Yes of cause i will take your words like a pinch of salt.. the bitter truth is this, if you are not successful in demo account you can never be successful in live scenario. As a beginners you must demo your strategy on the Demo for some months, once you are successful, move to live scenario and replicate the same thing. so thanking GOD for Demo result show you are manured enough to go live. As a beginner whenever you see success in your demo account be happy because you are on the right track to success.

I blame d whole scenarios that played out here since last week concerning Bojbest being d same as pipMarshall on bojbest and bojbest alone.
Though Yoda was quick to jump into conclusion (based on how bojbest presented his new conspiracy theory (he who wants to teach must present himself/herself as a good trader which he hasn't done either based on many factors.)
I think Yoda shouldn't find it difficult to apologize to PipMashall once he himself can deduce that bojbest isn't pipMarshall unless he still sticks with his gun.

NOTE: If u like, let bojbest use ur money make a pot of soup.
he should provide us with evidences that he truly profitably managed d account infofirst wholeheartedly gave him.( OR ANY OTHER ACCOUNT TRADED FOR AT LEAST 3MONTHS).

Firstly be mindful of your spread when initiating a trade, she has been fluctuating between 20 and 100pips spread since last week, instead of my normal 4pips spread. Took 2 trades last night that got me in instant negative 50pips!!

Following her price movement. Gold tested the 1600 level this morning which was expected but I'm not an early bird trader, like some billionaire jet flyers here, so I missed a good sell opportunity . She also tested 1566 yesterday according to the chart.
Using yesterday's upper and lower ranges it is presently at the 618 Fib which is 1587.55.
In my view, she should again test the 1592-95 area and considering there is bearish sentiments due to US stocks and also factoring the recovery of DXY/bonds its quite possible she could retest 1566 [which is too close to your BO level]. But if that level breaks it now opens the door for 1550/1548 area

I personally would be selling around 1596 SL within 60/80 pips [considering these evil spreads] with TP at the1568 or even 1578 area for a hit and run.

Zowee, I will advice you to change your daily target plan as it will put you under so much pressure which will make you take bad trades and eventually lose. I have being down that road and have the burial tombs of so many accounts as evidence of my trying to do this in the past. Spend more time on your demo account and don't go live until you can make consistent profits, I repeat consistent profits.

For education, go to www.babypips.com. They are the best in forex education and it's free. There you can pick a trading system and modify it to suit your temperament. If you need more, get a mentor, someone who trades for a living or is at least making consistent profits. Forget all those guys who do forex seminars or trainings except those who can prove they are trading live accounts and making money. Offer him or her something in exchange for being mentored.

Take the $20 capital like money being saved. Pick 1-3 currency pairs which you will then focus on. Doing this will enable you know more about how the pairs behave and the best times to trade them. Don't trade more than 20% of your account. Have a stop loss that can accommodate big stop losses of a maximum of 100pips but ensure the payback is at least 150-200 pips. On the alternative, if you choose to be a scalper make sure the profits is double what you're risking. In this game, it's important that you ensure that you stay in the game and not be taken out which is why I advise that you do not risk more than 10-20% of your account.

Aim at doubling the $20 capital monthly and forget about withdrawing profits for 6-12 months. After 6 months if you're consistent, at 100% monthly profit, you will have around $1,200 from which you can withdraw and breathe more easily. I tell you, you will make some losses along the way as nobody can predict the market 100%. But shrug it off, keep faith with your system and you will get there. Yes, the money from the profits will be slow but one thing I have learnt from my burned accounts over the years is slow and steady wins the race. Resist the pressure to try and get rich quick.

I hope this helps not only Zowee but those in a similar situation. I'm no expert by the way, just a trader who has learnt the hard way from his trading experiences and wish I knew all these when I started trading. Wishing you the best.

Now listen let me Educate you on my scalping techniques that is secret, a little headsup, As my kind of scalping, if I'm to place total 1 lots which is $10 in a pair, I simply devide it to 0.1 each, and place the first 0.1 lot, then if the market price moves up again(just like what you saw on Gold 1550 to 1556) and the trend is already confirmed, you place another 0.1 and once the trend start going down, then you place the rest lots. This is what is called plan you trade and trade you plan.

But if you enter all the lot size you want to use at a go, this to me is not scalping, and not my style.

Arguing doesn't put money in our pockets, I just hate when people get the wrong basic education. Another misconception you guys have is because you take trades off a small tf it means the trade would last a short time? No!
Look at early in the morning when @blackeuropean, wiconse and I were trading. @blackeuropean took a sell at 1555 to scalp for maybe a few pips, but trade went against him for almost 80pips to 1562.5 and then came back down to 1550 where he took profits. That's the classic style of SCALPING, you should be ready for trades to go agaisnt you up to 5R before you take your TP.
Scalping isn't for everybody, dammit it's not even for me, my risk can never be more than my profit objective, NEVER! But of course there are successful scalpers out there. But keep in mind that scalping isn't just about the time period, yes that counts but its mainly about the price objective. Attached a few definitions from Financial times, bloomberg and wikipedia.
