Moral lessons, Overtaxation doesn't pay. God bless Anambra God bless Ndigbo God bless old Eastern region. |
bigpriik:I wonder oh. How someone will be fighting to keep a liability beats my imagination. Mr ArewaNorth, what is stopping you to join the campaign to expel this unproductive region? |
Congratulations. You should join the campaign to expel the unproductive SE. |
I love takeovers |
Mehn this Nnamdi Kanu must be a very evil man to outdo what we are seeing in this thread. See how bandits arrange human beings in luxurious trailers. It is either they are doing God's work in Middle Belt or Middle Belt people love their project. |
Too bad. I think a serial Zombie movies fan is on the lose. The nearest Afonja should be arrested and seriously interrogated immediately. Something in me tells me that he knows something. |
So they watch Nollywood in San Diego |
DubaiLandLord1:LOL. Take that theory to Ugboland and you will complete it in the other side. I haven't talked of Egbaland |
ThinkSmarter:Here they come again with inferiority complex. Time for quick history lesson, During the existence of Old Anambra state, only two governors were civilians and they are from present day Enugu state. Have you seen anybody from present Anambra state complaining? During the existence of Old Eastern region, only two governors were black. One is from present day Ebonyi (Akanu Ibiam) while the other is Ojukwu. Have you seen anybody from Enugu complaining? Oga, nobody did anything to you. What you are doing now is called blame, blackmail and inferiority complex. |
Nigercity:Not just Ngwa but alot of us. To be Frank with you, we are not supposed to allow these Minorities have a field day with our history. For instance, it is widely believed in Nigeria that Jaja was an Igbo slave bought into Ijaw family and later rose to become king amongst ijaws but in reality, documents by those who witnessed it and testaments by the characters in the story attest that everything involved with jaja is Igbo. Jaja is Igbo, the person that facilitated the deal is Igbo, the receiver is Igbo and the town is also Igbo but it have started passing as the truth because we left the story unchallenged and very soon there won't be any of us with the knowledge left to correct it and when that happens, the lie from Ijaw people will be used as reference by our grand children. I believe this is the job of Ọhaneze Ndigbo but as usual they are worthless. Ọhaneze Ndigbo is just a waste of graphics designing that was used to design their logo. |
Ekealterego:Interesting. Igbo has been under cyber attack from three Minorities (Ijaw, Igala and Bini) that some of our ignorant brothers and sisters treat like friends |
CovenHighPriest:Husband's House after her people have seen her corpse. That is when the bride price will be completed. The Children then completes the bride price and settle the witness (Onye ụkọ / onye akaebe) with one life Goat or cow (nowadays) depending, for services rendered. The witness in Igbo culture is similar to "best man" in English weddings but the difference is that unlike the best man, the Igbo witness settle marital problems of the family until he is no longer needed. That's why he must be settled on that day. |
Fbisshit:We know about that one. His sponsors are obvious.

MadamVanessa:They tried to take the full advantage of the unguided statement from IPOB that there will be No Election. The plan was to kill two birds with one stone. Let me explain, 1. IPOB made a very big mistake by saying "No Election" because the right to exercise franchise is considered as basic requirement of democracy, so going against it makes you a dictator. I will like you to remember that nobody voted for IPOB to represent them but the idiots that occupy the helm of our various state governments. Now IPOB as an unelected organisation, being a campaigner of Referendum, which is form of voting to achieve the goal of the people calling against the same voting and using force to carry it out (what those that brought out UGM want to make it to look like) fits all definition of a terrorist. A big mistake IPOB shouldn't have made This is the first brid. 2. The second bird was to take the advantage to oust APGA from the seat of Anambra Affairs. A move I think is stupid because it would have been three birds instead of two if they played their card well. Whoever did this had the chance to put both IPOB and PDP to rest in Nigerian politics forever but misused it. Something we all should be grateful for. If PDP won the Anambra election, the reputation of IPOB would have changed from Biafra freedom fighters to PDP touts. But as God has it, they didn't know that. Not knowing this, the plan was to help IPOB enforce the sit at home, make people see them as terrorist and use the low turn out to win for their party because they know that it is technically impossible to defeat APGA in Anambra and to them, if they have one more seat in SE, they will control the region. |
It has always been about Politics. I hope now the Efulefus that blamed Biafra can hide their head in shame. On the same hand, the senseless/myopic caretakers of IPOB organisation that like taking responsibility for what they know nothing about should also hide their heads in shame. It wouldn't have cost much for them to announce that they know nothing about the new development in UGM business before the major effects like the death of our beloved Akunyili's husband took place. Once something is not from you, don't insinuate but call it out plainly because you don't know the ulterior motive of the person that instigated it. |
