The contract with a value of more than 3.3 million zł with Nigeria for the supply of 1,000 automatic rifles to Beryl M762 7.62 mm ammunition x 39, along with repair kits and training, was signed in mid 2014. Due to bureaucratic turmoil on obtaining appropriate approvals Polish export, as well as the financing of the transaction itself informed about it until now. |
Y,all better start asking your leaders to start building your own backyards like this too. No point jubilating over this if the pockets of majority can not own stuff like this. |
T-72B... Bought from Russian stocks |
Every time I see his achievements, I see nothing ever mentioned about corruption. His regime has had the largest oil revenues accrued to it bar none yet people posture him like he's done something spectacular with the meagre rations he's given. EFCC got relegated to chasing fake pastors and yahoo boys. BH remains a pain in the ass. Security is a mirage. Health, let's just say even the President's wife still flies abroad for treatment. Electricity...Let's not start. His achievements are like a foundation built on stilts. |
Now Sold. |
To the Okupe defenders trying to cop out from an obvious self created crater Under what instance of corruption were Ibori and Alams convicted? Did they steal public funds or not... ![]() There's also something called a Thesaurus btw |
Stealing and corruption can be used interchangeably within the right context. Corruption can have different instances; stealing from the poor(salaries, money for hospitals, roads e.g), skimming, gain unfair advantage, fraud, bribery et al. This government needs to put a leash on this guy because he is fighting a losing corner the more he utters words. |
The mess that is this country... Smh. After all the vandalism, violence and all of the faux ND struggle, the outcome was we managed to embolden those that were willing enough to carry guns and start paying them off monthly like a sort of extortion racket. The villages closest to the oil wells are not any better today only but only the pockets of cold rogues and robbers. Don't pay them and they'll make life uneasy for others until they get their way. |
I think SR has been hitting everyone hard irrespective of party affiliations. They'd also wrote about Aregbesola's forgery and Tinunbu's criminal records in the states. Mostly they have also squared it out with this government and sometimes even publish ridiculous stories. |
vfactor:Yep. I'll have to Google that for you too. Don't waste my time bros. |
vfactor:Students and universities regularly build drones with or without government support in serious climes. Quoting NASA and NSA shows you don't know what you're writing about. |
Most of these excessive celebrations are to keep up with the jonesses. I've also with my very ears listened to a Nigerian woman ask that people buy aso ebi for her 18 year old daughter's birthday. The truth is after all the spending you'll find that they probably financed it on a credit card! |
Don't mean to rain on his parade but that thing is no where near a drone that can be used as a military drone. That stuff won't last an hour in the sky, cannot carry payload and very limited altitude. Of course, there are also self assembly drone kits, but if he sourced all parts locally and assembled all himself then kudos to him. Let's see something more advanced, with our current BH problem, build EOD (bomb) robots as an example as a collective university project. Kit them up with tracks, hydraulics, talon arms, running on possibly Linux. Make a control station too. Then... |
I think a SE deputy would be better... That said I'll like to see Buhari once president, probe everyone including Tinunbu. (I'm not a fan of the dude and take it or leave it, he's a corrupt bastard) |
Ive seen only lab rats adopted as pets. This is a new one... |
Are they taking the piss? Just like the refineries, ports and bridge... Let's see it get built first before we start throwing accolades?! |
spikesC:Z2 already has remote play and upgraded to 4.4.4 including almost all new Sony features available on the z3. |
ammyluv2002:Oh really...? Tell me more As far as I know, it's mostly about finances for most guys. Just the thought that I may not be stable enough to give 'Young Barons' the care and comfort they require. |
Interestingly the z2 &z3 are the same only seperated by cosmetic touch up. I'm tired of new smartphones at the moment, very marginal upgrades by way of processor, camera or so. However I may change my mind when we maybe get a Tegra K1 equavalent. |
ps vita 3G/wifi with Fifa 13 and 4gb memory card. #30k |
He'll be remembered for riding on a unicorn whilst the country burned ; living in an alternate universe where he offered his own version of events parallel to that of the population. Indecisive, insincere and lacking leadership qualities, the history books are writing out his legacy |
I don't think poultry is something to be exported, you'll lose out to cheaper imports from other countries. Poultry prices are still relatively expensive here and their production rates unreliable. KFC mcD and so all import their chickens due to the 2 factors and more. Shrimps again is a dodgy one, not enough to go round but want to export? Besides Nigerian shrimps are banned in some countries. |
jteku:Second time I'm seeing pics of a burnt out T55. If Nigerian Army's, they should move with better protected T72s followed by infantry, again supported by other T72s and maybe shilkas, T55 or even a UR 77 if we had them. They have no atgms, BH only has Rpg 7s at most, they'll have to come closer to the units which is plain suicide since other armoured units not too far from them would wipe out any attack. Air support too would not be bad. |
This topic has been rehashed in various forms, headings, titles and so over the years. Very soon, an obligatory horde of commenters would probably huff and puff, rant and scream. Then they'll all just go back to their lives. Take it or leave it, most Nigerians are suffering from a form of institutionalized complacency. Stories like this go forth everyday, yet after ranting and shoving they all just settle back into the same mess! |
Android users should have a sort of anti theft software like Cerberus and or a pin lock on the home screen. That way you can at least track your phone, take photos of it and get very accurate gps triangulation of your smartphones whereabouts. |
Demdem:You ain't worth your weight in sand... You can get your point across without splattering us with your fetish you deranged necrophile. |
Kanye West is actually wearing thermal underpants if looked closely at due to the cold D banj, now that I don't know... |
Jonathan's case is like the story of an underachiever. A man who tried to con his electorates about his perceived abilities yet failed on so many fronts. His achievements above;fair enough look good on paper but in theory it's like a case of given +2 and then subtracting 7 at a later date. Basically worse off than started... And can the dude above me stop posting gore and deaths or are you some sort of lunatic?! |
This Government has more chance of showing us 'live unicorns' from the basement of Aso Rock than convincing us of their alleged war on corruption. |
There was stills from videos of dead foreigners from previous failed BH attacks. Not surprised at this but least adds evidence to often scant suspicions of foreign involvement, mercenaries or jihadi tourists as I call them. |
Interesting. The keel looks fully laid, I'm guessing all that'll be left is interior? Besides Nigerian journalists are crap, what stopped them from showing onboard footage at least. |

Guy that is what a whole corporation like NASA and NSA does. You dnt expect a single corp member to do that. What i expect is the govtment to sponsor and fund him to develop it to military standard.
