Nigerian youths...smh 😒 Instead of posting this on X and making it go viral while tagging both the network providers and govt agencies concerned, we're here on Nairaland that they neither read nor have accounts on. Just in case none of you have thought about it, social media, especially X appears to be the most potent (maybe even the only) tool for social change available to us in this country as youths. Let's use it. |
Segxydube:It's actually quite sad that this sensible, logical comment is finally found on the 7th page. I wonder why VDM would need to announce that the funds were missing in the first place, since everything is under his control. He could simply have diverted the funds and kept everybody believing things are still intact. Secondly, I'm sure the bank would've confirmed movement of funds from and back to the NGO account, but the was nothing like that. Thirdly, the "Police inspector" in one of VDM's previous videos didn't remotely have the demeanor of a police officer. That's when Nigerians should've known something was off. This proves he's right. 80% of social media users in Nigeria are actually stupid. Take Nairaland for example, haven't you noticed the quality (or lack of quality) of the initial comments on each thread, even on serious topics? If you haven't, make an effort to start doing so. You'll notice a pattern. |
Don't you think your retorts/responses so far has been both paradoxical and antithetical to the narrative being pushed by your original post? RandDigital: |
Nice educative thread! The correct word is SLOPING though, not SLOPPY. |
See Naija wey terrorists and NAF dey kill people for IDP camp everyday! |
Constitutional lawyers in the house... please... what's the process for initiating a re-call of your rep? |
Nigerians can be really narrow-minded. Do you know that the "almighty" America and other Western countries are relocating to the parts of Africa that you so much despise? Go to Tanzania, Rwanda, Namibia and SE Asia and see things for yourself. |
The average Nigerian believes his country is the best in Africa and there's little or nothing out there for him elsewhere as far as the African continent is concerned. To those saying "I can't leave Nigeria to reside in another West African country", it appears you don't realize that some of these so-called "small" African countries are light-years ahead of Nigeria in terms of infrastructural and economic development, not to mention political structure/stability. Don't be like the average American who thinks his country is center of the world because he knows next to nothing about other parts of the world. For those saying "If a state in Nigeria doesn't favour you, move to another state", here's my question to you: is there a part of Nigeria that's not hit by the current economic hardship/inflation? Or is it the insecurity ravaging the entire country? How are you going to move from one state to the other in the first place? People get kidnapped daily at home, in schools, while traveling etc. For anyone looking to move out of the country in pursuit of a better life or peace of mind, it is your prerogative. If you are convinced that moving to a remote village in Timbuctoo will give you peace of mind, go for it! Just be sure to do your research first. One love. |
Gistmedia10:This is racist! |
Mr Blogger Is Here To Post Terrible BAD NEWS
Mr Blogger, could you please stop adding the quoted text to your posts? With all due respect, it makes you seem like a psychopath. |
MemphitzDgreat1:What is even more worrisome is that the moderator that moved the past to front page doesn't know any better. |
nounpastquestio:@drfun Can you please, respond to this question? I've got the same concern about the Stripe Account thing. Thanks |
Rousey or ROUSING? And it was moved to front page without correction. |
Has the power situation improved in your area since Nigeria cut off supply to Niger? Like for YES. Share for NO. |
I feel this way sometimes. In fact, I feel it's the I experience delay in achieving some things, sometimes. But then, I remember that we all have our pace and set time. The important things is to always focus on the bigger picture. |
How come the US always gets intelligence reports of these kinds of things from around the world and are able to warn their citizens beforehand but are unable to do the same when a mass shooting is about to take place on US soil? |
What has his skin color or race got to do with the said event? Haa! Nairaland!! |
Oga, you lied through your teeth for 8 years. |
So, nobody's going to ask how a project was supposed to cost ₦9 (according to the headline) in the first place? |
I think Tinubu should apply wisdom on this matter. He shouldn't allow being president of ECOWAS get to his head. Make e no let other ECOWAS member states push am go front for this matter, cos if e red, Nigeria very close to Niger. We already have our own issues to deal with here. We can't handle insurgents and terrorists in the North as it stands. If those Niger coupists decide to collabo with Nigerian terrorists, we go hear am o! Btw, can an armed robber advise his neighbor's son that stealing is bad? 🤔🤔 |
Nigerians should please leave that young lady alone. She's not at the World Cup to display religion or morality. Don't distract her with all these nonsense and make her lose focus. Remember, those girls are already dealing with issues from the NFA. |
ahnie:The thing is, if Nigerians see the "polithiefcians" that steals from them everyday and caused the hardship in the first place, they'll be idolizing them. smh |
Masturbation, the act of self-stimulation for sexual pleasure, has long been a topic of controversy and debate. Throughout history, various cultures and belief systems have associated it with negative consequences, while others have regarded it as a normal and healthy aspect of human sexuality. Today, we shed light on the subject and explore the dangers of masturbation. 1. Physical Discomfort: One of the primary concerns associated with excessive masturbation is physical discomfort. Engaging in this act too frequently may lead to irritation, chafing, or even minor injuries in the genital area. 2. Impact on Relationships: Masturbation can lead to a decreased desire for sexual intimacy with a partner. This concern arises from the possibility of excessive self-gratification potentially diminishing the need or interest in shared sexual experiences. 3. Psychological Impact: Results suggest that masturbation can lead to negative psychological consequences, such as guilt, shame, or addiction-like behaviors. It is crucial to understand that these potential effects are highly individualized and may vary based on personal beliefs and cultural influences. 4. Impact on Performance: There is an established connection between masturbation and negative sexual performance, such as erectile dysfunction and decreased sexual satisfaction. In conclusion, masturbation is bad and you should do all you can to break free if you're already caaught in its web. Maybe you've tried everything humanly possible but still find yourself relapsing after only a few days. You've fasted and prayed, confessed to your pastor, blocked porn websites on your phone and laptop, gone for counselling and also tried limiting the time you spend alone. We can help you and in 7 days you're guaranteed to break that addiction! Join us on our Telegram channel: @ConquerFap |
Love is every where! You just have to be open to it. |
Congrats to her and good luck to the Super Falcons at the World Cup. |
Then who's going to enforce the arrest order? |
Lemme check if my change is still intact... |
Na God go help Nigerian for Nigeria |
OP, abeg, it's "bloodthirsty". Please correct yourself sharperly. There are foreigners on this platform. |
Hi Flipmac! Wrong thread, I know, I just gotta ask. Saw your other thread about relocating to Osogbo. Did you eventually do it? I'm considering relocating there myself before the end of this month. |