CovenHighPriest:OK. Igbo women bearing their husbands surname is a modern Christian invention which was made up to align with the church tradition of issuing a marriage certificate. The certificate will then have the wife's name under the husband's surname. But prior to Christianity, Igbo marriage didn't include eradication of the woman's identity. She retains many things which includes her surname. If you go to the villages and interact with the older generations, especially those above 70s that didn't do Church wedding, when it comes to documentation you'll realise that the women when asked their surname will tell you her own fathers surname instead of the husband's own. If you pay attention to the prayers from the wife's father during Igbo marriage ceremony, you will never hear any part where he will say that his daughter will be referred as another person's surname unlike the Christian wedding that ends with "You are now Mr and Mrs...." Another interesting part of Igbo marriage custom in the past is that the prospective husband doesn't foot the bills of the marriage ceremony but the father of the bride. The father can't do all that for his daughter to forfeit his name na |
ChinenyeN:Only "the real Igbo" was emboldened. The other one you did was your mind pointing out the fact for you. You have been wasting a good amount of your time trying to justify lies in the name of resurrecting what never existed. You have been looking for ways to somehow disintegrate the foundation that makes the wonderful Igbo Nation because you haven't come to terms with the inability of people like you to build up your home to the standards those you are trying to blackmail (Anambra and Enugu) have done theirs. At this age, you people shouldn't be throwing blames or attempting the childish way of "if it doesn't go my way then there will be no game at all" That is "if it is not Ngwa then there will be no Igbo at all" and build up your homes to your standard, work hard to rewrite the reputation you are ashamed of instead of running away from it. Face your challenges like men and women If you think somehow Ndigbo will babysit old people like you lots and convince you to accept who you are then you are dreaming. As for those quacks you are fond of quoting their works, I will address those with time. Finally, if this makes me disingenuous then the word" disingenuous" just got a new meaning which is "straight forward with the truth" |
bcomputer101:Don't justify the stereotype. I refuse to accept the stereotype that Yoruba people are lazy. Dont force me to |
ChinenyeN:In conclusion, what do you want us "the real Igbo" because you have conditioned yourself personally as an inferior to do for you? |
This man has finally turned around the face and reputation of Abakaliki. Much respect from here |
Chai. I love this man. come and see oh |
ImembaN:And who is holding you? You just want attention. Stand up like a man and submit your request to Abia state Government for a start. Or are you scared that your acclaimed fellow Ngwa man at the helm of the affairs will first deal with you before the real Ngwá people that you are impersonating descend on you? And for the idea of you trying to attach yourself to innocent Ika, Ikwerre and Ukwuani people when exhibiting your confusion and stupidity to other Igbo just stop it. I can't fall for it. You can't manipulate me to attack innocent Ika, Ikwerre or Ukwuani people that are minding their business |
ImembaN:She can't say anioma origin because the word was created 3 years before she was born. So you see, she is in no way in doubt of her identity because she is far more intelligent than most people in this shit hole can ever be talkless of you confused lots and whatever you called the other woman. Was it lauretta Onochie? To prove her high intelligence and knowledge in Igbo culture, she retained her own fathers name after marriage as the real Igbo custom do. Not the nonsense you people borrowed from Britain where a woman forfeits her identity after marriage. |
ImembaN:What you just described is your personal stupidity that does not in any way relate to the Good people of Ngwa. Or are you telling us to accept your inferiority complex over the dignified self esteem of Abaribe? |
ImembaN:Is the so called Lauretta Onochie up to the caliber of Ngozi Okonjo Iweala? As for your second paragraph, what is the red cap still doing on Senator Abaribes head? Your group is just a demonic group that doesn't in any way represent any Ngwá person home and abroad. You are just looking for kids to manipulate here but as God has it I am around to put a stop to that stupidity. Now let me ask you a good question, If the word "Igbo" or Igbo people is attacked in the Nigerian senate, which senator do you think will be the first to react? Both of us know the answer. The answer is Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, a proud Igbo son from Ngwa sub group. |
SlayerForever:As simple as that. Instead of them to be bringing up ideas of how to clean up Aba like other proud Ngwá sons and daughters are doing, they are talking rubbish. Go to Ngwá Facebook page and see Ngwá people home and abroad bringing out amazing ideas to save the face of Aba and these nonentities are here discussing their own identity in their old ages. If the identity of Ngwa is in question by atleast half of Ngwa people, the current Governor of Abia state, who is from the same Ngwa would have used his influence to address it. After all, didn't Wike take it upon himself to address the identity of Ikwerre, even to the extent of turning to a historian? Like I said, if these people think their opinion is that of the masses, they should take it to the Governor who is also from Ngwá or to the celebrity politician we have now in Abia state, Mr Abaribe, who is also an Ngwa/Igbo Icon. Anything other than that is utter stupidity and personal inferiority complex to the people of Anambra and Enugu reloaded. |
