 I am now picking on your words. You mentioned NAFDAC and DORA. OBJ/PDP appointed DORA. She left to join the PDP government of Yar'dua/GEJ. Do you think he didn't have hand in appointment of her successor? Compare this to your second example. OBJ/PDP appointed RIBADU. He was sacked and witch-hunted by PDP gov of Yar'dua/GEJ. Do you think Ribadu had hand in appointment of his successor? Was his advice sought?

 To make all this clearer. OBJ with a political will to fight fake drugs, appointed DORA who spent 8 years and who should have acquired wealth  of experience. On leaving, she recommended her successor who she knew would do a great job and the organisation (NAFDAC) carries on what she started.

 In the case of Ribadu. OBJ with political 'will' to fight the corruption appointed Ribadu who spent 8 years and must have acquired a great deal of experience. He was pushed to retirement by another PDP government who don't have political will to fight corruption and a stooge of this government is installed. So, what institutionalisation are we now talking about.

 Everybody has the free will to vote for his candidate of choice but this should not be premised on falsehood to deceive the people. Search deep your mind and you will definitely find out why you support your candidate. Weather for selfish or general interest.

Do you wonder that China has the USA in a vise grip economically. And BTW, Nigeria has a much better Balance of Trade than the USA.
