You see this rubbish Disney did to market Captain Marvel, this wouldn't be the first time they are doing it.

They did it last year with Solo: A Star War Story.

Solo was supposed to open with $170m according to media outlets on Disney's payroll.

But las las the truth prevailed.

Solo opened with $84m....a far cry from the $170m projections the media was trying to sell just to deceive people.

Disney and the media want to repeat the same mistakes again.... Hyping a movie to look like what it's not.

Captain Marvel is no Black Panther...

It is just like Antman and the Wasp....an ordinary filler movie for a bigger movie.... Avengers.

A month ago it was projected for $160m opening weekend.

This week it is now projected for $100m opening weekend.

The flaws don't make them terrible, they are still good movies.

I have said this before.

Black Adam will start production early next year.

WB should carefully pick a solid director for this movie cuz a Black Adam movie with Dwayne Johnson ,if done right, is capable of earning $800m at the box office.

With Black Adam, The Batman and Suicide Squad 2 all moving forward, WB can release 3 DC movies in 2021 if they want to.

Garcia also mentioned that though Seven Bucks was involved in Shazam! and will develop Black Adam, in which Johnson stars, the two films will feel very different.

A horror movie set in trench world is not a bad idea as long as it's decent.
But it should not be a top priority now.

IMO, DC should cast a John stewart black green lantern just like in the JL animations.

The next Green Lantern movie will revolve around not one hero but a group of heroes....like GOTG.
So we will see Hal and Stewart together on screen for the first time.