ImembaN:You voted for Ikpeazụ because you were in love with the dirtiness in Aba. The idea of someone cleaning it up sent shivers down your spines that you decided to continue in it. For the record, Anioma never for once doubted their identity. The acronym was designed by Dennis Osadebe in 1951 to carve our the Igbo people from others in Mid-West Region. Dennis Osadebe later played vital part in forming all the Pan Igbo organisations during his time. After the war, the same Dennis Osadebe risked his life, reputation and resources to resurrect the Igbo Progressive Union (Google that) Never you ever, try to attach the stupidity you people are displaying here with Anioma or the selfless war Dennis Osadebe fought for the Igbo nation. Your stupidity is at par with the Ignoramuses in Ika and Ikwerre. And for the record you, ChinenyeN and the other don't represent the people of Ngwá. Until one prominent son of Ngwá agrees to this stupidity, you people are on your own looking for where to vent your frustrations. PS: My comments are directed to you people suffering from inferiority complex in person and not to the good people of Ngwa |
SlayerForever:They are just Shameless people with stinking inferiority complex that are trying to blackmail Anambra and Enugu for no reason. In a bid to carry out their Shameless stupidity, they decided to soil the name of Ngwa with it. Whatever they think people say about them, does it come close to the level of what they and many ignoramuses around us say about Abakaliki? But do you see any person from Abakaliki moving around like these nonentities disgracing themselves? That is what we call high self esteem and coming to terms with who someone really is. Honestly I will advise many people to study Abakaliki. After all the years of using Abakaliki to laugh off based on underdevelopment and the rest, today what is happening? Is the same Abakaliki not giving many cities a run for their money? Instead of these people to be working on how to clean up Aba, they are here throwing blames like little kids. If they are waiting to hear is from us then I will help out, Aba is currently dirty and needs serious medical emergency not revisiting on your identity as a human being in 21st century. All these years of Abakaliki tribulations, they never doubted their identity for once but took up the challenge. Today can Aba (except for the volume of commerce) compare with Abakaliki? |
letu:1. Most people in Anambra and Enugu don't actually know Ngwa as a clan. Most think it is a town like every other part (same with Ikwerre except that we don't actually know Ikwerre like we do for Ngwa). Then the rest don't even know what it is. 2. Anambra don't do clannish stuff, that's why three Gubernatorial candidates for the three major parties can come from one local Government and nobody gave a meaning to it until the Nigerian divisive media tried to fan meaning into it but we didn't give a fuss. In Anambra, you'll never hear "Umu Nri, Anaedo, etc in serious decisions except for history purposes, if someone is from Nnewi he says so, your from Enugwu Ukwu you say so etc. Nothing like Clannish sentiments 3. I have always been a campaigner that being Igbo is not the only thing required to be in Alaigbo as a country. So if you people's opinion is the opinion of the masses in Ngwá, so be it, Ngwá can be an independent Nation. You can't move forward when some section think they are being cheated. Mr ChinenyeN you heard that? I totally endorse it. If you people are not here to drag Ndigbo down, then I beseech you lots to start making preparations on how to create awareness of your independent status. At least the best you people can do is to leave peacefully without much commotion for old time sake. 4. If you are waiting for some kind of apology from me on behalf of Anambra for something I am sure is mere blackmail then I am sorry to disappoint you. I can't beg a mango tree to accept the fact the it is a mango tree, and I don't believe in coercing people to do something that is against their will. So in your next post, don't revisit those allegations but ask for suggestions on how you people can go on your independent status. I suggest you first register with Abia state Government especially now that the Governor is also from Ngwa. I can help with the write up if you people want. That will also confirm that your ascertions is the mind of the majority in Ngwa. 5. Like I said above, if all the lies peddled by you people is to blackmail other Igbo to beg or place you people above them as Lords then I am sorry to disappoint you once again, Mr ChinenyeN, ImembaN, Letu, Eduj and others, all I have to say is this: "IGBO esika, Igbo abụrọ anụ ana ata ekpuchi ọnụ" I will be dammed if I grovel to anybody, any clan or any way you put it. Until you people prove to me that your decision is that of atleast 40% of Ndị Ngwá, I reserve the appropriate reciprocation to the great Igbo name you lots are messing with. |
chisupport:For promoting Igbo culture even in a Porn show. He deserves it |
fernandoc:Too much of Nollywood. One doesn't need to have a wife to receive an Ọzọ title. Wife has never been a criteria. |
PROUDIGBO:Minus Abuja/Nigerian factor, I think this young but slightly old man will do very well. |
