 6months before reapplying?
This is the third time applying after being denied twice

She can try west way staffing agency, a colleague who passed her NCLEX on visiting visa to USA signed up with them and they help her in adjustment of status after passing the NCLEX

I'm At Akure. If i go to Abuja to Submit my Visit Visa Application. Will I still go back to Abuja to pick it up when it's ready, Or it Will be Delivered to me. I don't want to go to Lagos because of long queue.

Lagos visa application center is no longer crowded. I went there on Tuesday around 12pm and I was the 5th applicant for the day, about 2 applicants met me there, I spent about 40 minutes there. You can try Lagos
