I am just preparing to get married so that I and my husband can move to the USA together but I have already passed my NCLEX with my maiden name and I am yet to get a visa screen or begin the immigration process
How feasible is that?

No only your international passport, nose mask. Go to your NCLEX exam centre website you will see requirements for exam entry. They exam center already have your status on their system as a candidate for exam that day.

I got back my passport today stamp with 6months visit visa
Biometrics date - 11/06/2021

Purpose of traveling - to write a professional examination (NCKEX-RN)
Travel date - 10-17th July,2021. Exam date is july 16. I explained that I am well aware of the 10days quarantine rule but will opt for test to release on the 5th day
Estimated amount to be spent on trip - 550,000
Amount in my bank account - 1,159,045
My salary after tax - about 82,000
The total amount I get in a year- 120,000
Amount I spent every.month - 9,000
NB- my mum do give me 10k monthly which amount to the 120,000 I get in a year, I explained that I just got a job in May,2021 and hasn't been paid my first salary,so, I didn't add my monthly salary to the amount I get in a year

My 6month bank account statement
Employment letter
Letter from employer stating that I am newly employed and has not received my first salary,thus, no payslip and also days have been granted leave from work

NB-My sponsor is my biological sister working and living in the USA
My sponsor's salary 6month bank account

My sponsor's 6month payslip
My sponsor's work ID

I explained that although I am opting for test to release on the 5th full day in the UK, my travel date is flexible enough to be adjusted to accommodate the 10days quarantine if necessary.
N.B- I do not have savings at all and even used part of the 200k my mum sent to me to pay for the application fee making my closing balance not up to 1.2M but I duely explained that in my cover letter

What worked for me
I made sure i have double of the amount i want to spend on the trip in your bank account (I had to reduce my estimated travel cost from 700k to 550k)
I thorouh explained everything in your application that may cause confusion,
Why I choose UK as the exam center as it can be written in other countries


NOTE- This is first visa on my passport,no travel experience whatsoever. No agent used

The sponsor is my biological sister. I should change the money she's paying towards the trip as 1m and indicate that she paid for my flight, feeding and accommodation as well, right?
The 200k my mother sent is not really towards the trip, its for payment of the visa application fee, transportation fee to Lagos and the likes


and do the ECO really check with that bank to confirm how much is really in the applicant bank account?

Keep your information consistent as the caseworker is looking for loopholes.You just stated 1.5m and you have only 1m sent to your account that’s two different figures.Simple complications like this lead to refusals.

If your mother sent 200k to your account and your sponsor paid 1m(how is this sponsor related to you?)into your account write their name under the question is anyone else paying towards your trip.

I intend to spend 8days in the UK(test to release on the 5th day) for the purpose of writing and exam, no tourism whatsoever, will estimated money to be spent on the trip as 600k be okay?

I indicated that my sponsor will be paying 1.5m towards the trip but she transferred 1m to my account and I put that in addition to that, she will be paying for my roundtrip flight, feeding & accommodation. Is that okay? Or I should change the 1.5m I put in the amount she will be paying towards the trip to 1m since it is 1m she sent to my account.

My mother sent 200k to my account some days back in order to pay for the visa application and do some other things, do I have to explain that or does she need to write a letter about that?

I am single with no child, the sponsor is my biological sister and I will be earning around 90k monthly.
I am actually going to the UK to write an exam but I guess I will have to change my exam to a later date

Even if you just started work last week you are employed and you have an employment letter that states your annual remuneration to prove this plus your ID card albeit no salary paid yet .If your need to travel isn’t urgent can you give it another 6months to apply so you appear less financial dependent.
The thing about a sponsored trip is that as far as you are an adult you need to show means of your own funds too no matter how small to strengthen your application.There are exceptions for example full time house wife,and the terminally ill.
You might not be able to satisfy the officer that you have ties to Nigeria and those would return home after your visa.Also,with new radar search like human trafficking and you are female with no money you might be flagged.
Are you married or do you have a child?.
How are you related to your sponsor?.
What would you earn monthly?.
