Apart from providing free services and drugs to HIV patients, they were holding regular trainings for medical and nursing students. I personally attended and benefitted from a number of the trainings in Enugu

I think they left the SE around 2018 or so when their grant ended and now moved to Akwa Ibom.

Yet one guys was claiming they were ghost NGo involved in human parts trafficking. Such a sick, wicked joke.

It is still rape. Under Nigerian law, if the lady withdraws her consent midway, any further act of penetration with the penis is unlawful and is sufficient to convict for the offence of rape.

Not sure if we have any reported case on the issue but there are reported cases in other jurisdictions.

Quite interesting indeed. But I wonder just how one can prove that, during the act, consent initialy given has been withdrawn but the man refused to stop.

I checked the link you posted and seems the man was convicted because he confessed he became aware she was no longer consenting, but did not stop. Does it mean if the man is not aware, such a case can't be proven?
