Too many questions left unanswered. My gut feeling is that she was actively involved, it might have been manslaughter and not murder but methinks Amanda and Rafael were culpable in Meredith's death.

Do you have any idea what a "Technicality" is? How was O.J getting off based on a technicality? His case went to trial, was presented to a jury, and a jury found him not guilyt. That wasnt the case with Amanda Knox. She had to go to the appeals court before she skated back home.
